For some people they fix there life thru gambling, because that was there dream to do..

It is impossible to fix your life with gambling. If you are out of money and try to make fortune from gambling then it is the wrong way to do that afterall gambling will make you mostly lose it all. Some people win alot by gambling but that just a small amount of people not everyone will get that kind of luck

Gambling is in no way going to help you fix your life. It can wreck you're life if you don't moderate yourself on how much you're spending on gambling. It's nice to set up a budget for yourself. To me personally, it doesn't effect my life directly. I always set up a budget for myself that I can spend on gambling, if I've lost all that money that I simply stop gambling. Some people get addicted and can't stop to gamble because they believe they can win their money back if they keep trying.

Exactly, this is 100% the wrong way to gain something in life, specially money.

i believe that gambling your money can only wreck your life as the possibility that you would win a lot of money is very low and most probably you can only loose everything what would leave you without money and it would be hard to live then from the money you have left

I sometimes gamble just for giggles and with small to miniscule amounts. Profits can come fast and in surprisingly (relative) large amounts, many times immediately followed by a very swift descent to rock bottom. In this way I've learned the working of gambling and thus can imagine somewhat how gamblers without self-control can destroy themselves and sometimes their relatives financially. I've already read some fascinating and sometimes sad stories here on Bitcointalk.

im more of the opinion that frequent gamblers, especially the ones on this forum, all have problems with self control. not just the addicted ones either. they knowingly jump into a game that, to their knowledge, favors the casino and is likely to make the player lose in one way or another. yet, they keep coming back with another wad of cash to throw away. it begins to sound like stockholm syndrome or something.

There are a lot of crazy and sad stories here in Bitcointalk, someguy who bought every BTC above 500 bucks and saw himself broken if the volatility of the coin; another guy who wanna travel around the world only spending BTC; this forum is very ecletic  Grin
Most stories are about people who lost everything, gambling or investing every penny into the cryptoworld, in some cases even commiting suicide.

Even though I've lost more than I can afford to lose on gambling, it didn't wrecked my life (so far I guess), instead it helped me to kill boredom and have fun when feeling stressed. Well I admit I don't find it fun way back when I can't control myself and lose a lot but I already learned from it and now I am gambling moderately to minimize my losses. Profits I gained were just considered as a bonus.

Yeah gambling is a bad choice if you are always losing. Holding bitcoin you can make more profit than gambling.
Gambling is fun when you can spend money with it and have fun.

True. But there's a difference between those who gamble with purely the aim to gain money/crypto and keep trying when losing streaks build up, and those who do it for fun and consider their stake lost anyway. If one loses and roughly thinks "Crap, I lost. Gotta compensate that now ... !" then one might very well be on the highway to (financial) mayhem.

I think for people who is lucky they can fix your money, because if you win a million a day than is awesome.
But is just not that good to play in the long time, because it will just wreck your life.

Gambling could get very addictive. Don't start to gamble to fix your life. It will wreck it for sure.
If you are gamlbing, make sure you can afford to lose. That way, when you do lose you won't cry yourself to sleep at night.

Yes many people are starting gambling just to fix their dreams as an extra earning source which can be performed in free time and that too in pleasureful way. But in realty gambling is turning their life wrecked by addiction on gambling.

That is not true. It depends on their own personality. Some of them can control it and they will get profit and some of them will going rage, this thing will start with a good profit or may be more than you expected but in the end this kind of person will end up losing too much. Most of people have this second state because they always want to have a good profit but that is not something good

Yeah also the people who knoe how to gamble like the pros. They can earn quite a lot of money.
But yes if you are in a bad shape like almost no money don't gamble that just search other method.
gambling isnt earning, you earn money by working. you win money from gambling. last time i checked, gambling isnt work, everyone here apparently does it "for fun."  Roll Eyes

I don't know about that, fixing my life with gambling is just not a good option for me.
I think when I am playing and beeing greedy than it will wreck my life.
But I don't just gamble for money so yeah, having fun is almost the best thing to play gamble.

if you just keep going back to play "for fun," youve already put your life in a bad position. you knowingly trade a good chunk of money in exchange for a few moments of fun every time you walk into a casino or open up a gambling site in your browser. an accict will make the argument "the fun is worth the cost" or something like that, but that's just them trying to justify their addiction.

gambling can easily wreck your life though fixing it is the achievement that is nearly impossible to achieve in my opinion a lot of people loose nearly all their money on gambling  i believe that its best to stay away from it because you might wreck your life

Gambling has neither "fixed" nor "wrecked" my life (so far).

Been gambling ever since 5th grade, pitching nickels, dimes and quarters. In college, my buds and I regularly made the two and a half hour drive from Dallas, Texas to Shreveport, Louisiana to gambol it up in the shitty casinos there. Pretty sure I mostly lost. But hey, I graduated so it didn't affect my studies. The Taj  poker room in AC, New Jersey was my second home during medical school and residency. The Moneymaker poker boom helped me payoff a small portion of my student loans.
