Because this coin also occupy the some good investors so many peoples are investing slowly in this coin. but majority of the peoples are invested in Bitcoin at the same time BCH also good growing Cryptocurrency. If you think this will die in future you should sell know because you only loose the benefit of this coin. At least there is a lot of whales are still pumping this coin. So I have an old laptop I want to dedicate to store coins that are not compatible with hardware wallets. The wifi card takes about 30 seconds to unhook, so the plan is get my wallets setup and leave the laptop offline until I want to sell/trade. I know this isn't the absolute most secure way but feel it is a good compromise of convenience and security (especially compared to just storing in wallet on gaming pc). Was wondering if anyone else is doing this and if so how they went about it as well as had a few questions.
1. Ubuntu or windows 7/10? I know there's a lot less malware out there for linux though I like the ability of windows to do full disk encryption and am also more familiar with windows.
2. Should I connect to the internet to update OS/download wallets after installing the OS and then go offline to setup wallets and backup private keys or should I get the wallets setup (transferred on thumb drive from potentially unsecure computer) and keys backed up before the laptop is ever connected to the internet and then go about updating the OS?
If you are not familiar with ubutn and you could use windows to make yourself will be more easily to control your fund. Remember never try to clicking any suspicious link or malware. I use windows and i'm about that never get any problem with it. 2 I guess you should never updating your OS for me it's better for you to upgrade your anti virus rather than updating your OS. Anti virus has an important role to prevent malware. |

I think they most likely fight with scammers. Founder Twitter good is revoked on the BTC and the crypt in general. It predicts a great future. Twitter ban purpose is to preventing the scammers. there is a lot of scam projects were searching the victims through spread the word through various advertisement. This coin is quite a controversial one among the Greek community. The ann thread was on the greek subforum but in English. This coin never really reached acceptance or any recognition. Those hotels accepting it have probably never heard of it or never used it regardless. I doubt that they'd have the infrastructure to accept it anyway. Better bring a credit card!  That's indeed, and this is purely an advertisement thread. In fact, i never heard about this coin but if that was accepting major crypto and that will be so easy to liquidate the amount. Hey guys,
Question I have is: once an ICO is over and later an ALT coin/token gets listed on exchange, how is the price of the ALT determined?
Is there for example a formula that is used by exchanges based on ICO sale price or is it just pure supply/demand? So in the case of the latter, does the exchange simply list the coin and let the buy/sell orders drive the price?
Also to add to this question, if an ICO decided to give away ALL it's coins/tokens as an airdrop, can it still be listed on exchange? Or that would not be possible?

It's just pure supply and demand, if you are seeing the developer already putted the fixed price for altcoins but that doesn't work because the market will try to decided it. Exchange just try to list it, seller and buyer will try to determine the real price for each token. It can, just like EBTC token. |

ETC is fake ethereum i suggest to not bet a lot on that fake token. As you can see even callisto doesn't bring a lot of impact to the ethereum classic. ethereum is the only one and you have made very wrong decision to invest your money in the ethereum classic. it looks like a very stable coin. |
