I hope you get close to your asking price. If you do, I may sell my 900 MH/s 3 Titan setup too.

Same here, anyone feel free to PM me if you're paying these 1+ year ROI prices for this hardware. I'll sell too and possibly buy A4 with the money when they become available.

1+ year ROI? If folks believe LTC will be at $3.50 forever, I'd understand the resistance to purchase this gear. Good luck on that A4, I'm keeping my eye on it as well.

I don't speculate on price increases when calculating ROI, could really go either way or stay put. If those A4s hit the market though, which I very much think they will, difficulty will skyrocket. In that case, ROI is impossible on a Titan at these prices.

Sorry pikachuy  Tongue

Thanks for all the help/advice people, but I have found an alternate solution at http://holybitcoin.com/product/hp-1200-watt-common-slot-psu-bundle/

I think these are the low efficiency ones. About 86% bare at 50% load, so maybe 83% at full load. Something to keep in mind.

No, they're very efficient.

DPS1200FB 91.19% efficient at 100% load

DPS1200FB-1 93.21% efficiency at 100% load

Where did you get your figures from?

Sounds Nasty as in a loud pitch sound or annoying whine?

Both. They sound horrible, you don't want them running in your house without modifying them to reduce noise.

Yep another attack just hit.

Do you know who is orchestrating these attacks?

I'd like a fully working cube, and possibly a full titan if the price is right. How much are you asking?

With an s7, rule of thumb is :  overclock if you want, underclock if you want, find a good setting with sub 0.01% error, and then - DONT TOUCH IT EVER AGAIN.  Smiley  Also check out the luck we had at Kano.is pool SmileySmileySmileySmileySmiley

good, but doesn't it also mean that from now on, there will be bad luck there (on average)?

No, not at all. Past luck is not an indicator of future luck.

Would be nice for jbravo to hit a few blocks sometime soon. Smiley

How much does he charge to ship to the US?

Would also like to know. I'd be in for a few if shipping is reasonable.

10.3PH................WOWOWOWOWWOWO, must be my new S7  that put us over the top.    YUP!

You said that and it dropped to 8.2ph

Seems to be a bug with the stats right now? What sticks out to me is the drop to 8.2, and especially luckyant at an unwavering 2,725.00THs is odd. Should be fluctuating.
514  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS]*PRICE DROP!* 1100w Platinum (94%) server PSUs/breakout boards w/cables on: January 07, 2016, 08:34:07 PM
That's it folks, nothing more to see here. Just cleared quakefiend420 out, everything he had left is heading my way. These are pretty much my favorite PSUs, will have 28 when these get here. Gotta love that 94% efficiency!!

Thanks, quakefiend!

carve with dremel (with steel brush, NOT stone), almost 500 micron then i found a bm1385 core chip for best thermal conductivity.

Jesus... You are truly hardcore!  Smiley Insane.

^mine can push past 725Mhz without much issue. 750-800Mhz is the likely max for overclocking

And you see an increase in hashrate, without increasing voltage to the chips? You must have a really good one.

have you finished your 2880 watt psu tests?

No but I have one more a two hour test

and it is pretty much the same as the 1 hour test.

2880 watt psu tests

30 min

amps 9.1
volts 241
dc  12.20
dc  12.10
dc   12.00
hash 6879
watts 2193
watts per gh 0.3188

1 hour

amps  = 9.0
volts   = 241
dc      = 12.20 at the one un - used pcie cable
dc      = 12.10 at avalon 1 software reading
dc      = 12.00 at avalon 2 software reading
hash  = 6872
watts = 2169
watts per gh = 0.3156

2 hour

amps  = 9.0
volts   = 241
dc      = 12.20 at the one un - used pcie cable
dc      = 12.10 at avalon 1 software reading
dc      = 12.00 at avalon 2 software reading
hash  = 6849
watts = 2169
watts per gh = 0.3166

I would do two more sets of tests  a 4 hour and a 12+ hour

I did pul the 2980watt apart and fans are mounted differently but are delta fans use 1.68 amps each or about 5amps at 12 volts for all three = 60 watts.

they are mounted better I took a lot of photos will post them. in the morning.

My batch 9 arrived today, had to pay UPS about $30 upon delivery.

My first S7, but I notice some differences from the other S7 pictures.  The controller board on top only has 3 connector ports for the 3 blades, there are no other ports to connect cables to.  Also, the PCI-e power connector on the board is upright and not to the side.  Also, only 2 fan ports on the controller board.  Is this different from the batch 8s?

B9 is B8 with a later shipping date.
