1601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What am I to do? on: July 24, 2018, 05:36:32 PM
Now all the markets are crashing down and I don't know what to do with my altcoins. My briefcase fell 30% in a couple of days. I'm afraid I might lose more. Selling or hodl?
You shouldnt be panicking today if you really did your research before buying those altcoins,im sure if you did research you wont lose too much because if you have invested into solid altcoins surely these coins will find their way to recover from this crash.Holding the quality and solid coins so that your losses wont be too big if the market has recovered alteady.
Be calm and wait for the market to come back to its green numbers. Holding is a must if you want to earn bigger amount of money. Because at a time like this you should have bigger trust on your token that it can survive even if the market is already in red. No one should do panic selling.
1602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it better to buy during ICO or Market? on: July 19, 2018, 02:47:45 PM
I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

#Datarius

It depends on the potential of a project. If it has a successful ICO, has the good review by the community I think you can not buy their tokens with a cheaper price on exchange site. Bounty hunters are smart guys, they can realize this.
For me it is better to buy tokens when its already in the market because sometimes during the ICO there is scamming that is happening although not always happening but it is true. Hassle if that happened. Lost of money and time if happened.
1603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Winner of this year, ETH or BTC? on: June 29, 2018, 09:59:23 AM
Hello everyone!

Recently, I was thinkig. Is there really any reason for the BTC to be the market leader? The only thing that is giving the value to BTC is pretty much the fact, that it was the first crypto currency. It is the grandfather of all cryptos. But we know it has its flaws... It was never designed for broad usage, it has scaling issues and so on.

On the other hand, we were given ETH. The Crypto Kitties or w/e the awesome internet meme ETH appliction is called showed us, that ETH network has issues with high amounts of usage. BUT, 90% of all altcoins are based on the ERC-20 standard, brought to us by ETH. The smart contracts using the Solidity are extremly good piece of technolgy.

So my question is. Do you think, that BTC will keep its leadership, or will ETH be the winner of this year and surpass its ancestor?

They both have the popularity so for me they are both winner but ETH stand out the most. We all know the bitcoin has a larger value compare to ETH but when you invest in ETH you are sure that it will grow immediately unlike in bitcoin. And if you monitor the status of eth, it is more productive and has a bigger potential compare to other coins.
1604  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: June 29, 2018, 03:59:55 AM
Seems like most people just want to become super rich in a short period of time.
If you don't believe in this new technology, and just want to earn quick money, I think you will probably not achieve what you want.
All I want to say is be patient, live your life, and don't get too emotional by all the negative news/FUD. Yes, crypto might be ended in a really bad way and you lose most/all your money. But if you truly believe in the new technology, just invest the projects you like the most and hold until it gets mature and returns.

Yes, I won't be here if I am not right? Crypto really makes every investor and user rich and successful in life.  It builds your trust, patience and perseverance to achieve your goal here. I do believe the beauty and the potential of it. And it will make every future better. Remember, trust and patience in crypto is one of important thing you need to have.
1605  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I lost half of my crypto amount! what to do? on: June 28, 2018, 04:02:30 PM
So I basically got fomoed. Towards the end of 2017 I saw how high bitcoin skyrocketed and decided to invest in ripple as a test. Less than one week it went up 3x. This made me more ballsy and I put in 11k total in various other alt coins like ripple, ethos, tron, and cardano. After the crash I lost about half of my value just like that. I am frustrated with the experience and wish I would have just put in 1k or something. I wish I could just not invested and went into what I was doing earlier which was just investing the boring and traditional way. Should I wait and hodl or pull out and do something else?
Dont lose hope and just believe on bitcoins appearance and dominance. It can rise up anytime as of now. But some panic sellers just doing what they want and they did not thinking about the effect of panic selling in the market or in the cryptocurrency itself. Just dont be one of them. Stay patient.
1606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: June 28, 2018, 12:53:46 PM
what's your reason joining here in crypto?
Actually the reason why I am here in crypto is because my friend convince me to be part of here and at first I doubt but why not try. Try to invest and join in some bounty campaigns. And now I am earning and happily to become part of this crypto now. And I do believe the crypto is the future for every investor and gives knowledge about how to become business literate.
1607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Do we really need to hold altcoins on: June 26, 2018, 03:34:30 PM
if you someone who likes to just invest, bitcoin will be the king today and almost in the future. So throw your money at alts riskier than BTC. But if you someone who wants to get more BTC, you should trading ALTS. I mean alts by design is to make more BTC. well, dyor and this not an investment advice.
It actually depends on the token holder if he or she really wants to sell it. If the holder is already satisfied what he will get when he sell it. But as of now the market are down so it means that all tokens are dumping so all of token holders should hold and hold for a long time as the market recovers.
1608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is the foundation on: June 25, 2018, 05:06:58 PM
It is needful to say that before the completion of a magnificent building, it starts from the foundation, therefore, to excel as a crypto enthusiast you must start from the foundation, which is through the acquisition of knowledge.
I will not deny the fact that learning is a continuous process, but whoever is coming newly into crypto, should try as much as possible to learn first the rudiments before venturing into any aspect of crypo in order to avoid making costly mistakes.
What you already know cannot be taken away from you...
So, start from the foundation today and get the best from the crypto space.
Yes ofcourse I really agree with that topic. Because if you dive or go in here without knowing a little information on how to earn in here. You will only waste your time here. But if you searched and learned while you were browsing in here you will become a successful investor or even a bounty hunter here. Being informative or knowledgable can help you to become successful here.
1609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it normal to wait for 6 months for a bounty reward? on: June 05, 2018, 07:36:17 PM
Most of us join bounty campaigns because it is one of the means for us to get coins. I just want to verify how many of us have experienced waiting for a long period of time to get our coins. Don't get me wrong, i do trust the managers and what they say. And, most of them give valid  reasons why it'll take that long for them to distribute the rewards. In average, how long do you receive your coins after a bounty campaign?
I think it depends on the success of a certain ICO wherein you'll get to know how long are you going to wait for your reward. Some bounty tokens takes so long before it gets distribute because of the sales made by the ICO wherein it can either be sold out or burned. We should be patient with the rewards for they are worth the wait.
1610  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: June 05, 2018, 06:02:40 PM
With the price of Bitcoin being so volatile should we ever consider buying or even holding if we have bitcoins?

What are your thoughts??? What should we do??

As it stands today at this moment, the Bitcoin volatility index reads:
4.57% the latest 30-day volatility estimate
3.54% the latest 60-day volatility estimate

The bitcoin volatility index for present day can be seen at: https://btcvol.info/

My opinion of bitcoin longterm can be investigated here in this post titled "Hacks & puppets & forks - how to destroy bitcoin": https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1834310.0
The point is, bitcoin has a very volatile value right now which means holding would be a great idea since there's a possibility always that the price will rise which will help you out from getting great amount of profit. Now, if the volatility keeps on leading downwards, holding will not be an option anymore so you should sell out while the price is still high.
1611  Economy / Economics / Re: I almost lost my rock solid regular job because of crypto on: June 05, 2018, 05:51:25 PM
Like the title says, i almost lost my regular job as a software developer today when my boss reviewed my work. The job has been able to economically provide a comfortable life for me and losing it would really be a big hit to my income. I almost lost it because i spent so much time learning about everything crypto (mining, trading, bounties, etc.).

Has anyone else experienced this? I just feel pretty lucky I was given another chance and want to remind other people that having a regular job is much better than relying on the volatility of cryptocurrencies. Make sure you prioritize your work!

You should be wise and careful in handling both having a regular job and crypto. You can set aside crypto for the mean time but you should consider your regular job more important than it since it gives you regular profit unlike here in crypto. You can do both at the same time but you should be smart with your time management so none of the two will be left out.
1612  Economy / Economics / Re: Why the price of bitcoin rapidly going down on: June 05, 2018, 05:39:11 PM
The news in term of development are actually decent, with LN getting closer to a release, so I think this is just temporary. Smiley
So far, bitcoin's value has been falling down rapidly. It worries many of us but we can't do anything about it unless we keep on supporting and investing it even up until the end of its existence. We don't really up until when will this dump occur but we should stay faithful with our investment and holdings till bitcoin recovers once again.
1613  Economy / Economics / Re: The HODL strategy is not actual on: June 05, 2018, 05:30:38 PM
This morning I saw an article where a guy made a simple calculation through Google trends about HODL strategy, and it showed that call to HODL used less and less from February of 2018. Popularity of word Bitcoin and crypto currency is also falling down.
Why it is so? Do not people believe in Bitcoin and it's bright future anymore?
No matter on such tend I am going to HODL my founds till bitcoin will not come back to 20k$ Grin
We can't expect people to keep on holding on something that is not growing anymore. We can all see how crucial it is to invest in bitcoin since its value has been very down for so long. Though many people gave up already, we should stay still on our belief that soon, bitcoin will have it's high value back again.
1614  Economy / Economics / Re: its not about how much you invested, its when you should invest? on: June 05, 2018, 05:18:55 PM
kinda strange when investing in a volitile  market. you can spend 10,000 $ into the market in january and come out less. than what a person invested in april with 10,000 $.
The value of bitcoin is volatile so what would really matter is the time you invested not the money you've spent on it. You can spend plenty of money to invest here but if you ended up on the times where dumps are occuring, all your investment will fall down and would be nonsense. Meanwhile, if you invested while the value is still low, you will surely gain much profit so be smart on choosing when are you going to enter bitcoin.
1615  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen to bitcoin? on: June 05, 2018, 04:20:55 PM
Bitcoin at the present time resembles as a bubble.Once it goes up, it immediately pops out.  It is normal that the price of bitcoin gets down but it's been a long time since it is on its original value or higher than its real value. Those who invest these past few months are suffering a lot of loaaes and they are losing hope that bitcoin will continue to drastically decrease in value.  Do you have guys some advice for me? It will be really appreciated and I will be eternal grateful.
Bitcoin's price is very confusing since it is volatile so the best thing you can do about it is to find a great timing before entering or investing on bitcoin. Bitcoin may look bad right now but sooner or later, it will surely recover and will make everyone happy once again. We should just be patient about it and good things will surely take place.
1616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What does bitcoin need to improve? on: June 05, 2018, 03:50:16 PM
I can clearly see that there are other cryptocurrencies that are beginning to dethrone bitcoin, showing off there quick and secured transactions, though bitcoin continues to be the king. What does bitcoin need to improve state your opinions.
Bitcoin needs to improve its value's volatility. Too much volatility can cause panic and heart break for many so it would be better if the volatility will reduced. I'm not saying it should be stable, what I mean is that bitcoin should not have its price changing too many times every week or month so that people won't need to worry anymore everyday.
1617  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens with my crypto when I die? on: June 05, 2018, 03:24:43 PM
Silly question right? Smiley
Unless there is a backup method or heritage system it obviously vanishes for eternity, but the point was to discover methods that you are aware for avoiding such risks.

Well, it's not a risk, it's a certainty, but there are other risks of losing access to the crypto account aswell.
Some like:
* death... obviously
* house burns down along with hard wallet
* one can accidently loose his cold storage or hard wallet
* maybe other you figure out and I add them

So, what storage do you use to ensure your savings, or what do you think would be the best solution to overcome these risks?

UPDATE: I started this discusion because I can't see a decentralized solution for that, most of the centralized ones are largely known (wills at layers, online wallets and so on) but do not meet the security criteria as still imply a trusted party. Better simply handover the private key directly to the inheritant IMO.

What I want to determine is if it IS realy a concern for the comunity or not, and if yes than we can contribute all together to the creation of a such product. But again I realy do think it should be built decentralized and trustless.
That's a question many has been asking for a long time already. We all know how hard it is to earn bitcoin so after earning plenty, we should make sure that someone in our family knows how to access our account so if ever something unfortunate happens, all that we've worked for will be recieved by the right people and will not turn into nonsense.
1618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin have more risks than benefits? on: June 05, 2018, 03:10:55 PM
Bank of Spain, in Madrid, says that the bank of cryptocurrencies, bitcoin, it's not worth it, and there are more risks than benefits. There are more innovations and they are having more effect.

Notices: https://traders.fxstockbroker.com/article/use-of-crypto-currencies-has-more-risks-than-benefits-bank-of-spain-head
             https://www.compuserve.com/news/world/story/0002/20180523/KCN1IO0YB_1

What is your opinion?

It's quite true but without risks no reward should be expected. It is natural to have bitcoin risky knowing that it has a volatile value which confuses and makes our heart skip a bit everytime it is falling. Though that's the thing, you shouldn't be discouraged on investing here in bitcoin instead you should learn how to avoid or make the most from the risks.
1619  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late? (To buy Bitcoin now) on: June 05, 2018, 02:57:32 PM
I believe many people are already aware of the bit. And it still hesitated that if you buy a bit will keep losing it? If it is, it will be too late. I do not think I have any guidance. I just want to present many factors to see that. What is the price of bundles it up or down the day it is due to what the problem?

Let's see it. The image below is a copy of the Fibonacci Indicator. I will describe the home language is. The price of time that has occurred, then compared to the future (same as the original) Okay new.

Removing prices from the beginning to the present. To analyze the probability of price in the future.
It sounds so much easier. But everything is just an analysis. There may be other factors involved that can not be predicted for the future. However, we know that the chances of a price going up there are possible.

The Basics of Bit Coin You Should Know

1. The first is that the number of coin coils is limited to 21 million BTC. Over time, the number of BTC coins that have been mined. Or take longer to dig. But the demand for bitcole is very high. This also affects the price as well as economics. I can not add it.

2. Confidence in the price of bit coincidence of investors. It is believed that the price of a coil is unlimited. Maybe up to 10,000 Cc coin or more.

3. Using bitcoin Instead of a payment system. And person-to-person transfers. Or even international money transfers, which you will pay very little. And fast. Can you buy a house or car with a bit? Or even pay employees in the company with bits.

4. The confidence of the people. Interested in digital currency And buy it for speculation. See last year. More trading. There are more markets for trading in the country, as well as merchants or shops using bitcoins to pay for goods and services.

5.The popularity of Bitcoin. Nowadays many people know more about coin coin. As we have seen in many countries, Bitcoin is one of the investments. And some countries are trying to push the use of bitcoin can be legally spent.

6. Bitcoin's price It is independent of the economic indicators of the country. It will be seen that the news about the state of the country will not affect the price of Coyle.

7. The average Halving incident every four years is a reduction in the number of digs awarded in half. This results in less supply.

8. Independence in trading If you want to trade, you do not have to trade at the Exchange Exchange. Unlike stock or Forex, Broker must be an intermediary.

9. The key to keeping the price down is flash crash. The market is hacked. This makes it hard to trust. The history of the previous Mt.Gox from Japan or Bitfinex of China has been hacked, resulting in the price of bit fell several points. And finally, confidence begins to return.

The future of bitterness affects the world.

Now, a bit more is happening. As you know, the whole world is tied to the dollar. Many countries that are trying to free themselves from the mega are trying to find a way to make their own country not be struck by the economy of the Mega. If the future is good. There are some countries that have used BIT as the main currency of their own country. I believe that day. Those who are prepared will have an advantage.

You may be like a dystopian, but that's about the future. But now I'm starting to see a lot of bits in some countries. There are even ATMs to wait.

There are still a lot of Exchange markets with over 50% market capitalization in China, as many people know China has been cold war for years. Trying to push gold prices for a long time. The price of gold is not significant. Aftermath from Europe, many people know. I do not know what China might have been. เล่นคาสิโนบนมือถือ

Too late?

If you look at bits as VI shares in the future fall to you or anyone in the world will have to use, I see that it is not too late. Bit is designed to be used from today until next. If you use a bit, you will know that the bit is not too late. There are many other ways to invest with a bit of profit. However, there are two aspects to study the information well. Lactate

It is actually a good time to buy bitcoin now since its value has been very low these past few months. Buying plenty of it will definitely give you advantages and benefits if ever bitcoin's value rises once again. You don't need to be impatient because bitcoin has a very volatile value so there's always a possibility that it will rise so just keep on holding after buying.

Most of the times, it depends on the success a bounty had. Some bounty takes a month or two before they disseminate the rewards which is just normal due to the high number of the participants. If things took to long than expected, you should start suspecting that it is just a scam or maybe they ran away with all the money so be smart on choosing bounties.
