I agree. We will see what we can do here, this will definitely be implemented. I just can't say if we can fit it into our schedule before the ICO. Still much things left to do. Is there any way to ensure/avoid multiple delegates being set by a single person or an organization?
We have the example of Olivier's 36 delegates in Crypti and there were talks about possiblility of 51% attack if a group of others delegates stopped forging.
Also the blog mentions Delegates will buy more LISK to have more voting power to receive the rewards - does this not encourage hoarding of coins? which seem to be against one of the positives of DPoS system compared to PoS which encourages hoarding instead.
You vote for the delegates. You make sure that you don't vote multiple times for a single person. As Bigcabrito pointed out, we need to implement the option to add more information about the delegates within the client. Some will hold, others will spend. A crypto-currency needs hoarders for the price to go up. I think there will always be some investors trying to get as many LISK as possible. They have the biggest incentive to secure the network and will keep it running forever. So there are not only negative aspects about them. In my opinion the majority however will spend LISK on the dapps which will be developed. |

Bter and Poloniex are definitely on the top list for us, it isn't much work for them to add Lisk because it is API compatible to Crypti.
Bter is not longer a good choice. A lot of withrawproblems since months and no support. You are right. Talks within the Chinese community also revealed that the exchange is slowly dying. We will definitely approach Bittrex as well, earlier this wasn't possible because they demand an open source. |

What, if XCR is raising up to 1500 or higher at LISK ICO?
I just try all to do that and hold all my XCR because - I´m in XCR months ago - because I believe in this new kind of DAPP project.
Of course... I´m not really a big Player. But I hold some more 100k XCR. (Hold it!)
I believe in XCR - and of course, before in you Max.
A hard-fork is not what i´m invested in.
So. if XCR will raise - Then what?
At which exchange LISK will be placed? I think, Poloniex will refuse.
Because: Yesterday, Poloniex admonished me to write about LISK in Trollbox.
And I only wrote: "Now it´s official - LISK IPO accept XCR for 1300 Satoshis/Unit. So they, who are interested into LISK ICO, would makea good deal at this price!"
So - at which excanges, LISK will be listed after ICO? Same Excanges like XCR? (Polo, BTer).
And my second question: If you accept XCR for ICO and it ist "dead money - "You opinion" - What will you do with all the earned XCR after LISK ICO?

Hey Borpf, thanks. At this point we can't say which exchanges are going to support Lisk. We have to look around at a later point. Bter and Poloniex are definitely on the top list for us, it isn't much work for them to add Lisk because it is API compatible to Crypti. We will hold onto the XCR, you never know what will happen with XCR. Maybe there will be a small market after our ICO launch, so we can sell some. |

I'm the initial Crypti investor that kick-started the whole project financially back at 2014. I understand those who is negative for the situation.
Well yes, Max could warn us about his plans, he is not obliged to do it. The system open source and platform developed exactly for people to use at their own, to build new projects, platforms and etc. Everyone from community, holders and founders have this right. If not Max, sooner or later it could be someone from you. But honestly I'm very happy that Max did it first. He have great experience, he is a real hard-working man, very delegated to job. I know him personally, met him in Germany, he is a very bright and smart guy. I'm sure he will spread Lisk to whole blockcain world by pushing more on pr and marketing.
I hope ICO funds be enough and let do a really great job to bring the platform to the world. We in Crypti pushed on development and did a great job having a great platform as a result. Unfortunately no money left for marketing and further development. And for me personally Lisk is the same project with the same idea we wanted bring to the world. For me nothing changed. Thank you. Vera was paid in full for her work in advance, but then flaked out when she "suddenly and without warning went into labor and had a baby". We took a loss on that, as well as a delay and weeks to findout what was going on.
I don't care what you tell about me, but please don't spread lies about other hard working people at Crypti. Vera was our front-end developer until January 2016 and developed our beautiful client UI. She wasn't pregnant yet and even if, it would be awesome. Who you are talking about is Christine from December 2014 / January 2015. She got a baby and wasn't able to continue working for Crypti. She communicated it poorly and a bit too late, but that's history. Pretty excited to start developing dApps for Lisk.

Yes, we do realize that. Currently there are only 20 Facebook likes, imagine once there are 300 in 10 weeks. Being early pays, but overall the money will be distributed to quite a lot of different people. I'm not sure we are communicating yet. You say Newsletter gets 0.20M, Facebook gets 0.15M, Twitter gets 0.20M, Sig gets 0.20M, Translations get 0.30M. 0.20+0.15+0.20+0.20+0.30 = 1.05M. You say 1.00M Lisk is being set aside for rewards. Where is the other 0.05M=50K Lisk coming from? Another question. During the ICO, would Lisk be willing to please post daily information on donations at a Google spreadsheet? Oh! Strange, but yes you are right. We will correct the Facebook bounty to 100k, as it is the least popular option right now and the least important to us. Thank you Mal! Sorry that this happened. Yes, of course. And for a small difference, it's probably not even worth the trouble for ICO buyers. Just an observation on current XCR prices and what the true value will be during the ICO. And also how it makes no sense at all for XCR people to dump their coins into the 700-900 range. That's right. Maybe some XCR holders didn't see the news yet or simply don't want to participate. You never know. |

Okay, assuming I am reading things correctly on your blog, the first week btc bonus is 15%. So 15%, 10%, 5%. Not too bad for XCR people (actually expected it to be a bit worse for us).
That brings the true ICO equivalent to around 1130 sats (first week only), and increasing 5% the following two weeks, eventually hitting 1300. Seems fair to me.
For those currently selling their XCR then, they really shouldn't be dumping it at the < 1000 sat level. Assuming there is interest in this project, it'd make more sense for BTC people to buy up XCR and so long as it's less than 1130, and it's a better deal than paying in BTC.
Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm half-asleep as I look over the blog.
The one odd thing though is that you accept ETH too. How would that rate be calculated? Choosing a price there would be somewhat arbitrary.
