1761  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why bitcoin can never go past $7000 on: October 30, 2017, 08:50:44 PM
Bitcoin's volatility has been steadily decreasing over time, which means huge price movements upwards are less likely than ever. Sorry it's not going to happen. I think 5000-6000 range is the correct or fair price, so selling at the higher end of this range would bring profit at least and then I think alt coins start making more sense at that point
Bitcoin's market value is continuously increasing as time passes by so I think there's no standard price foe it. As long as the demand that it is getting from the market increases, its market value won't stop rising. So it is possible that Bitcoin will be able to reach and even pass the 7000-dollar barrier. And also, as far as I know, as its value increases, the profit also becomes bigger especially for the investors so profit will be big unlike what you've said.
1762  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How is the bitcoin price determined? on: October 30, 2017, 08:21:07 PM
I have just been recently trying to know how our legend crypto (Bitcoin) price determined. I really need to know more about this. Pls how is the price determined from time to time?
I think, the market value is determined depending on the dwmand that it is getting from the market since its value is proportional with its demand such that as the demand increases, its market value becomes more expensive. To Specifically know what exactly its market value, it is listed on the wallets kr in the blockfolio.
1763  Economy / Economics / Re: Are cryptocurrencies better than regular currency on: October 30, 2017, 07:48:20 PM
Honestly I believe bitcoin is better since one you don't use your credit card so you don't loose you needed cash but instead your cash that you could easily earn back from mining. Plus, it's open to all ages unlike credit cards.
It's hard to say since both has advantages on each of their own ways. Bitcoin has an advantage of higher market value and for being profitable while cash is advantageous in some ways such as for having a more stable market value and for being supported by the government making it legal to most of the countries unlike Bitcoin. So I think ,cryptocurrency are not better than regular currency, they just have special features.
1764  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin a currency or asset? on: October 30, 2017, 07:19:10 PM
Bitcoin’s very volatile prices have reignited the debate about its usefulness as a currency or as an asset. In some ways, Bitcoin suits the definition of currency quite adequately but if the volatility is less. It allows for the creation of secure and transparent transactions. Thus, can be used as a secondary currency in future. Some of the experts have huge concerns over its volatility. But, sooner or later the prices may remain less volatile as of today.

I have mentioned few points about Bitcoin as a currency or as an asset in my article here: https://atozforex.com/news/is-bitcoin-a-currency-or-asset/

What's your opinion about BTC as a currency or an asset?

Suggestions and comments appreciated  Smiley Wink
Thing will go.like this, Bitcoin can be an asset and it is technically currenvu dependong on the country that its user belongs to. Probably, it is a currency dor those people who are in countries where Bitcoin is already legal. And became an investment to those people who are in countries where ai legalization is still an issue.
1765  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price in 2018 on: October 30, 2017, 02:04:04 PM
Of course, it's impossible to predict exact price, but what are your predictions/wishes/guesses?
Thank you for your answers.
I think, early 2018 it will be priced at 75000$ especially id the hardfork in November will be a success. Its market value will surely increase right after it. By the end of 2018 and if notging wrong that is not infavor with Bitcoin, will happen, I think it is possible for its value to reach 10000$ b3fore that year end since its value is continuously rising because of the high demand in the market.
1766  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum, Litecoin or Bitcoin on: October 29, 2017, 11:21:59 PM
Huh Huh Huh Huh

My vote is ether.
Ofcourse it is bitcoin. In fact it os considered as the no.1 cryptocurrency for its high market value. Also, it has a large community that geberates a high market demand making it more expensive. Through the years, bitcoin remained still, it is now continuous on the development on all aspects making it more syccessful.
1767  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think bitcoin gold value will rise to bitcoin value on: October 29, 2017, 10:44:28 PM
Do you think bitcoin gold value will rise to bitcoin value
It will be hard for bitcoin gold. Bitcoin's market value is not reached in just a short period of time. It took years and if Bitcoin gold will ever reach its market value now, surely, by that time, Bitcoin's value will be more expensive and due to the fact that no coin from segwit2x have matched with Bitcoin in all aspects, namely Bitcoin cash.
1768  Economy / Economics / Re: Whats the ranking of bitcoin in terms of currency on: October 29, 2017, 03:11:30 PM
Is it like #1 since it costs like ~$4000 for 1
That's right. Bitcoin is indeed consider as the no.1 cryptocurrency because of its expensive market value, high market demand and large community. The best factor in Bitcoin which made it the no.1, in my opinion, is its large and growing community that produces a high market demand whih makes its value more expensive, making it on top of cryptocurrencies.
1769  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do u think bitcoin value in 2018 will be $ 15K? on: October 29, 2017, 01:13:17 PM
Do u think bitcoin in 2018 will be $ 15K?

What is your idea guys?
It is really hard to tell. I am only expecting a market value of 7500-8000$ next year, not to under estimate the development of Bitcoin in all aspects. I am not saying that it won't be able, but probably if it will be able to reach that amount, maybe it will happen on the last quarter of 2018 if nothing will happen that is not in favor with Bitcoin.
1770  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars? on: October 28, 2017, 03:40:58 PM
What can you do with Bitcoins but can't do with Dollars?

Investment I think won't fit dollars since its market value is stable unlike Bitcoin. Bitcoin relies in between being a currency and being a good investment. Unlike any other xurrency, its market value is continuously increasing as its demand is rising. Dollar is indeed, a huge currency but Bitcoin I think, has more advantages compared to it.
1771  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can bitcoin possibly hit usd10,000 by end of year? on: October 27, 2017, 11:18:15 PM
Am I being overly optimistic? The trajectory is looking very real!
I think reaching a market value of 10000$ within two months or specifically before this year end is quite impossible. Indeed, there's an incoming hardfork and if it will succeed just like the last time, it would definitelh make the market value of Bitcoin to go skyrocket or be more expensive. But still with its price of 6000$ at yhis moment, 4000$ of increase would be difficult to be achived in just a short period of time. Maybe next yesr, it would be.
1772  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best way to make money with bitcoin in 2017? on: October 27, 2017, 09:57:04 PM
What is the best way to make money with bitcoin in 2017?
I'd say, the best way to make money in Bitcoin is still investing into it. The market value of Bitcoin early 2017 if I'm not mistaken is only 2800$, approximately. And at this moment weherein only two months away before this year end, the market value of Bitcoin is already 6000$ knowing that there's an incoming hardfork that is also a factor for its value to be more expensive as this year end. So to think that it grew so big on this year, I conclude the the best way to make money on Bitcoin is through investment.
1773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: October 27, 2017, 12:24:33 PM
Gold in general is no better. The value of gold is nothing more than a result of a global consensus - at the moment everyone agrees to consider gold a measure of value, simply because this measure is in some form or another necessary. If we assume a utopian situation, that tomorrow everyone agrees that gold is not such a measure, then it will be good only for the production of quality wires and trinkets.
The btc is gaining momentum for exactly the same reason - the global consensus towards the btc is constantly being strengthened. In this case, unlike gold, the cue-ball is not only a measure of value, but also a settlement system, and gold is not a competitor for this parameter.
I think, it's quite impossible. Gold and Bitcoin are different in different aspects.  Bitcoin can be an investment and also a currency while Gold is not. Gold is legal in most of the countries while Bitcoin is not yet known or recognized in some places or countries. Gold has a physical form while Bitcoin doesn't. So maybe they are more likely to co-exist without replacing one another.
1774  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: SHOULD WE START LOOKING ELSE WHERE on: October 22, 2017, 10:57:39 PM
With all the negative news going around about bitcoin coursing a lot of panic and anxiety....do you this its time to look else where for a guarantee investment?
i mean may be eth doge etc....
Bitcoin is a good investment. I'm not sure what negative news are you talking about but seeing Bitcoin growing proves that it is a good investment. Its market value is continuously rising making it more expensive, having a market value of 6000$, proves that it is a guarantee investment. Bitcoin is way better than other coins so there's no need to move else where.
1775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Any new signature bounty programs worth joining? on: October 22, 2017, 09:39:41 PM
Since I finished the Paypie signature I have struggled to find any bounties worth joining. Was considering joining the Minerva signature program, but their bounty manager does not seem active, plus they changed things halfway though the campaign it seems, so not trustworthy. Few others I considered are about to end soon so did not bother.

Still kind of new to all this stuff so I maybe missing some good ones. Any genuine suggestions?
These ICOs are potent to succeed in my opinion ;Worldcore, Eidoo, Rega, Gizer and more. These are all popular. I've been seeing advertisements about these campaigns on different websites and I think it is part of ther marketing strategy. But you may also do some reading activities about these campaigns to know more about it. It will be a better idea for you to avoid wasting time on campaigns that fail.
1776  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: October 22, 2017, 03:33:55 PM
Coinbase CEO believes bitcoin will replace dollar within 15 years.

Read the following news:
http://cointelegraph.com/news/114983/coinbase-ceo-bitcoin-will-replace-dollar-within-15-years

Do you think it will be true? Are you positive towards bitcoin's future status?
Impossible. Knowing the fact that USD is a currency of a powerful country. It is also 'legal' or being used in different countries all over the world, through decades unlike Bitcoin. Bitcoin is still young and nit even recognized by some people and governments as a currency and infact, it is not yet legal to most of the countries. Indeed it has an expensive market value, but it won't be enough for it to replace a strong currency as USD.
1777  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is falling, But don't worry! on: October 22, 2017, 03:02:34 PM
Bitcoin started falling and might fall upto $4800. The main support is at $4800, bitcoin markets supports doesn't works like other currencies as rumors and fake peoples makes panic between peoples to make the market fall and buy coins in cheaper price. Now its time!!  Grin Buy more BTC's because BTC is going to $10K soon!!

Yes!! Last month this same f**k happened with us with JP Morgans speech and panic between peoples. Let bitcoin fall as much as possible and buy more coins that you can make more money. Bitcoin is the #1 Number One Online Currency now and popular in all over world.  Wink

Now it starts falling and you will find rumors in google about fakes news to make panic between peoples. Bitcoin will be higher in $6000+

#ITS_TIME_TO_BUY

The best thing to do during the backdrops is to hold and to buy Bitcoin. We all know that it is volatile, so changes on its value is normal including the negative changes such as decrease on its price. It will eventually increase like what usually happens. As what you've said, it will soon be more expensive.
1778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do to earn btc and altcoins? on: October 22, 2017, 02:31:35 PM
What is your daily routine that you do in order to earn btc and altcoins?
Some people use their time to earn crypto with bounties or trading, but perhaps there are other alternatives not known for many yet?
The best thing I know is through Bounty Campaigns. The rokens that are rewarded on each ICO are altcoins which can also be converted into Bitcoin and there are also weekly campaigns that uses Bitcoin as payouts. So in general, Campaign is a good way to earn altcoin or Bitcoin depending on the campaign.
1779  Economy / Speculation / Re: After 6,000$ When will have 6,500 on: October 22, 2017, 01:52:37 PM
When do you expect to get 6,500$ price

I am expecting Bitcoin to reach that amount next month after the Hardfork. I am also expecting that there'll be dumps during and before the hardfork and will eventually increase right after the segwit2x or same thing happened with the recent one , last month of August. But still, it is unpredictable. These are only speculations.
1780  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin Volatility Be Controlled? on: October 22, 2017, 12:46:16 PM
I have read some posts and some concerns that it is the volatility of Bitcoin that is preventing many people and many businesses to fully adopt Bitcoin. This can be the main factor why big online shopping stores are not yet adding Bitcoin into their payment facilities (though there is now a circulated petition for this but I doubt if it can make a dent).

Some are really saying that if volatility can be managed then we can see Bitcoin going mainstream. I am wondering then: Is volatility something that we should find a way to control and how do you think it can be done?
I think, it cannot be controlled. Volatility means there's always a change and in the case of Bitcoin, on its market value. Its price is dependent with its market demand. As its demand increase, same thing will happen with its value. So if more people will be into Bitcoin  the demand will increase that will make the value of Bitcoin highly stable, but still, backdrops will be expected but not as big as usual.
