I remember that they said we could login but even since then I have been locked with no response.
Are they as bad as pooljunkie ended up being for us first nighters?

cryptopools had a big ddos. someone has been redirecting traffic aimed at baidu at the pool to ddos it. they also ensured that the connection to the server wasn't closed properly so to essentially kill MySQL due to so many connections. ive now fixed this and enabled payouts
ALL PAYOUTS ON CRYPTOPOOLS ENABLED!(when you can access the site/ddos stops)

Password reset at 42.cryptopools.com is not working.
I'm unable to log in myself, have tried password reset and nothing, sent email to support and also PM'd the guy and no contact, he is showing up online but no reponse Your account is unlocked. You do not need to reset password for locked account. Please use your email address to log on and NOT your username. Enjoy the 42 wild swing... -tb- My miner is working correctly but the dashboard balance stats is wrong.. is that normal? what is wrong? all the balance is always 0.000001 you dont have a high enough hash so are literally getting paid very very small amounts on the pool more than likely. CryptoPools is in the process of upgrading the frontend to make it more stable. Backend is not affected.

Maybe add a way to actually use autopayouts for people who dont have 10 mhash+ rigs  Also, do you use the default 42 transaction fee for manual payouts? It only shows 0.0000. we dont charge a transaction fee for manual or auto payouts. we pay for it out of our standard pool fee to reduce you're costs as a miner |

I am the lead dev of the fork of stratum used by the pools who the OP is claiming is cheating. Obigal the OP of smalltimeminer applied a patch to my fork of stratum to get the code used for coins like OSC/TEK/UNO and other SHA256 PoS Coins and made it work with scrypt coins with transaction messaging in order to fix the issue. Other pools have been using my fork and have followed the coin spec aka enabling sha256_tx(to be renamed still) to ensure that a tx message is enabled into the coin and therefore ensuring that a valid block is produced reducing these long rounds
Does this mean that SHA256 ASIC machines could mine these coins? nope |

Hi,
I wrote a Florin block explorer and I'm running the daemon 24/7 and have yet to notice an issue. I assume this is directly related to mining though. Can you please elaborate on the "300% block" and whatever other issues are happening with Florincoin-based clients?

its for mining really. the transactions need to have a tx mesage hardcoded into them for the block to be accepted and passed as valid. which wouldnt happen before |

hi, not really you need to compile the client as normal then wait for it to sync. and put the rpc details from the config in MPOS and stratum aswell as the wallet address

This is FUD. we have had 0 reports from ANYONE about cryptopools being hacked. infact another pool was hacked and then a bot began buteforcing accounts on our pools. to stop this we have switched from username based login to email based login. |
