Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin?

My biggest mistake is play gambling. Yes, I lost a lot of BTC because play the dice gambling.

I done blunder, When I was trade once. That I was a newbie. I wasn’t know how trade the bitcoins that time. Without he sends a money I was release my bitcoin that time.

For a starter, most of the reason is investing their beloved satoshis in a ponzi scheme.

For an average, most of the reason is gambling and investing too in a ponzi scheme.

For an old timer, most the reason is regret.

If applied to myself,

For a starter = Yes back in my newbie days, I was amazed by some high returns ponzi then eventually turn out to be a 100% ponzi.

For an average = Gambling like anyone else.

For an old timer = Im not an old timer. Just involve in bitcoin world 10months ago.

Because of this mistakes, I now learned.

Never repeat the same mistake you did before.

My biggest mistake was when I invested bitcoin from the faucet for 3 months to multiplier bitcoin site at the end of 2014

Worst mistake i did with bitcoin is i know bitcoin since 2012/2013 but i start using bitcoin in 2014, i wasted 1 year for nothing in bitcoin. because i don't know that bitcoin has a good prospect on that day.

same here. i joined an online business since 2008 i played many business on the internet / online like blogging, PTC, PPJ, etc
i just get a glimpse of bitcoin. stupid me i didn't try bitcoin in the years thereafter
i entered bitcoin in 2012

This is a real problem. A lot of newcomers are seduced to invest in some big ponzi and lost money.
Then they leave bitcoin because the rumours, it's used for criminals, seems to be true.

Not getting started in bitcoin sooner. That's my biggest mistake I've made so far, because if I would have gotten interested in bitcoin sooner I would have a lot more bitcoins than I do now!

My biggest mistake is ignoring my friend in 2011 and not buying until 2014    Glad I am in now, have to be thankful for that.  Also throw in some dumb timing on purchases.

My worst Mistake was buying btc when it was 65 and instead of buying more I bought gold instead. I still think about the depreciating value of gold, though not bad as fiat but still btc at 65 could have had 20btc  easily.

The first thing you learn here is what a ponzi is. Im sure it's not hard to google "ponzi" after you hear it 40 times the first time you start reading about Bitcoin ever. Then the next step is comprehend the difference between Bitcoin and an actual ponzi.

Even they don't know the word ponzi or any high returns suspicous moves, it's a common move to do research and ask questions in any kind of community before investing such money in an 'investment site'. It's just that they want an easy money that's why they disregarding research first.

I don't think that deal lasted for very long at all, but yup, it was a corker. I should've had a dabble too but I'd already gone as far as I planned in terms of spending.

Deposited half of my earning funds from bitcoin activity to a gambling website and get lost everything.
Yesterday I make deposit 1.8 btc to a gambling website immediately I bet 0.8 on live sic-bo shit it's lost , once again 1 btc on live roulette and I feel mad that time when realize I have wasted 1.8 btc in a couple minutes.
Still feel sad until now, and I think it's gonna be a big experience to learn. Enough doing big mistake.

It was my big mistake ever I did spent bitcoin at wrong place like gambling sites.
I wouldn't do the same Mistake as now in the future and you too guys I hope so,
I still hold over 1 bitcoin now but I wouldn't try to chase current negative balance to make it covered I know if I did it I will make my situation worst.
Stay control your self when do gamble , if could just leave it forever it's bad.

Discovering bitcoin in late 2013 instead of 2009  But the future looks very bright and the value will increase over time
