String support in 550s.

1000 coins?

That one company already offered to buy all 25k coins for spot minus 15 percent. When is the last day for bidding? If they still can bid, Im betting the majority will be purchased at about that rate.. just under spot.

Why is everyone so obsessed with this? The last 30 pages all people talk about is at what prices the coins will go? How is it even relevant? Someone may bid 550 now and we'll be at 500 tomorrow. So he is buying expensive coins and vice versa. It doesn't make any sense that the price of these coins are turning out to be the most important event if the year.
its happening news!

There is way more news out there, way more interesting and relevant.

I learned something while reading here.
And that is that nobody and i really mean nobody has a fucking clue what they are talking about.
Anybody who uses this thread to know when to buy and sell might as well throw some dice or darts. The results will probably better.
All these "facts" and charts and lines and people acting like they know it all.
It really isn't much better than the Btce troll box here. A bit more civilized maybe but in the end it's nothing but idiots screaming BUY BUY BUY SELL SELL SELL! We all do it in one way or the other.
Also hilarious how everyone is an auction expert suddenly. And a China expert and an expert in anything really.
1585  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 11:29:43 PM
How do I know when to buy back in? after the auction results are leaked/announced?

Just by asking this i can guarantee you you will be too late.
1586  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 11:03:00 PM
And another dump while i was typing. Crazy.
1587  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 10:58:59 PM
seriously puzzled by the selling pressure, oh well more for me.

it has something to do with the auction ...obviously!  Cool

Market will not move further till this auction finish, this auction really pushing market downside so whale will buy Silkroad coin more cheaper.

I think it's just more general fear (of the outcome of the auction) that causes people to sell and makes others afraid to buy. Just sheep being sheep with a few whales taking advantage of the situation.
People already placed their bid anyway if i read it correctly.

Now what does worry me is that no matter the outcome of the auction the price will crash again.
I mean what is supposed to happen? If the winner bought at 600 would that suddenly cause a buying rally?
It's a tiny event that shouldn't affect the market much. It's no reason to either sell or buy.
Right now the only thing that surrounds this auction is fear and panic. All we need is one whale to dump 1000 coins 1 minute after the auction ends and everybody will completely totally fucking panic and dump everything they can. No matter what price the coins were bought.

The price of the coins isn't the real issue here. It's not what people care about. It's will there be panic or not.
Bitcoin is driven by panic at the moment. And all these events and China and ghash crap is just people looking for a reason to panic.

Really, none of these traders give a shit about if a few coins get sold at 550 or 600. 1 week from now nobody even remembers it. It's all about the panic. They are addicted to it. In a completely retarded way.
1588  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 10:19:57 PM
Man, this non stop dumping...

Hilarious isn't it? Kinda pathetic though.

No big deal. I wasn't planning on spending any satoshis tonight. They don't take bitcoin for beer at the Skydome and I won't be stopping at Grossman's Tavern where they do accept Bitcoin.

Maybe I'll stop in at Bitcoin Decentral on the way down and buy some while the price is artificially low.

Every day's a good day to buy more bitcoins.

Yeah after one year i've started buying some here and there again.

Someone wants to short on Finex I think...

more like, someone wants to cover their short at the best possible price, before it is too late.

monkey says the next 3 hours look grim.

I'm gonna have to put you on ignore. That monkey nonsense is annoying as hell.

Please don't post positive news. People will panic and dump.
1592  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 05:14:27 PM
If you thought the price is fallin because of the auction, then you are dead wrong, that was just my little adopted brother tryin to fool you!
MY OWN real work happened behind the scenes and will be released SOON with drastic effects!

Troll fail.
1593  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 12:01:11 PM
Wall removed. He'll probably put it back lower though. Why stop here.
1594  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 11:59:10 AM
I can't believe there are still people here who don't think this is because of the auction.
"Just normal market behaviour".

I believe it is because of the auction. You need to stop thinking people are rational, they are stupid! This is why auction has so much influence on price.

Here's the really stupid thing.  The SR auction is about BITCOINS, and bitcoins only.  Yet altcoins like Litecoin and other alts are being forced down by the whales too, causing people to panic for their beloved alts as well.  Even Dodgecoin is being sold off, which has absolutely nothing to do with the SR auction.

Yup. Bear whales jump on these situations like flies on shit. Sheep being in total fear is perfect for them. They can manipulate them in any way they want. You can hardly blame them either. It's too easy.

I see it's tour de trolls again. We go down a few dollars and they pop up left and right.
What a sad fucking life.
Dude, it's not about a bunch of dollars, it's about BTC breaking that long term trend which never happened before and on low volume on top of that.

Uh ok, if a line is so important to you then i suggest selling your coins.
A line that was able to predict with almost 100 accuracy the most important points of the graph (340 bottom, apparent trend reversal from 450 to 680, and last bounce at 540). That line IS important.

Then this obviously is the end of Bitcoin and you should sell asap.
If you don't sell it means you don't really believe that line is so important.
So what is it gonna be?

So is this the auction effecting market , that hasn't took place yet..! how 30k btc decides what other 12M btc will value total BS.

That's Bitcoin traders for you. Total idiots. 8 days of coins and the market is in complete fear.
1600  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: June 25, 2014, 10:35:53 AM
Why do you assume that if anyone ever sells they must be a panicking sheep full of fear?

It takes one to know one?

Damn, you've got me! I'm such a panic seller!
