Hello. I have the same issue. How this problem can it be resolve? I don't have hiveOS, but you shouldn't be using iGPU, it cause lot of troubles but mainly for Windows.

Instead of 1050ti is much better RX560 4GB for Monero mining. Even 2GB should be still fine, but not for other algos like CN-Heavy. i3 is waste of money. You won't mine enough for ROI anyway pretty much every newer Celeron is enough for 6 GPUs even more. I have in my rigs G3930, works just fine and you can mine with 1 thread for example AEON, but it is slow of course.
Well I guess that is where the real problem starts. I have no background about mining and I am only using my current cpu set up to mine this coin. Which is i think obviously not a good idea because i was obviously using the wrong tools for monero. I guess i should just find a coin to mine that has a good value that suits to my current tool. However I will still continue the experiment for a month UPDATE: I did mine yesterday for 14hrs Difficulty level: around 10 - 15k Hashrate : between 45- 65h/s Coins I have earned: 0.000125267853 For the i3 7th gen cpu. Using JcE miner I still have to setup my gpu mining as I am having problem with the xmr stak as it won't load up. With the RX560 you can have more than 400H/s with aprox. the same power consumption or a little bit higher.

After bios mod with Polaris Pro, how can I find best OC? because today I mod my Sapphire RX470 Nitro+ 4GB Elpida and I set Memory Clock 2050 and Core Clock 1180 showed me 30Mh/s but afater while showed gpu overclock problem!
I would like to know what's the best OC for AMD cards? Because I have different GPUs
Use HWinfo and check for memory errors. https://mining-bios.eu/guides-and-miners/bios-mod-faqs/

You can buy some VEGAs, they are still very good and also currently pretty cheap. Or some cheap RX 4xx/5xx they are very cheap, but ROI is still long with current prices. You can try mine RYO, which is good with VEGAs and other 8GB AMDs, dev team is very skilled (dev team from XMR-STAK miner) and you can mine a lot of it now with expectation for better prices hopefully soon.

I think this is because of ETH dag size increase because most of the AMD rx series with 4gb memory hashrates drops a lot. So it's normal that you are getting low hashrate. Read this post https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1977653.0According to the article 30% hashrate will drop for AMD with 4 gb memory. That was a year old DAG epoch issue which AMD fix with compute workload.

The thing that's going to make the biggest difference is the type of RAM it uses. GDDRX5 was horrible for mining because of the way it functioned. Hopefully this next generation is much better.
GDDR6 are more like HBM2 I would say. So it should perform pretty good in mining. But I didn't read any docs for GDDR6 only what I heard, you better wait for Wolf he should know a lot about GDDR6.

hi there Can someone help me with Biostar rx560 4gb card. Although it has 4gb micron memory , it cannot do more than 12.2 mh (claymore ethereum) with a modded bios (one click timing patch in Polaris bios editor) Memory in MSI after burner cannot go more than 1700 (befor and after modding the bios) Any help or suggestions guys? Please let me know
I would say that 1700 is set as max memory clocks so you need to set it to higher clocks in PBE. Micron timing in PBE 1.6 is not very suitable for RX560 and 460. My edit of PBE has built in Micron that is made for 560 and also it auto adjust the memory limit in bios to 2300MHz which mostly Micron in RX570/580 can reach. https://mining-bios.eu/product/polaris-bios-editor-3-pro-pbe-3-pro-performance-timings/

Basically the performance of one Vega 64... ...for three times the price. I paid 404 for the 1920x. I am getting about 800 to 900 on xmr stake. Happy with it so far. I burn very little power getting the 800-900 Not bad, will see what new Ryzens can do when AMD release 7nm CPUs and GPUs, pretty excited

Hello guys If you have your own pool or configured one once please share with me what are the hardware resources needed for the pool? A vps with 8GB of ram is enough or i need a stronger dedicated server with 16/32 GB of ram and Xeon CPU? That VPS is enough for small pool. I would say 4GB is good enough too but depends on for what coin it will be. I use VPS with 4GB RAM, 40GB SSD, 3.9 GHz Xeon (or 3.8GHz not sure ) For private Nexus mining with few buddies, I needed to do SWAP because Nexus wallet need lot of RAM But my VPS does much more things like Masternode and proxies and it's pretty enough.

Thanks for this wonder thread,it helps me in setting up xmrig for electroneum coin
Pretty much useless now. Use ASIC.

O zkušenostech s kryptoměnami ani slovo, jenom o marketingu a to hlavně o nalákání lidí do "sítí" a ještě se tím chlubí? Vážně? V jeho podání bych byl: CEO Mattthev Největší počet přečtení mého příspěvku na Bitcointalku přes 190 000. Když už nic, tak se člověk v tomhle vláknu aspoň zasměje

Anyone mining CryptonightV1/MoneroV7 with nVidia GPUs? I know it's not been very profitable historically... but maybe with the ETHlargement pill? Does it provide any boost on CN? Are you using XMRstak?...
Hi Mike, well Nvidia might be better for CN-Lite or even better for CN-Heavy. It has better ratio hashrate/power consumption or I think it has. About the largment thing you need someone with 1080, you may try to join the CN mining Telegram group, they will give you link in RYO telegram. Cheers buddy, will have a look! Let me know how it works.
