good morning:) I'm gonna ask another question. is there the possibility to start the whole thing only after a certain time of not doing anything and as soon as the pc is working again the whole thing is stopped? it would be better if it does something all the time, but as soon as you're sitting at the pc it runs a little less.... I hope you understand me, my English is really bad.... wow, thx! all fine, this work for me too  very nice! Is a Syntax Error in vbs file, maybe my mistake. I will check in my PC later. Edit Ok i found the problem, was a my mistake. This is my file set wshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
wshShell.run "C:\Users\mining\Desktop\Mining\xmr-stak-amd\xmr-stak-amd.exe",0,true If you copy and paste will have only one string, but the right syntax is two strings, like the code. Most important, don't use space in the folder name. you're welcome You are using wrong miner, use the Playerz Multi Hidden Cryptocurrency Miner, it's in CPU section but it use both CPU and GPU. It will start mine after 8 mins IDLE I think. |

Hi,
I followed the tutorial and now I get around 29.3 mh/s, but I also have a lot of memory errors.
Could someone share their Config for one of those cards?
RX480 MSI Gaming X 8GB (Samsung)
RX470 Nitro 8GB (Micron)
RX470 Nitro + 8GB (Samsung)
You may try Uber-mix 3.2, I also have better Samsung timings. Or lower memory clocks. |

Try this: Open notepad and paste set wshShell =
CreateObject("WScript.Shell")
wshShell.run "C:\Locationyourbat.bat",0,true Now save the file with .vbs extension (not .txt). Double click and check in the Task Manager if your miner is actually running. Did you check github issues? I think I've read something about this. |

Got the NVIDIA to work as well, thanks ton for a easy to use guide.
However it does seem to be a bit under performing, maybe slow to accept shares.
This is the setup i have for it so far.

The miner recommended setup when i first started froze up everything so i tweaked the bfactor and bsleep some.
I am getting 730 H/s with this.
Anyone else here able to get more out of their 1080Ti?
The recommended settings is not working for me neither. On their github in issue I think is how to calculate it for NVIDIA. It wasn't working with my laptop NVIDIA, lower threads was working better than the calculated. 1080TI is bad choice for Monero. ZEC or LBC would be much better. |

I have red devil 570's... Some hynix, mostly Elpida... I used the Polaris Bios Editor 1-click patch, reduced the memory voltages to 900, and upped all my results by 10-15%... Dropped all the temperatures and made everything more stable too... (had to change all my memory timings, but was worth it) http://jays20.ethosdistro.com/You also need OC the memory, most of your cards has only 27MH/s. Or better timings. |

Without bios mod, you can't have better hashrate probably. I've been mining at leat 10 cryptocurrency for the last 10 years, but I just can't mine Monero. XMR Stak simply freezes after a few hours (usually during the night), no error message on screen, just freeze. Claymore Cryptonote won't even start (NsGpuCNMiner.exe has stopped working). And SG miner gives me a weird blinking window with "restart miner at the bottom". I have 3 computers mining Ethereum for days without crashing. I get the same result on the 3 trying to mine Monero. Is it the new [Suspicious link removed]pute driver the problem?
You don't need blockchain drivers for Monero mining. |

Hi,first of all thx for this guide Mattthev! I finally managed to edit bios for my rx470 samsung memory cards after a dozen of hours of fail and try attempts,and cards are finaly showing properly in device manager without any code errors and stuff,got a small increse in hashrate cos i went for original starps,problem I m having now when i try to OC cards in AB. or in trixx nothing happens,no change are showing after hitting apply,like the cards are locked or something,tried couple of different betas of AB and trixx, same thing,any1 have posible solution to this mistery,thx? EDIT:oh never mind me, now i see that i can change gpu clocks within a modded bios editor  ,thx Clean drivers with DDU, install new one. You might try new OverdrivenTool, link in first post. |

Hello miners,
My first question here.
My setup is ten Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 8GB cards on a asrock h110 board.
I want to setup mining with 6 cards to mine Etherium with claymore miner v10.
These 6 cards work perfect for Etherium. I now get 29,6 MH.
Now i want to set up another claymore v9.7 client for monero on my RIG. But i get a lot of problems and errors.
Is it possible to mine these two coins on one mining rig together.
Can i run two clients: Claymore miner v10 for six GPU and Claymore miner v9.7 for four GPU ?
I hope you can tell me how to do it.
Or is it possible to use Claymore v10 for Etherium (6GPU) and XMR-STAK-CPU for Monero (4 GPU).
I tried this above settings and it works perfect for Etherium and ZCash (with two clients). But cant get it to work for Etherium and Monero.
Pls help me 😊

You didn't get to work XMR-STAK for same hashrate? Did I send you the config files? Don't think you did... I have fiddled with it a bit but haven't had much time. Also wanted to give Gateless Gate a go, but between my new job, family time and all I've just been happy to let the rigs mine with Claymore... sorry to interrupt is this also good using power color red devil rx570 4gb ? got some interest when seeing your hash 31MH/s would be much better
than what i'm getting right now, and keep reading from here is really giving me a lots of idea about doing some adjustment. if you can enlighten me
about this i would appreciate it much.
For the Powercolor Red Dragon RX 570 4 GB cards, the best result I got was with the BBT Bios (original 1500 MHz straps copied to the higher frequencies on both sets). With that Bios mod you can get up to 29.5 MH/s if you increase the memory to 2075 MHz, but like I said not all the cards can handle that without giving tons of memory errors, which will eventually cause the card to crash. 1975-2000 MHz is much more stable. Yes, always do every card separately. Do not use functions like AB synchronize same GPUs... you would never have the best performance. |

I'am using Ubermix and that mod is only increase a bit my 4x470s Samsung hashrate, just 1 mh/s more but others doesn't works for me
You also need OC the memory. The best hashrate you will have with memory clocks over 2000MHz (8GHz). |
