After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.

The trasaction confirmation time because of lots users who sending lots of trasaction everyday thats why there are times that the receiving of bitcoin are super duper delayed and i don't know why and those ponzi website who uses bitcoin to scam people thats it.

It is a long string of alpha-numeric characters so who can memorize theirs and if you write it down or have a hard drive failure then you have lost your access to the coins in that wallet.

make a copy somewhere else. there are ways so you can change you private key in some words and learn them, but i would not advise you to do that. relying on memory is not often the best solution. many will tell you to just buy an hardware wallet.

I think during the life bitcoin bitcoin will continue to grow and continue to grow with the bitcoin bitcoin will continue to add users so as time goes on I'm sure started a lot of places that will accept bitcoin

Nothing really.  Maybe because all who were behind bitcoin have done some adjustments and upgrades on what to do for bitcoin to be easily used.  I just think that the problem is the price it usually changes.   And also people are too obsessed with bitcoin and sometimes they become greedy.

when we send btc on exchange site then it is waiting for confirmation . this is the biggest problem for a trader to trade at exchange site . i hope you will care toward my problem of confirmation.

yeah I think that is a problem for all users bitcoin is they can not shop with bitcoin. I think this will be waiting a long time to happen that bitcoin currency can be accepted

Biggest problem of bitcoin i encounter is when my wallet got empty that is my biggest problem but in the transaction nothing bad i can say all is great, fast and very convenient to use it.

Bitcoin transactions are not always that fast though and that is my problem sometimes bitcoin transactions can become stuck and it's annoying to return your money by yourself if you need it quick but other then that I really like bitcoin and the system around it.

If you add higher fees then that problem will be solved and even if it delays sometimes then we can afford to manage that as bitcoin is giving us many other benefits, so one problem can be ignored.

Yeah those poeple not so wise and they are not thinking first are getting trap from scammers.
Be wise if you are dealing online and think first if why they are giving that service.. before you can start dealing to someone or services..

bitcoin is a more secure and efficient currency the only thing which is needed we have to invite people to adopt this currency we have to introduce it to our family members and to our other relatives so with that process the community of bitcoin will increase and we will see more people accepting bitcoin as payment.

Safety of BTC wallet is the most important  Especially online BTC wallets - as we all know. And also well developed hardware wallet safety and fast transaction times 

Exactly! Safety first. Maybe one of the problem is that, the payment is quiet late but that's normal  But i trust it, so no reason to have a problem in bitcoin.
