Basically downloading various different alt coin wallets and eventually getting my bitcoin stolen from a virus from one of the wallets still to this day I dont know which one it was

My biggest mistake was to store 0.6 BTC on MT.Gox. It is not that much compared what others lost, but it was 1/3 of all my Bitcoins some years ago. Iit was a mistake I learned from.

i joined to late, 1 year after I heard about it first time from my friend.

I think that is not a mistake that is your decision making well I think like me If I need money I always get it on bitcoin no matter what is the outcome of it you will always tend in taking money on your wallet the least expecting it bec. You need too.

Yes it was my decision but i made a mistake by selling low, now the price has been almost doubled but anyway that was in the past.

Cloud mining, followed by lending on BTCJam.

I did manage to eke out a small positive return on each, but this return was not worth my time and effort.

Fortunately, my commitment in BTC was small.  They were unsuccessful investment experiments.

Yes mine too somewhat, but basically what I regret most is keeping money in cryptsy and hearing that it scammed. Seriously you cannot trust anyone now days at all even escrow just due to master-p.

well, as far as the cloud mining thing goes, it was too good to be true. common sense and less greed would have prevented people from investing in the "cloud mining" scene. but no, people are always chasing easy and quick profits. people will only learn when they pay a heavy price.

I cal this action sometimes as trading by emotions, which isn't great always, ok this was my mistake in the past hope i won't make any in the future.

I do not know which one is the best mistake, but I often make mistakes with bitcoin, especially when trading, often I sell bitcoin at the wrong time, I sell bitcoin today, and then tomorow the price goes up so much, it was a mistake -_ -

The main thing is you are here and you have not lost anything? Yes it would be great to have brought when i first heard about it as well so i know how you feel but it is what it is. We are all here still very early in the game. My worst mistake was probably a few alt investments that turned to s**t. Live and learn.
