1121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I 'delete' useless tokens from my wallet? on: November 11, 2020, 08:32:35 PM
You don't actually need to delete those tokens, let it stay there and you should move the tokens that are valuable and can pump someday into another wallet for you to be able to see the changes easily, also you can check and monitor if it is rising in price or not. So that the tokens that has no value stays in your old wallet, but still you need to save that wallet, maybe for future purposes.
1122  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Payments Giant Paypal Says Its Customers Can Now Buy and Sell Bitcoin on: November 10, 2020, 06:39:31 PM
PayPal has something to compete with other online platforms and get profit. They are adding the hypes and people will make PayPal as another venture to make a trade, buy and sell, and saving fees from them. As the adoption gets stronger, big companies are pursuing crypto, isn't really new to hear such news. A lot of people are using PayPal and with their integration to crypto, expecting more people will take this chance.
Absolutely, but still, because of the payment method PayPal allow, it really makes bitcoin more famous around the world. That they can send money wherever they want with a fast and secure method. It is true that there are lots of platforms that PayPal can compete but PayPal is famous enough to make a huge impact on bitcoin, making it more famous around the world.
1123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Name really matter in crypto? on: November 10, 2020, 04:54:43 PM
Some coins has a weird name but it's a good coin to invest because of the project. If you want to invest a coin just don't look the names that beautiful to you, the important is the behind of the coin which is the project.
Indeed, some projects really don't care about the name of the coin but some are really connecting the name based on what platform they have which is really good in the marketing side. But still, the success of the coin is not based on the name of it but based on the investors and supporters that they have. If they have a really solid plan for the project and that is really promising, the name doesn't really matter.

1126  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you received a call/text recently from a friend/fam asking about Bitcoin? on: November 09, 2020, 07:13:09 PM
Yes, lately I receive a lot of calls and emails from relatives asking about the future situation of bitcoin.
To me, this is a very good signal because it seems that cryptocurrencies are spreading more and more and people are looking to make money trading bitcoin. It is clear that the major financial funds in the US are really blowing a breath of fresh air into the crypto market, helping people to be more interested in the coins here. Smiley
I always hope that one day Bitcoin is legalized around the world and then blockchain technology will make it easier for businesses to operate and grow.
I am also receiving chats from my cousins asking if I can teach them what I am doing to earn money, and for me, that is not easy to explain since they know nothing about cryptocurrency. I am joining signature campaigns and supporting a particular project and doing my task while obeying the forum and the signature rules. That might be hard for them to start since we are considering merits earned now but maybe if they hustle hard and study everything about cryptocurrency they might earn also maybe not by joining signatures but by investing or trading.
1127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: November 09, 2020, 06:26:34 PM
Very high risk if you buy when the price is high like point number 4, usually this kind of project is just hype after a big pump, the price can drop dramatically. but not with real coins like BTC or ETH. they have a big influence on the market, always have significant price developments and also always have a large demand in the market.
Buying during the bull run is actually the worst idea because I agree that the bull run is going on and everyone believes that good times are coming but what in case the bull run stops or a correction happens? You would be temped to sell the tokens for a lower price just to avoid the tension and stress that the correction creates.

I agree with BTC you can actually hold for long time but with altcoins you have to be sharp and very active because a small mistake can lead to big losses and usually with altcoins once the market goes down it just becomes very hard to get up again unless the altcoin is a big one like XRP, TRX, ETH or others.
Indeed, buying at the bull run is the worst decision that you can make. You should study the nature of the cryptocurrency first before investing or buying some tokens so that you can avoid wasting money or even being scam by other people. We all know that the cryptocurrency's price is volatile, meaning the value is changing time by time when there's a transaction happening and that can affect the price. You should know that when you buy, you make sure that the price is at low so that you can wait for the right time that the price rises up and so that you can sell it and get some profit.
1128  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is the biggest disadvantage of bitcoin? on: November 09, 2020, 05:03:08 PM
The biggest disadvantage I noticed on bitcoin is pump and dump. Many trader will be busy with their trading hoping that the price has increased for them to supply to market but the next thing is to see the price has fall down.
No investors will be happy, see market decrease because of some coins they are holding for a long time. Few weeks ago bitcoin pump very well, that make some investors have hope that it will still go higher before they can sell in the market. Over few days now the price is gradually decrease which many trader don't want to use their eyes see market decreasing.
That is the nature of cryptocurrency. The volatility of its price is normal so before you invest in a particular project or buy some tokens, you should understand that the price will dump or pump anytime since there are many transactions happening worldwide that may affect the price of a certain token. I see some disadvantage of bitcoin is that the fees are getting higher once the price rises.
1129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: November 08, 2020, 06:08:01 PM
be a wise investor only happen with so many tries and failures, even big investors do mistakes but they know they can make it up and know how to move on, there are so many books about trading and investing but still, nothing would replace experience , and an experienced investor has lost so much money to be expert, everything has a price and nature doesn't give it to you until you pay the price for it, so if you think you can tolerate losses and heavy losses then you should be good, profit comes with risk and you can only expect big profit where there is a big risk...
Absolutely, in life, you are not always winning sometimes you fail but that doesn't you are a failure because more failure you've experienced the more knowledge that you can gain. But it is better for you to be intelligent of what you are doing especially when you are invwsting because your money is involved, so to avoid failure you need to study and understand what you need to understand.
1130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to answer when asked "Can I make money mining bitcoin?" on: November 08, 2020, 03:23:11 PM
They can actually make money mining bitcoin but it depends on your site because there is some site that is paying electricity bills which is not good when you are mining since the mining site is running 24/7, so you are consuming electricity every day. If you have some solar panel that might help you to decrease or not to pay for the electricity bills. It actually depends on the equipment that you are using especially the video card which mines bitcoin.

1132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much have you earned in one year on: November 08, 2020, 01:13:04 PM
I don't want to talk about the exact amount, but for the past one and half years I have been a part of the 777Coin signature campaign. I am part of this campaign for such a long time and they make the payments every month without any delay. The payout is not very large, but I am satisfied with whatever I got so far. I prefer guaranteed smaller payments, which are made on time rather than huge rewards where there is no guarantee.
I am also joining signature campaigns to earn some bitcoin or other cryptocurrency. As of now, I don't actually know how much I have earned since I've been quiet for almost a few months because I've been busy doing fieldwork but because of the pandemic, I am here again on the forum to join some signature campaigns to earn extra income and holding some of those tokens until the price pumps up. I am hustling supporting projects that accepts me right now and doing what is needed by also following the forum and the rules of the project.
1133  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I accept Bitcoin for payments on my online store? on: November 08, 2020, 10:29:07 AM
It actually depends on the popularity of bitcoin in a certain place but there's a lot of people who already know bitcoin or cryptocurrency to be exact, it is actually better to do cashless payment and we all know that becuase of its convinience and it is also faster than usual payment that we do, also much safer than using fiat. Since it is online store, it is better to use cryptocurrency. I think you just need to think what factors you should consider before payment to verify that they are the one who already paid.
1134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you determine if an altcoin is worth investing in? on: November 07, 2020, 08:07:25 PM
There are actually lots of ways for you to identify if the projwct is worth investing for. Number one thas you can consider is that their platform, if you can see that their platform is really promising and have a possibility to success you can do that. By also checking at their website because there are some projects that are scams and you can recognize it by looking at their website. You can also check their whitepaper and roadmap, these two are important in a project because that explains everything about that project.
1135  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you use bitcoin? on: November 06, 2020, 04:46:21 PM
Bitcoin is not illegal in our country so we can use it without a problem. Even though that is the case, the problem is that only a small percentage of the population is actually using it so we can't use it directly, usually, to use them we still need the services of a local exchange. Hope we can already use it directly especially we are in a pandemic right now.
Absolutely, that's why there are lots of people who are using bitcoin all around the world because only a few countries that prohibit the usage of bitcoin. There are lots of countries already recognized bitcoin and the usage of it, as time passes by, bitcoin itself is continuously becoming famous all around the world because of its benefits. We all know that cryptocurrency is digital money which you can store in some application or website that can be access through your device and internet connection. With that, we can send money or cryptocurrency all around the globe in such a period of time without hassle and it is safer than sending physical money overseas. It is also an investment to some people that they can create profit by their own knowledge and understanding.
1136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It is not easy to make money in cryptocurrency on: November 06, 2020, 04:20:38 PM
Indeed, you need a lot of knowledge and understanding about the cryptocurrency itself since there are lots of ways for you to earn involving cryptocurrency. You can do investments with your own money but before that, you need to understand every project if they are really promising and that can make your money doubled or tripled since there are lots of scam projects also, so you need to be careful and aware of everything. You can also do some bounty hunting but this takes time since the project you are supporting is ongoing, so your profit depends on how the project will succeed in the market.
1137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's Say Bitcoin is scam on: November 05, 2020, 05:43:40 PM
Bitcoin is successful and well-known bitcoin is recognized by the world as a digital currency whose price is so fantastic that even bitcoin is called the king of alcoin. I don't think Bitcoin deserves a scam rumor.
That is because bitcoin has so many benefits to the users especially the payment method wherein they can send money all around the globe by using only their gadgets and with an internet connection, less hassle, more secure. This is also an investment to some people who really want to earn by just learning some techniques on how they can support a certain project and by supporting that particular project they can gain income. That scam rumor only comes to those who tried investing and unfortunately supported a scam project, so they are thinking that bitcoin itself is a scam which is not true.
1138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins for bounty hunters on: November 05, 2020, 05:05:23 PM
Most of the time project dumps because of  the bounty hunters. The reason behind it is,Hunter get the own token of a project and some of them sold  those at any rate without thinking anything and here is the problem. So if the hunter will get their payments in stable coins like btc, eth, usdt or some others like that then possibility of growing a project is much more than the usual.
Indeed, this might be the one of disadvantage but still, bounty hunters became part of the project, yes it is sometimes their fault why some project dumps in the market because they are selling too much token with low value, instead of holding it and wait until the price rises up which is a benefit to everyone if happens. Token prices are unpredictable once being listed on some exchanges, different price on different exchanges because of the volume.
