i have deposit 0.02263211 to my account so i can advertise , and i e-mail you about it but still no answer from you because it didn't appear on my account balance .

I found out on my account activity report that someone else accesed my account and made a withdraw to a different btc address  (to this: 1DWC4XW7H9Qash2Yx466EVuTquideKUi82)

In other words I got hacked.

I just changed my password. Any other advice to prevent this in the future?

You are actually the 2nd person who has had this problem recently, so we have done a bit of an internal security audit to see if we can find anything suspicious. Nothing is showing up though - for both the accounts our logs show that it is a sign in (with the correct password), withdrawal and sign out again. Which suggests the hacker has obtained your password elsewhere, or somehow guessed it.
Was you password sufficiently strong? i.e. long, not obvious, etc
Do you share the same email/password with any other sites, that might not store them securely as we do?

When i clicked on 'Withdraw' i get 'Error' message.

I see my requested btc removed from my balance but nothing sent to my wallet. Mostly because of that server error message.

That link you have given is for bitcoin address 1CkN2T7ViqJErP9BeKw5xxhyYBJ5iQfRgW. I can see a transaction for 0.02263211 BTC being paid into that address - is that the transaction you are talking about? (transaction id 3330c2b4e9dcc6a11773a0afae4a2bb25ffea4907c1a8107b4708f6e078a072b)

If so, then this is NOT your Mellow Ads deposit address - all of our deposit addresses start with 3 - you can see your personal deposit address by clicking on the Deposit Funds button at the top of the Mellow Ads dashboard.
I looked at your account and there are no deposits (or withdrawals) made yet.
