Saving is essentially the same as investment. Most people here do not seem to realize that. When you save your money, meaning that you just keep it, you are invested in the money (coins and banknotes) itself!

Investment is the best idea cause you can grow your money if you are good in selecting where to invest. If you save your money you might not know the value of your saving in the future because of inflation. You can try to buy bitcoins now and keep it for 20 years and expect the value to rise that time.

I think though the savings will be eroded by inflation but much safer if you don't put all your money on one investment if that bitcoin or other investments.

There is no way to tell wether the price will be increasing or not. Everyone is hoping for the price to increase however even if it is not then there is no way to do anything with it unless to minimize your loss, the risk will be lower if you sell it as soon as possible when there is a sign that the prize is going down hardly

Even if price goes down do not get panic, just hold for some more months as you never know what bitcoin holds for us in future, and if you sell then big whales will take advantage of it.

I am investing my money in gold and bitcoin at a moment, as halving is next couple of months so I will be aware whether I made profits or not and if not then gold will take care of me in future.
