I've made order on first batch but it was too late, so they contact me how many Giant X10 I want for next batch. That's how I book them or I hope so.

Don't download bios elswhere... it could brick your card very easily. Mod it, like bouldou post, you can use my tutorial or any other that use PBE or SRB editors, It's easiest and very safe way. Your problem with that bios is probably 2 memory vendors in it. Your card uses the other vendor than the modded one.

Have you tested an 8-GPU rig?
If so, is the hash rate per card (say 30.1) the same when all 8 GPUs are plugged in?
I've only saw problem with different hashrate on old Intel 900 series mobo. Or you mean like the difference between cards? It's pretty normal, every card is unique and for Hynix it applies two times.

So does anyone have a good bios for these sapphire nitro 570 8gbs. Hynix ram I can't get past 27.5. I have tried a few custom straps but I can't get past 27.5 anybody else have these?
If you only copy straps from lower to higher, you won't get far... The Hynix timing in PBE should be better, but it can be even better.

I wrote to Baikal they said that they didn't not have second batch pre-sale.

I've reserved few of them for second batch, they do not notify that sale started. They said I should watch Facebook or Twitter for the second batch.

I really have some difficulty getting my rig to mine XMR. I have tried many suggestions in this great thread, but i am not happy with the results of my setup. I have three Sapphire RX580 4Gb Elpida cards with modded roms (core clock 1150 /memory clock 2080 core voltage -96). These roms worked really great when i was mining Ethereum, 30+Mh/s per card with low wattage and stable on Claymore 10. However with the current difficulty of mining Eth and my electricity costs it's hardly profitable to keep mining Eth so i switched to XMR with the same setup. But it is a pain in the ***. I have tried all three miners. SGminer-5.5.5 and XMR-Stak-AMD are not stable at all and give me 700 h/s at most. Both miners will crash my Windows 10 within the hour. Claymore seems more stable, but still crashes my machine several times a day and uses much more wattage.
How do you get these setups to run stable with a nice hashrate? I think it should be possible to get at least 800+ h/s out of these cards and have a stable setup.
If you don't have memory errors, your core voltages might be too low. Try it with stock voltages also what config do you use? With stock one it will be stable, but hashrate won't be very good.

Hi i have the same memory hynix H5GC8H24MJ in my sapphire nitro rx 570 8gb
I have try all the memory strap or bios i can find but can pass the 25.1 Mh/s Do you think i can do better or its just a bad card for mining?
Yeah, current testing version is doing 30+MH/s on ETH and 850H/s XMR. Send me an e-mail.

I'm using CUDA drivers, I had some beta CUDA 9 drivers for developers and they released them for public recently so I switch all cards to the newest one. Also if miner using CUDA 9 like ccminer you should have drivers which have CUDA 9 too or it won't work. You don't need to update it every week or even month, only if something better for mining is in there, like the new CUDA 9.

I have 7gpu rig that works. When I put in an 8th gpu, all the other cards start to act up. Could it be the CPU?
Not really, cheapest Celeron is fine. Only maybe if you run 10 or more NVIDIA cards some miners need better CPU. AMD miners need a lot less CPU power. But top CPU you might need is some cheap Pentium with HT

I modded and now I get 29.6 with no errors after 4 hours, undervolted (new card version which had only 1500 original). Still testing. There is only one guy who is testing with me for the best setting... none is interested as it seems.
I've offered free timings for testing, did you wrote me via e-mail? I think not. I've got few e-mails regarding this but they have different Hynix memory and only want free timings

XMR-Stak-AMD 1030 H/s "gpu_thread_num" : 2 "gpu_threads_conf" : [ { "index" : 0, "intensity" : 1728, "worksize" : 8, "affine_to_cpu" : false } { "index" : 0, "intensity" : 1728, "worksize" : 8, "affine_to_cpu" : false } ] 1728 is indeed the best intensity for 480 cards with xmr stak. Lol, i never tried to run 2 threads with xmr stak this way I'm not using this high intensity but will test. 2 threads are best with XMR-STAK also with SGminer. You know how to run 2 threads in another way?

these errors you talk about, are they in HWInfo ? If you get 1 error/hour that is nothing. this bios does not contain straps after 1500, it's not that pbe is not showing them, it's just there are no straps after 1500 in the table they should be. I got a feeling that this is one step they took to move miners off their gaming cards. The data is probably there but maybe hardcoded in the command table I haven't explored this bios, but you really think they hide straps after 1500MHz? I tought they only not use straps after that. So if you change timing for 1500Mhz and OC more than 1750MHz or what the next step is it gets stock timing again?

Actually you didn't have to post them in the first place...
I think it's my free will use whatever I want if I don't break rules. You can use another tutorial if you don't like mine, google all the stuff.

i get around 925hs 1130/2050 approx 85-90w for the whole gpu for a sapphire 470 8g
That's very good, what miner do you use?
