Are servicenodes going up on the testnet in a few days? If I recall correctly Oct. 21st was a target date for that. Probably not, we are still fighting with a few things. But we are working on it. Expect new updates soon!

We're going to be holding a team meeting in the next few days to assess progress against our agreed tasks and objectives. As georgem says, there will be an update posted here straight afterwards.

I want to set-up an OTC market for new private investors.
If you have SPR you might want to sell, please PM. I'm looking at setting up private OTC deals with an SPR market cap range of $100k to $300k. You will need to agree to escrow and we are looking at starting this in Nov running through to April - April being the end of the current tax year in the UK.
No promises with these things. We need to have a liquid or funded market first, before we can have a proper conversation with investors. Some investors may only deal with fiat and this could be their first look at crypto, so there could be some complications we'll need to overcome along the way.
PM please.
edit
The reason for this OTC target level is the thin liquidity on Trex.

They have stolen some of my eth coins so they deserve it. I was hoping that this wasn't true but its starting to look very murky. Ironically, Cryptsy are the exchange that required me to provide the most ID in order to trade at volume. Lets hope my personal details are safe.

I'm afraid that they're maybe doing this to collect data on everyone that have a relation to Cryptsy and thus establish a list of cryptocurrencies "thugs" !

I wouldn't be using my real ID and and name on the exchanges and associated with the projects I'm involved with if I had anything to hide. I wonder whether a US investigation would be bothered about EU resident tax affairs anyway.

The current block size is 200000 Bytes.
At what point is it worth looking at increasing that?

I suppose it depends on what our expected transaction rate will look like in 1, 2, 5 years time. I've just created 10 new SPR nodes. The blockchain is still syncing on them but they should be up and running in 30 mins or so. 167.114.235.124 167.114.236.121 167.114.236.123 167.114.236.127 167.114.236.128 167.114.238.11 167.114.238.12 167.114.238.14 167.114.238.15 167.114.238.16 These are all EU based. I'm planning on spinning up another 10 in the US and Canada. I haven't got any options for hosting in Asia at the moment but I'll look into that soon.

@devs
Nice piece of work on the work miners have to carry out once they solve a block. It's actually a rather neat idea. And its something I didn't really know.
Looking forward to the block explorer.

Thanks. Still exploring it, you can expect an updated more in-depth whitepaper soon. Blockexplorer is underway.
