1441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: all coins have fallen over last few days on: September 16, 2017, 05:50:35 AM
friend, it's quite a reasonable, my opinion is correct, china plays a big role in cryptocurrency problem. currently I can only watch market movements. while raising funds to accommodate more bitcoin and altcoin. hopefully not too late to buy

why China can play the role of the market, yes because there become one of the most popular countries will cryptocurrency. once he issued a negative statement on cryptocurrency then everything will bleed.  Grin Cheesy
China is where bagholders coming from and have majority of the hashpower, what country do you think could affect more than this China and people in there?
Some of their market also leads with their big volume and it's just come from one country which is pretty much reflect their power in this crypto world. Once the market there closing down because of the regulation, the result, you can predict it.
1442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear trap or continuing upward trend?? on: September 16, 2017, 05:35:31 AM
See, its upward trend, as I've said that this is just repetitive movement of bitcoin if look through into their graph it's happen almost every fucking time and people still fall on it.
the latest dump I see so many FUDsters around but now, they're suddenly gone. well actually Im happy with it.
1443  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC price is crashed again on: September 15, 2017, 10:04:04 PM
BTC banned = miners are also banned from china means a high amount of mining speed gets removed also?
China didn't banned bitcoin, so the miners is fine, it's just the rules about the usage of bitcoin and so on is more strict that some exchanges are closing their service because of it and it affect so much people in there.
the miners will keep mining because it's not a criminal and will stay unpunished, no worry about the mining power too.
1444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: China is playing us on: September 14, 2017, 01:49:38 PM
I'm meself pretty much tired of these bullshits floating around me, China tbh is definitely playing with us, not saying that china in general but the traders in China, creating panic to take advantage of us and our people with their stupid instinct just blindly believe whats going on, such unfortunate the market has now been affected, nothing we can do.
guys, pls reveal how to stop these bulshit so that it's not going around in my head.
1445  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [ADX] AdEx ICO Speculation on: September 14, 2017, 01:10:26 PM
I think Adex has been down for a long time in the last two weeks and certainly the whales are preparing the most powerful pump on the altcoin. I think the price will probably go up to x5 in the next pump and that this altcoin will have good news in the future.
I think not, we'll have a long stagnant price waiting ahead until the matter about china government cleared up, none of us want to take such high risk by investing into adex untill everything sorted out.
there's no whale if they just get pwned by the regulation released by china.
1446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: No exchanges closing in China - just regulation on: September 14, 2017, 12:59:53 PM
I'm sure that some of exchanges were announced their closing for their service because they can't be sure to keep obeying the rules or else they've broken it from the start.
so, after all, all of these coins will soon be pumped again and back to its past rate, how beautiful, all affected by mere a regional regulation.
1447  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Wow everything is down today!! on: September 13, 2017, 03:17:53 PM
What's the deal this time?  First China ICO ban and now what?  It's been a shitty few months for crypto!!  Is there any clear skies in sight or everything is just crashing and burning into the ground!!?
There are already lost of similar thread like this.Instead of creating new one,why wont post on that thread? But well going back to topic Prices would really be affected specially when there are certain events do happen on this market.China does really have influence when it comes to this cryptoworld knowing that they holding huge funds which if they do decide to ban then pulling out amounts of money will really affect the market.
people are just too dramatic to always post such thing and repeating. never see this kind of posts when the price of btc drastically increasing, but when it's decreasing, people goes like crazy.
really, this price movement is such a normal thing considering the price of bitcoin never go up within really short time.
1448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Alot of ICOs around, which one is scam free? on: September 13, 2017, 03:13:24 PM
The only way to know a scam-free ICO is to lurk more, see the different projects and learn which types succeed in the end. Recommendations from users are better than nothing, but how do you know that they are not duped too.

Yeah that's true! you can never found out if that ICO is a scam or not in the first place, just be very careful and do research first of who is the man and team behind that ICO.
You can, by observing the whole team behind the project, seeing whether they're trustworthy or not, you can minimze the chance of getting scammed. many people are throwing money to investment without even analyzing who's behind every of the projects and that's really a bad mistakes.
eth smart contract also works like escrow if you are interested to invest.
1449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do Altcoins really have a future? on: September 13, 2017, 12:01:28 PM
I believe Bitcoin has a future in long term. It proved itself in the past years and it is getting widely popular. It just has a transaction fee problem atm.

What about the altcoins? Who does use them for real? Will people use them in the future for real purpose?

I only have a hope for ethereum and litecoin, but not for the rest. I am not even sure for eth and ltc.

If bitcoin solves the reansaction fee and time problem, I doubt eth and ltc even have a future.

I think so. They won't create altcoins if it will not play a major role in the crypto market. In my opinion they are there to balance bitcoin because if there are no altcoins the bitcoin price would be double or triple the price nowadays.
the problem of transaction that bitcoin have, is the disadvantage of blockchain system, can't keeping up with the burden of having so much users and so many transactions going around. while the mining power is limited, this system must be repaired from its root and everything will be fine. the current blockchain system is just not really effective for users who spend bitcoin to buy.
1450  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Storm is coming - big one? on: September 13, 2017, 11:50:23 AM
just small storm, people and the bitcoin users will get used to it. the chinese themselves doesn't ban bitcoin so they can just keep their activity on their locals or else, buy a vpn to access foreigh exchanges.
just a normal thing to happen though, the exchange above maybe don't want to take a risk by allowing chinese people to trade there. just to make sure.
1451  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Looks like he is right - BTC price on: September 13, 2017, 11:24:36 AM
If you draw the lines from a little sooner, they'll point up instead of down...

But maybe he is right. And it is fine. I feel that there are lots of people waiting for a correction to come into bitcoin (which would make it rebound up). It'll be higher again probably
It will go back in its Ath and have a new price afterwards, I don't thinks he's right i am not an expert trader but he only puts a downtrend line is it a serious ? I can put also an upward line on it or elese you wanted to join the Fudders campaign. Goodluck.

I was following him for a month. I think he knows how to make a good chart
He does really know on how to make use of technical analysis which i do really see that those trend lines do really matches on the things that is happening as of now we did see theres a strong resistance on 5k usd price which it reverse its price and now heading to the bottom but i was amazed that technical analysis on crypto movements is already effective and can really get some basis.
not that im not trusting or trying to believe someone ideas but do you guys really think that the line above created by some sort of fortune teller or people with supranatural power to predict future. it's all speculation and there's no strong reason of why the line created that way. no offense but it's just doesn't make sense.
1452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of ICO ban in China on: September 12, 2017, 01:25:18 PM
i believe this a temporary ban,but the question is when are they going to lift the Injunction.
This has really affected many upcoming ICO's within the Asian Terrain
The china government have stated themselves that this ICO ban is just temporary, the official regulation regarding ICO will be released by the government as follows. there's so many people are so dramatic that after the ICO ban announcement they went insane and now hopefully their mind will back to normal again.
and not, it's not affecting the ICO that much in asian, just china government and people in its regional.
1453  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What's The Minimum Investment? on: September 12, 2017, 01:17:02 PM
Crytpo exchanges accept .001btc so its a good start to practice your trading skills with that amount. I don't rush myself and study more and the highest amount that I put is only .002btc,
no matter how much you invested in it. you can start with 10$ but it depends upon trading skills and you mind to assume the price and prediction of the future. i am using bittrex for a long time and its transaction fee is 0.001 btc approximetly $4.5. in the beginning you will get loss and this will help you really much in the process to find good coin to invest.
guys, never ever start an investment to some cryptos which near to the amount of fee needed for withdrawal or else will be eaten up by the fee alone.
if you really want to start an investment, why not try to collect a money first. totally worth it if you try it out.
1454  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: should i care about mining as a trader? on: September 12, 2017, 11:58:54 AM
no point of caring to these miners as a trader, you trade for the price not for the mining block or else. i actually don't care about them when i do trade, but if there's some rumours that seem to involve miner and have potential to get them away from a coin, then it'll disaster for that coin and the price might just drastically getting down.
as a trader, there's 3 points you should care about: news, rumours, and the price movement.
1455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about altcoins. on: September 12, 2017, 11:27:36 AM
altcoins exist to compete bitcoin, whether they'll succeed or not, god knows. There's many factors that determine whether an altcoin is much better than bitcoin mainly by its feature but doesn't mean the altcoin will be a huge success unlike bitcoin.
and for the last question, the answer is yes as long there's an exchange available.
1456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best airdrop you ever got (or didnt get) on: September 12, 2017, 11:15:42 AM
Deep Onion is a scam along with most of the airdrop-ed coins, if not all.
just if that's right, people who receive the airdrop will not care with this as long as they could sell their coin right after they receive it, that's ironically happen and repeated.
I'm rarely gets some of airdrop because I've actually never watched them but just got impressed by the reward sometimes.
1457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should We Be Panic Of ICO Ban? on: September 10, 2017, 04:58:31 AM
to respond to the current state of ICO. ICO should be made as good as possible and minimize the harmful ICO for Investors. If there is no follow-up of the negative effects of ICO. Possible Investors will be difficult to invest in ICO. A good ICO is an ICO that provides substantial benefits to the Investor and the Results of the Project is satisfactory.
the government themselves are seeing that there are many potential threat happen in these ICO. uncredible and untrusted people starting an ICO without even having a background knowledge about what they're doing, have near to zero relation and experience, but just grabbing money already happen pretty often. That's why they want to regulate it but not banning it as banning which occurs in china is temporary.
1458  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: many ICO altcoin , What can be trusted? on: September 10, 2017, 04:42:39 AM
In my opinion The most important thing is to know their team, they are professional and solid or not? Then second rule is study the white paper, what problem will be solved from that project and study map and know more about project partner.
Now, the most important thing to know is whether the ICO ban your nationality, since American, Chinese government and sone other countries ban the ICO projects. If you can not join in, no need to think about it.
you are so wrong in many words. american require iCO investors to obey the rules by following KYC. chinese government have announced that the ban is temporary and will probably following america, and the way america stabilize their ico environment. stop spreading lies man. maybe you need to read the latest news furthermore because spreading this kind of misinformation.
1459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So I just lost 5.000 $ right? ETHEREUM Destination address typo error on: September 09, 2017, 05:57:06 AM
In this cryptocurrency world. One mistake could give you fatal result. I'm pretty sure that you're not checking your address before clicking the send button more than twice right? even I always checking it until more than ten times.
and also, if your phone capable of scanning qrcode, use it, any blockchain explorer always provide the image of the qrcode.
1460  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the 3 thing you look for in an ICO? on: September 08, 2017, 02:03:58 PM
First two steps are a quick glance at the ICO, to avoid wasting time with bad fundamentals:

1. I first look at the field it is trying to change and the main idea of the token (whitepaper). If I don't think there is potential here, I don't waste any more time.

2. Next I check how the token is used:
Is it central to the functioning of the platform / i.e. is this something that wouldn't work without a token? If not ICO is just a way to raise money, so not worth it. If token is only for raising money and handing out profits / revenue share - this token can be classified as a security, so exchanges will hesitate to list it (SEC issues) and I avoid it.

After this it is time to look at the project in more detail:

3. The team + advisors:
Past work, experience, international team? Unknown team with no experience / proof of past work is a big red flag.

4. Timeline for development and working prototype:
- How far along is the project? Avoid projects just starting out (ICO at a very early stage) unless willing to take additional risk.
- Have they met deadlines for previous steps? If not may want to avoid project - unrealistic planning shows a dysfunctional team.
- And maybe most important in this section - do they have a working prototype before ICO? If not question whether they are really able to develop on promises. I usually avoid ICOs with no working prototype.

5. ICO details:
- What is the marketcap for ICO? No marketcap, no way Shocked If the marketcap is very large consider what marketcap it would have to reach for you to get a desired return (example to reach 10x n initial investment). Is this marketcap realistic for such a project?
- What share of coins are being sold in ICO? Preferably at least 50%. How is the rest distributed and what are the proceed of ICO to be used for?
- Presale? What kind of discount for presale and how many coins were sold? If too cheap and too large share of all coins you can probably expect presale participants to dump once token starts trading on exchanges.
- How is participation structured? Whitelist and individual caps? Will the ICO be used to guarantee wide adoption and decentralisation? Or are they just hunting for whales?
- And finally are you looking for a quick flip or will you look to hold long term because you are a true believer in this project? I invest only in project that I believe in long term, because this is whee the real money is made  Grin

This are the basics.

After this, try their slack and other channels to get a feel for the team - ask the difficult questions and see how they respond. This way you will see how thought out the project really is. Are they defensive and avoid answering or are they willing to explain things? Great sign of a good team!

If the devs are trying to explain clearly about their project and can answer even the harder question regarding the summarize of their project, i always assume that the devs are really serious about the project. if you found that some of devs who trying to start an ICO are lack of these thing. better to stay away. but, some of the devs maybe not responsive because they are busy. but will eventually answering all your questions.
