I know some of you don't like to talk price, currently we are at 87K sat. Long way off $90 each though.

I know some of you don't like to talk price, currently we are at 87K sat. Long way off $90 each though. Well reason we don´t like to focus on price is we are focusing on adoption. I know price plays a part in that equitation but not our agenda. There is absolutely no help in pumping the price and let it dump again. If Icelanders are to take this seriously we need stability more than price pumps. We have big plans and some of them are happening in the next coming months. I hope we can try to keep Auroracoin focused in the Icelandic market and let the price discovery start there, not speculations on the market where people can get burned.

Well done AUR this is the biggest run since the the first airdrop. It won't stop, momentum has started. It is still a cheap price.

AUR just hit 65k @ bittrex Made some good profit after my sell order at that price got filled. Do you measure your profits in dollars or auroracoin? We are buying through 65k as we speak. Have you almost finished buying up? What are your plans for AUR in South Africa ?

Is there any working source to download up to date windows wallet? Thanks
Thanks @LTEX, I saw this link before but assumed as it's version from before hard fork it wont sync after that. Edit : sorted But now trying to import private keys from android wallet to my windows based new Aur wallet facing this problem: Invalid private key encoding (code -5) I decrypted keys from android with openssl [ enc -d -aes-256-cbc -in keyfile -a -k] using my pasphrase and my priv key begins with PL... and has52 characters. Where is problem? Last Edit : just found out that my priv key should be "in format" with 58base which is 58 chars instead of 52. Anyone help? PM Hashengineering , he does all the alt coin Android wallets. Well, I just got few questions to current developers: 1st: Anyone have contact with Nite69 dev of AURora android based wallet? 2nd: At the moment I'm using windows based wallet - it can't execute properly importprivatekey from my android wallet extractet privkey ( which is 52chars long...) Is this done for some reason? 3rd: When linux based AUR wallet won't depending on bd4.8v will be published? Many thanks for any help

After block 225,000 all wallets collapse, same like DGB atm. DGB multi algo sucks. Cheap clones dont profit.

1. I think we tried to contact both Nite69 and JoiBlumen a couple of times last year (maybe my fellow devs can remember better), no luck with that. 2. We're trying to tackle the issue in this thread: http://auroraspjall.is/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=3493. db4.8 has been an issue for ourselves as well during the release of this wallet. Next few wallets will be "maintenance releases", an upgrade for BerkeleyDB is planned in that. Other things we plan to tackle during those releases: https://github.com/aurarad/auroracoin/wikiThe discussion about the db4.8 upgrade still needs to be done (on the official forum, mostly, which version are going to use?), if you want to join in with that, then that would be great.

It would be a good idea to contact Amanda from daily decrypt to talk about Aurora in her popular crypto video website for people to know Aurora is back for good https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCqNCLd2r19wpWWQE6yDLOOQ

What blocksize limit would be needed to support a well-established use of auroracoin in Iceland?
Can we get away with a "pure chain scaling" approach? That would be fantastic.

I didn't follow this development much lately. What is a "pure chain scaling" approach?

I want to set up a proper Auroracoin hackathon here in Iceland. I think it would bring good attention to Auroracoin here (especially from developers) and it can return something useful for the Auroracoin ecosystem. What do you guys think about that idea? How would you handle such an event. - What aspect of Auroracoin would you focus it on?
- What kind of rules and rewards would you set?
- How would you judge the competition?
