2281  Economy / Economics / Re: What prevents companies from "losing" money in crypto? on: June 17, 2017, 04:26:42 PM
I know it is possible to sign up as a company to invest in Bitcoins on almost all exchanges where they sell Bitcoins.

But I am just wondering, what is preventing companies to invest big in Bitcoins and then pretend that someone stole their private key and stole the funds, but in reality they just send the coins and exchange them through a bunch of different currencies and Monero etc that is "impossible" to trace? Will there not be a lot of money lost this way? I mean hacks etc are happening all the time so how would someone prove they did not get hacked?

Hackers are trying to steal other's money all the time, same way thieves in real life are trying to steal banks, stores, etc. But it's not so easy to do, the hackers have intelligence and skills and the companies have security measures to prevent successful attacks. Sometimes it fail, and it's a real risk, but doesn't happen all the time.

What prevents companies to from losing money in crypto is the technology, security measures.
2282  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is "not cash"? What have you bought with BTC over the years? on: June 17, 2017, 03:58:34 PM
It's obvious Bitcoin can buy things, it should be a consensus among everyone. I believe everyone who has Bitcoins already used it to buy something or hire a service online, at least for experience and to see how it works. Most popular stuff people buy are gift card and games that I have boughten too. Much more easy to buy games for BTC than use credit cards to do it, showing our ID.
2283  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Is there a way to raise money through public fundraising for sick friend? on: June 17, 2017, 03:46:50 PM
However it's not easy to get money this way... Anyone can say his friend or any relative is sick to earn some easy money, there are a lot of people trying this. It will be hard to raise money from unknown people.

You have more chances of success if you ask for help in your own community, people who know you, your friend and that know he is really sick.
2284  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice game strategy? on: June 16, 2017, 01:50:36 AM
I don't use any method when it comes to dicing. I just press the roll whenever I want and there's no certain time and date on when it is effective to play dice. I just keep on reminding myself that I need to play only with the amount that I'm willing to lose.

That is the most risky way to gamble. You don't set a plan, strategy, so you are more vulnerable to losses. You start clicking and clicking without thinking and then you lose money for mistakes that could be avoided. To play Dice game without a strategy set is worthless, you need to calculate first how much to increase on loss, back to base, these things.
2285  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When did you start gambling? (Because of BCT Promotion?) on: June 16, 2017, 12:44:29 AM
I did gambling before I knew Bitcointalk. First site was Freebitco.in because in here I knew about bitcoin and played Dice for the first time in Freebitco.in. Fortunately, after joined into Bitcointalk I get useful information about Bitcoin and the industries.
My first gambling experience is in a dice game. Because i need to get such satoshis , because faucets is only thing i know before on how to earn bitcoin, from that day i learn to gambled and learn different values in life, as well as that we dont need to be greedy because if that would be in our mind we will lose our mind and our money as well.

i think if we are started to know bitcoin in 2015, we already know about freebitco.in because in that year, that site is really famous, can help us to get big amount in bitcoin and with only using small amount, we can win much satoshi. i know gambling from here and from that site too and i am trying to play with their multiply but it seem i don't have a good chance to win big satoshi. i am not playing too much in that site, i only playing with the faucet but i think the multiply is really tempting and attracted us to trying our luck.

I have known the Dice game there on FreeBitco.in in 2015, as you said. However, I didn't play there at beginning, I used only the faucet to make profit, I thought the Dice game too strange as I didn't know how to play that. After some time a friend of mine told me about Martingale strategy, so I tried it there and lost about 80.000 satoshis... So, I tried again with a lower base bet and lost again.

Then I stopped using FreeBitco.in to gamble and started gambling in another online casinos, not using Martingale anymore.
2286  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: BTC4ALL.NET on: June 16, 2017, 12:19:31 AM
Got 30 satoshis, thank you... 30-70 satoshis every 60 minutes, it's not so high, but it's Ok.

Good luck with this faucet, it's really simple to claim and loads very fast and paying directly to FaucetHub.io, Nice!
2287  Economy / Economics / Re: The best time to invest. on: June 16, 2017, 12:10:35 AM
Now is the right time to invest by buying bitcoins, bitcoin prices are now down trend, and I predict bitcoin prices will rise again until the end of the year, maybe could reach $ 5000, i hope so
yes i think it too, now will be the best time to buy bitcoin, i planned to buy bitcoin or if i have been earned bitcoin now i am planning to save it to my wallet and never withdraw it, i will make that as my long term investment for my future use.
Today the market of crypto currency is very feverish, And at this moment one can very well catch time to buy a good amount of current crypto currency. Maybe other altcoin will pay attention to this, but I would prefer to buy Bitcoin if it drops a little. The fact is that soon the Bitcoin course will go up and time will be lost.

It's already dropping, the right time to buy Bitcoins. In my opinion, to buy altcoins now is a waste of money as you can make much more profit with the instability of Bitcoin price. Watch the charts and when the price start increasing again you buy on that moment and hold. In few days it will be already possible to make profit, if you want, by selling the BTCs more expensive

Have you actually tried trading altcoins?

Obviously, I refer to major ones, such as Litecoin (which I'm trading nowadays) and Dogecoin (which is a joke but still quite tradable anyway, and which I successfully traded in the past). If you are looking for volatility, their volatility exceeds Bitcoin's by a good margin, while their price (at least, Litecoin price) follows the price of Bitcoin pretty tight (I refer to correlation here), so you are sort of insured from unexpected crashes (if these crashes don't come from Bitcoin itself, or course)

I'm not trading Altcoins, I don't want to exchange BTCs into an Altcoin and lose an opportunity of profit when BTC prices increases a lot or when it drops a lot, so I prefer to keep the money only in Bitcoins, safer Crypto-Currency. To say the truth, I'm not checking the price of Altcoins very much, but as you say LTC is having a high volatility I will give a look on it, maybe it could be nice to try.  Smiley
2288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future? on: June 15, 2017, 06:31:05 PM
Yahoo was the first (?) search engine at the time when Internet started.  It was the pioneer in its field.  In the late 90's its market cap reached to a high closed to $120B.   Three and a half years after Yahoo started, Google came out and gradually took away market share from Yahoo.

After 22 years, Verizon bought it for $4.8B.  Would Bitcoin ending up like Yahoo in the future and got beat up by new competitions?

What do you think?  Please provide your reason(s) to support your view.

Oh no I hope not. But it's definitely possible. Who knows? After 5 years an altcoin we've always been ignoring or a new coin will emerge and will be the currency we were hoping bitcoin would be.

I agree, it's possible to happen, that is why it's important to always upgrade the technology or it will become worthless and outdated compared to the other new ones that are being created. But I think it won't be so easy to make BTC fall to another Alt Coin, we are not talking about a search engine, it's a currency, a serious investment that has one main requirement, trust, and no one currency gets trust overnight.

2290  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase is the new Bank? on: June 15, 2017, 05:53:53 PM
Your point is very interesting and make much sense.

But we can't say with sure if they are doing this purposely to stop the crash in BTC price and even they are doing this, people don't need to use Coinbase to sell or buy their Bitcoins, it's not a monopoly, there are many other exchanges that could be used and that aren't going down simultaneously with Coinbase.

I would agree with you if Coinbase had the monopoly of Crypto-Currency exchanges and everyone would depend only their service.
2291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Should I sell all my bitcoin for ETH?? on: June 15, 2017, 04:56:34 PM
Please do it, I want to buy cheap Bitcoins.  Grin

I'm just kidding... Seems many people are selling their Bitcoins now, fearing a crash, but I'm convinced this dump isn't dangerous for BTC currency. Sooner or later the price start increasing again to stabilize. Don't think Bitcoin is dead, don't sell BTCs now, if you can, buy more Bitcoins.
2292  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud mining ? on: June 15, 2017, 04:47:45 PM
Hi guys , I'm fairly new , can you please tell me some cloud mining websites that are legit or at least you believe they will not run after 6 months with all the investments ?

I am not looking to get rich over night like 90 % of the newbies like me Smiley , I am just looking for for a cloud mining site to make a small investment and to see how it goes , I am well aware that it can be months , even a year until I can break even on the ROI.
Have a nice day everyone!

People said HashNest is legit, but not adviced to invest there, it's true. If you check their site you will see a package PacMic for an example, costs 1 BTC and generates 0.45 satoshis per second. After one year of contract you will have only 14% of the ROI completed, that is too low... And I believe there isn't any guarantee the rates will continue 0.45 satoshis p/ second on the next year.

If you have money to invest, there are better options than cloud mining.
2293  Other / Politics & Society / Re: One World Government? Bitcoin is the future currency? on: June 15, 2017, 04:37:34 AM
I have already seen something about this subject. The New Mundial Order will use the mark of the beast and make all the world become one only nation ruled by one leader, the beast. One of the characteristics of this society would be the one currency used by all, in this case there are speculations it could be the Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is something amazing, but as the future is impredictable, we don't know with 100% what will really happen, if Bitcoin drops on the wrong hands, the result can be disgusting. You may say: "It's decentralized, no one can control it". It's not true, the decentralization is a way to reach to the centralization, must be smart to do it, but it's possible.

However, I don't think it will happen so easily, there are different forces on this planet and as the evil works the good works too, all the time. Bitcoin is a neutral force on this scenario, that could be used by the evil and good.

2296  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and the power of media on: June 15, 2017, 01:40:51 AM
Traditional media has a big power over people's opinions. They know it and they use it very well and those who wants to be on the top of the world know about it also, they know the media has a price and what they do is to pay this media to spread their interests.

Crypto-Currency isn't a powerful's desire yet, if they can destroy it, they will, but sooner or later they will try to command it and that is the most dangerous part, it's when the media starts talking about BTC with a more friendly speech.

If you want to really educate yourself, only approaches to independent sources of informations, from really trusted people that aren't "for sale". You can find it on the internet, the best currently source of information.
2297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 10 main mistakes of Bitcoin newbies on: June 15, 2017, 12:49:53 AM
Maybe the first mistake is wrong word for newbie, Many newbie bitcoin finally get scammed by bitcoin based scam / hyip / ponzi / doubler.

In the way you wrote it newbie have a double meaning. First is bitcoin newbie, a person that doesn't have experience with bitcoin, he is first time here and he is learning his first steps.
Other newbies are new, in most cases alt profile's made to scams people on various ways. Also this newbies are spreading their lies and they luring people into their hyip, ponzi or doubler schemes.
My question is the same like before when will people learn to not trust in anything that sounds too good to be truth, nothing comes easy.

Some people can learn very fast to don't invest in scam schemes, but others will continue trying until they have spent their last satoshi. People believed in those scam schemes in Crypto-Currency world because they thought it was different from real world investments, that Bitcoin was a magical currency able to provide easy profit for smart guys (the scammers in businessmen skin).

After few investments these people could see there isn't easy money, even in Bitcoin businesses, so they stopped investing on it, but other people, continue trying their luck, trying to enter earlier in a scheme to have advantages. This second group will lose all their money.
2298  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Dwarven Bitmine - Upgrade your mine and earn up to 15 000 satoshi a day. on: June 15, 2017, 12:28:44 AM
I think something needs to be done , like new events something to attract more people to this game , cause with the current pay system , 1 satoshi = 88 gold ............. it's not something to really look forward to , the game concept is not complex , it's just solve a captcha and wait 5 min ... and seeing how difficult it is to farm even gold .. probably it will not attract so many people.

That is it, faucet industry is dying, there is no way to offer good rewards with the possible ads networks there are to use. I believe who is playing DwarvenBitMine is playing it most because the fun and not the profit, that is really low... Most people won't understand it and that is why there aren't many players on it. Maybe things could be a bit better when Mellow Ads banners be added, but not so big difference.
2299  Other / Off-topic / Re: how to reach 1btc on: June 14, 2017, 08:12:34 PM
Well if you have big capital, you can start trading, and gain profit by being a day trader
But if you just doing sign camp and hope for some giveaway,i think it will take 1 year if you want to reach 1BTC
If you interested in gambling, you should be ready to lose

i think we don't need to have big capital but what we need is passion to keep trying to reach 1 btc, no matter how long we can reach, we only need to do, even we do it in every day. there are no way to reach 1 btc if we don't take serious with our actions and we need to do for daily so in the end, we can reach 1 btc and it feels wow we can reached it and we need to increase more than just 1 btc.

Yes, we need to have patience and make a lot of effort to reach to 1 BTC, but it's possible. It can take 1 year or more, but we can do it even without initial capital. It's not easy to find jobs online which we can earn much money without skills, so the only chance is to save each satoshi you earn by different ways and keep it safe on the wallet. There isn't a secret about how ot earn Bitcoins, it's hard, takes a lot of time and involves low payment tasks.

looool they allways give same ammmount of $ .
as they allways gave max., 200$ they today also give 200$ as best change !

only becourse btc prize is very high , nowadays 90 Satoshi eqals 1 cent  6 months ago 1000 satoshi was 1 cent Cheesy

regards

Yes, FreeBitco.in always offered rewards from $0.002 to $200 in BTCs every hour and all the other faucets work same way, not offering the same rewards that FreeBitco.in, but giving rewards following Dollar pattern price. Everyone on the internet being paid in BTCs, is closing the deals first comparing the Dollar price.
