540 retest required?
Required for what? Required to hit a new and bigger ATH! Why would we need to go to 540 to go higher?

Its fine. Moving bitcoins from large weak hand to smaller stronger hands.
Let's stop with this myth. People have been saying this since day 1. If this was true there wouldn't be any weak hands anymore. Weak hands are selling to other weak hands. This will never change. There will always be weak hands.

Is this quick and hard dump is caused by some news I'm not aware of ?

Interesting discussion as I really should sell some bitcoin right now as my only source of income is the consulting work I do for which I get paid in bitcoin.
Should I hold-off selling even if I really could do with more fiat?
There is a difference between making stupid trading decisions and selling because it's your income. You have to eat right. I agree again, and there's also a difference between selling and dumping. Yup.

Here's a tip for those people who keep dumping around 600. If you don't dump the price will go up and your coins will be worth more. Crazy rocket science, i know.
That's a prisoner's dilemma type situation though that could never happen in practice, because one bad actor dumps and takes advantage of the other people holding. Anyone who dumps here without buying back in short order is as stupid as I was in 9/2013 selling 2,000+ btc, my biggest (and by and large the only) really stupid trade. That's not bad if you could learn from your mistake and 2000BTC was only a small portion of your profile. Yes, both. But at this point anyone should just hold on to their coins, since the risk/reward going forward 3 months is just so unbelievably good. I can't think of any reason to reduce the exposure right now. Even selling at 400 had some merit for some, but selling now does not. (Trading aside - you can try trading an uptrend, I don't, but if you are good go for it. Ask the ones who sold at 547 a few days ago what was their buyback ) Only a complete fool would sell now. And a lot if Bitcoin traders are just that.

oh really? I'm going in Tera mode for now. Too much resistance. Bid wall removed. Dump incoming. Back to 550 Yes too much resistance. Can I ask where are you trading? I don't. I suck at it. and yet you love to give advice. like now? Am i wrong? I don't know. you were calling for a dump back to 550 and now you're saying that dumping at 600 is stupid. I respect that you can change your mind whenever you like, but just don't try to pretend like you know what you're talking about. Yes, i know this might also sound like rocket science to you but that is indeed possible. Thinking people might dump and thinking it is stupid at the same time is totally possible. Crazy eh? The world must be one big adventure for you every day you wake up.

Litecoin seems to be firmly uncoupled from bitcoin now (if that's not an oxymoron). Doge also falling. Dark days ahead for both?
Yes, of course that happened after i buy back in after 10 months or so. I could sell then now before it gets worse but then it will go up tomorrow. Guaranteed.

I'm going in Tera mode for now. Too much resistance. Bid wall removed. Dump incoming. Back to 550 550 wouldn't be too bad, we were cheering @breaking 500 not that long ago True and i'm not worried. It's just that we're so close to 600.

Is it me or are these constant small price movements on Stamp just bots going nuts? I hardly see any real trades (bigger numbers). Just crap like 0.02 buying and selling non stop. Tons of 0.09 earlier. The thing is i don't see anything that makes sense. It seems completely chaotic. Like the bot is changing it's mind every 2 minutes.

Cmon i want my 50 coin buy order at $584 to fill. Its just $4... it would make such a big difference to meeeee.....
This is what i'm talking about. The kind of behaviour i just don't understand. You traders are odd people. You risk getting left behind and having to panic buy 10 maybe 30 bucks higher just because you want to save 5 dollars a coin. Maybe it's different in this case but i'm seeing this all the time.
