781  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How much mining power do you have? on: April 19, 2019, 06:09:46 AM
Which coins are you mining and how do you choose to split your mining power across coins?
I was mining ethereum in the past and after a big update and block reward got decreased a lot and i tried to mine another coin like veil and any other medium crypto such as aeon and raven.
You can't split your mining power if you are in the loss. I meant if you have small hashrate and it can't. that depends on how you can calculate based on how much you can get hash power.

i share this for new investors.as i did before, dont hodl any coin even you think it will never die.everything is possible here.many of coins will be junk one day possibly soon.you can buy/sell every coin as all we do but dont even think about the hodl some for 3-5 years even bitcoin.
What about those are holding bitcoin from 2010 to the 2019? promising coin will not die and that's a lot of different compared with shitty coin. In my country there was someone who bought a half of million ether from the ethereum ico and he was holding that until this time and isn't being a millionaire?
783  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Its now official: Kraken is delisting BSV on: April 18, 2019, 04:51:12 AM
I don't know is this was good decision or bad but one thing is clear it will impact positively on Bitcoin community as due to these type of coins Bitcoin community affected indirectly.
that's a good decision to delist BSV from any exchange site. those BSV holders can move BSV to another coin like real bitcoin and this is the best decision. BSV doesn't give any contribution to th community and that's such a garbage coin.
784  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What causes tokens been dumped after a successful ICO. on: April 18, 2019, 03:41:22 AM
because the bounty participants will quickly sell everything, investors will not risk the fall of prices after the success of ico when released to the market exchange, so they also sell it. that's what makes tokens fall more and more because no one buys anymore.
You can't blame the bounty hunters for that, the developers and investors were having their role too. If they developer can't provide a good market and that token will get less liquidity and that means the token can fall instantly
785  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Privacy Coins Survey 2019 on: April 18, 2019, 02:38:11 AM
I want to fill out the form but it's very long,
so I will give my opinion about privacy coins in my opinion,
coin provocation that I like only XVG, because it is still cheap and can potentially be expensive, especially if it has been burned,
it's just that after the incident in collaboration with pornhub the fame of XVG began to fall,
but I'm sure when the XVG back btc bull in 2019 will have a new ATH.
When you are saying if that was having a lot of potential and why the price of XVG looks stagnant. People have been loosing their trust to the XVG since it was getting hacked in a few years ago.

Op, i wanna take a look on your survey form.

787  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Name Some Quality Exchanges? on: April 05, 2019, 11:19:27 AM
Recently I have watched an article by coindesk Where they said that a report is published by Bitwise Asset Management where they said 95% exchanges volume is fake.  you can read here the article: https://www.coindesk.com/fake-volume-on-crypto-exchanges-isnt-the-half-of-it

According to the report, Only 10 exchanges have real volume these are :

So In a short word, I want to say the quality exchange is the exchange which has totally actual volume instead of fake volume. You can use this 10 exchange as the quality exchange. thanks

I have seen liquid has become the unicorn and is that exchange having volumes? Is that means those asian exchange sites are having volumes at all? I wanna see where it is coming from and how much accuracy for that report too.
788  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [NPXS] pundi x moon or doom ? on: April 05, 2019, 11:16:13 AM
It has jus been added to the list of tokens supported on the samsung galaxy s10 wallet. It will be huge...
More coins will be added to the galaxy s10 wallet, this needs more time and i thought that samsung will try to filter which is a good token that should be added to the galaxy s10 wallet and which is not, samsung was focusing to build ethereum wallet with all ERC tokens support
789  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to cash out perhaps ? on: April 03, 2019, 02:28:57 PM
This week has provided good signs already with a massive growth in value of bitcoin and other crypto currencies
Everyone is claiming bull run is here, Satoshi is back and so on but I think that’s greed setting in

I believe this is the time to cash out if you are in profit already
It is time to cash out for those who didn't buy bitcoin at 5k and above, this is not case of being greedy, those that bought at ATH can't cash out anything bcos if they sell they will be selling at a loss.
Is this for real? the bitcoin still growing more and more and i have expected the bitcoin will touch 6k again as soon as possible and this is the worst time to cash out your bitcoin and just hold them all in your wallet will much better.
790  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how you feel at this point(currently) on: April 03, 2019, 02:27:23 PM
i am feel , this stable point keep for some time, after 2-5 years we can expect huge bull run. near future i am not expecting and i dont think bull run comes.
now no new investment coming.

my portfolio now below 50$ , i am anyway ok. i know this will be rise ...

how about your thought

https://www.bitcoin-socialclub.com/
yes I also believe my portfolio will also rise. because bitcoin has shown an upward trend and followed all altcoins this week in green. this is a good start. I am very happy. and hopefully this situation continues until the bull comes. many predict the bull run to come in 2020. hopefully.

Yes, hopefully it will happen in 2020, prices will be like last 2017, but this also shows a recovery from last month's decline.

I don't really feel anything special at this point. We're still way below where we were last 2017. But the good thing is, the market is starting to improve steadily. Not a forced pump or a hyped fomo, but a slow, steady move upwards. That's good news for everyone especially for those people who took a blow when btc dropped from 6.5k last december to 3k.
This is a good signal and if you are comparing the latest bullish trend with the old one and that doesn't make sense at all. Bitcoin will go to that rate again in the future and that needs the time. This is more than special thing rather than seeing the bearish market anytime.
791  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: April 01, 2019, 03:24:50 PM
Any investment is associated with certain risks. Cryptocurrency market is high risk, but profits here can be huge. For the sake of making this profit, people are willing to take risks. The most important thing is to remember about risks and diversification.
Risk can't be avoided and it can only be decreased. The more risk and more profit and this is just a rule when we are joining in the stock or crypto market. It caused by the volatility that created a big risk for us to invest in any crypto or stock.
792  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Change Of KYC Pattern on: April 01, 2019, 03:22:34 PM
This is really a very, very correct decision, which you must unambiguously understand today. Today, it is necessary to change not only the approach to the KYC process, but also the use of KYC as a whole. Because all this is nothing more than deception.
I don't think that all KYC is a fraud, this is like opening a bank, parties will definitely ask for your ID for valid identification and can be held responsible when something goes wrong, and KYC can now be used for validation when trading on exchange place or participate in ICO, and can be used to identify participants.

I would just simply treat all KYC as fraud besides the ones from the known exchanges like binance and the rest but its definitely fraud for a team who's doing ICO to collect data from us knowing that they can send these information to a 3rd party. Say you have invested just about $1K but to them it means you can invest into something which you are not sure yet and it means you have to money. Just this info itself is important not just for a marketing department but for hackers.
Basically, they have no idea by collecting our data, if they are saying they will try to be compliance with regulation but the fact said that if they are not even registered and licensed.
I will never agree with the decision to collect the identity from the bounty hunters
793  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: April 01, 2019, 03:17:35 PM
I only buy a major coin because it was more trusted but I also hold some shit coins from airdrop or bounty, I knew the value is worthless but I had no choice but to keep it and hope that sooner or later it would be worth.
Major or minor have the same result when it was facing the bearish trend. Even bitcoin does it dude. We have shitcoins in our wallet and it caused by the bearish trend that makes us being trapped at a high rate.
The reason is to get back our money in the future.
794  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which algo is the best? on: April 01, 2019, 03:15:57 PM
If you don't have an idea on which algo is the best, you shouldn't even fork a coin on your own.

What's the reason why you want to fork a coin?

Right, as a team or developer of a coin, he should have enough idea about blockchain, and how does it work, how to create a new coin, develop that coin. In a nutshell he should have knowledge about creation a coin or fork a coin. If he is weak in such field, he should hire an experienced developer.

see im asking community opinions, i do know how to create a new coin, develop the coin and develop an exchange for the coin.
Did you mean about the consensus mechanism that used in the cryptocurrency? I meant about POS, POW, DPOS, or etc.
Algo doesn't matter a lot in the creation of blockchain and you can use various algo for that but about privacy, scalability and another thing will depend on your mechanism.
795  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DO WE REALLY NEED MORE STABLE COINS? on: March 28, 2019, 11:27:18 PM
It depends on your definiton of a "stablecoin." It can be backed by fiat, other currencies or precious metals. However, a "stablecoin" is a myth. Nothing is stable in comparison with other commodities or assets as the free market decides what is more valuable at the current point. We can look back in the past when silver was a payment unit: its price decreased unbelievable even though it can not be created from a thin air: supply is limited and price fell down. Demand is to blame for this. In conclusion, I do not want to look like I am against them: in fact, I am in for as many of them as customers will demand. Freedom of choice is the best answer in a fast-changing environment of a modern world  Smiley.
Well it is true that stablecoin itself actually is not stable but atleast it has fixed value to the commodities or real currency so that the volatility is not too much. That alone already helps alot of people saving their wealth rather than having the uncertainty of the market fluctiation.
it is always better than nothing right? the existence of stablecoin itself actually doesnt hurt the overall cryptocurrency market.
796  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should ICOs be regulated on: March 28, 2019, 03:55:32 PM
if ico intends to sell their tokens to general public, i like to see them getting regulated for clients' protection.  however, if the company ico is kinda private, something like selling the tokens to its workers or customers, then it may not be regulated.
In my opinion whether it's private or not eitherway it still need some kind of regulation. You know consumer or investor protection is always better. People have tired handing over complicated requirement for merely investing meanwhile the ICO holders
could easily scam us if they want, but with regulation, that problem will be eliminated.
797  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Is straying deceitfully from the ideologies of Blockchain technology on: March 27, 2019, 11:02:17 PM
I might not be in support of what binance team are doing right now, but I can stand for them that they actually care about the funds of investors unlike other IEO platforms that just come up just because they see a new trend rising and not because they care about their investors and buy the idea of IEO.

I personally might not participate in any IEO because on thing I always love to be is anonymous in the crypto space since this is the actual ideology of why Satoshi Nakamoto created bitcoin and the blockchain.

This is a centralized solution offered by binance to root out and separate legit projects from scam's ones. Which is good for the benefits of all investors.

And yes most investors in binance launchpad are not buying because of the idea & future technology behind the project but to get x2 x3 or x5 on the investment which is a proven trend in the previous 2 IEO projects.
Not all of investors can't buy and i never seen someone created a thread with the proof if he can participate on IEO, IEO is a good thing to separate the legit from the scam ico but it doesn't look good if you are seeing it can be manipulated by its own exchange site.
798  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Hardware Wallet Battle on: March 27, 2019, 11:00:19 PM
Keeping your cryptocurrency investments safe has become very important today. And thanks to the many established organizations that have provided the crypto enthusiasts with secure storage options via hardware wallet. Hardware wallet adds an additional layer of security to safeguard your cryptocurrencies in case your computer is affected by a virus or malware which could steal your private keys by using a key logger. They additionally secure you against tricks, for example, counterfeit sites which use "phishing" to attempt and take your private keys. In the event that you have done any kind of investment in digital money, it bodes well to utilize a hardware wallet – they are by a wide margin the most secure methods we have at the moment of protecting your investments.

The two products that are considered the best hardware wallet in 2019 and stand out in crypto space are Trezor and Ledger. Both of these products are well known in the cryptocurrency community for the security they offer without actually storing the currencies themselves. Though physical equipment, Trezor, and Ledger act as protection for private information and data that are used to access digital assets.

Read here in detail: https://coinswitch.co/news/ledger-nano-s-vs-trezor-review-2019-best-hardware-wallet-battle

Share your opinion as well...thanks
Im all in for trezor because there was no a bad news about trezor vulnerability was getting discovered. that's true and compared to the ledger, ledger is nothing due to the a lot of problem on its vulnerability. trezor is a winner on this game
799  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have any chance in the future recent IEO will be like as scam ICO? on: March 27, 2019, 10:59:04 PM
IEO is just a wrapper for an ICO. Same risks. A scam project can pay the listing payment and can still scam you. It also can happen to new listings listed by Binance.
Sorry, but it sounds funny, especially with the background of how the head of binance said that he did not take money for adding projects to the exchange. I don’t think that random projects from unknown people will will be added on IEO of good exchanges. Projects will be very carefully checked and separated by advisers because the exchange itself could fall due to the negative consequences in case of a scam.
That's indeed but i will not believe if binance was not charging that icos will some fees. where will binance gets its fund if that was not even creating revenue from its product? I believe binance was still getting some fees that collected from the sale.
800  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Am done with KYC on: March 26, 2019, 08:29:42 AM
There is one thing I have realized from my experience with KYC for bounties. Almost all the projects I have provided my personal information to them failed to even get listed on exchanges and the project dies off. Surprisingly, those that didn't require KYC paid me and the project is truly developing. My point is, am beginning to think those project requesting hunters to go through KYC are just in for their information to trade and do not have any intentions to develop their crypto project so let's be vigilant about whom we carelessly give our details to, for some peanuts...May God bless our hustle

What the point ? Do for the KYC or not, if all the bounty of ICO need KYC you are never follow they project?
do not be pessimistic and never lose your trust every project need the KYC.
That makes sense to see someone was feeling regret to throw his identity for a few bucks only. You can't even take the point on this thread. A lot of icos are not performing KYC to the bounty participant but they are going so well.
