I just have to point those people here in the early phase of this thread who are saying that they can go full time on bitcoin especially those members of BitX campaign where post is unlimited back then when this thread opened. Yes they can earned BTC1 a month back then but it's not a fixed earnings and as time goes by it was changed.

The said campaign is now closed and I want to know their stand as of now. Just because they have a great earnings back then thru signature campaign doesn't mean it will be on "forever" basis.

That could be really difficult. But if you see that you can get what you need in going full time in bitcoin then why not. But it will mostly profit if you do bitcoin for part time. And you will still have some social talks with your office mates or co-workers.

You may right, when you only do it for Bitcoin (I know the thread opener's question is about Bitcoin only).
However, if you count all blockchain projects into consideration, then it is a probably good choice. A lot of smart people - inside and outside the scene - are certain about that blockchain technology will be the next big thing. So, I would risk it if I get the opportunity.

No I would never do this because there are too much risks the bitcoin is not stable and can go all ways, its just too risky for me.
I have a well payed job so its also not needed..

Exactly and the campaign that will pay you higher rates will not survive in long term as the campaigns that are active at a moment doesn't have higher payouts so its not possible to depend only on signature campaign.

Majority of users believe in the same as they don't want to risk their standard of living so they will prefer to go full time with regular job and treat bitcoin as an additional income.

I would not. I can use  bitcoin as a partime job in  which I can earn extra  money but cannot get  an full time income on bitcoin I think.

And I can say that majority of people who go full time in bitcoin are more successful now as they have earn money more than the money they are earning in regular job, the amount we earn in day job is just a fix amount not enough to enjoy as it is just some kind of amount enough for our needs only.

for now yes we can't but if we learn more especially when we learn how to do alt trading maybe i can say that we can leave our day job, alt trading will give us a lots of opportunity to earn more than what we have in our regular day job so basically im just preparing myself to learn much deeper coming from alt trading before proceeding and invest huge amount of my investment.

I would  disagree with you,  altcoin trading would really give you decent amounts  when you  have a succesful trade but its not on daily basis and  some coins  may move its price in a matter of weeks  or months thats why its still risky if  you fully depend on it and you decide to quit your job because of altcoin trading.

For a rare and really good opportunity, I would give a try. But if the risk was very high and the level of instability was beyond acceptable, I surely would not accept it.
make some huge assessment before trying if you can see that your earnings coming from your bitcoin activity can sustained your daily needs you can try it but if not don't risk on it just continue and keep it as it is, much better to have both and secure than giving up your stable job and being sorry.

right now, I think no need to quit your job... We are still at our young age and we should practice our profession.. Our studies will turn to waste if would just set it aside just because we like to collect and earn bitcoin...Don't forget that when you quit your job and been sitting for a year or more, for sure you will have a hard time applying for a new job if you fail in bitcoin...  Smiley

Youth has the advantage of time. You can invest on bitcoin while you are young, because even if you fail, you still have time to recover your loss. If you are old, it will be more riskier. Having a profession is good, but it is not enough to have financial freedom. Having a business, either in bitcoin or fiat, offers you more chance for it.

Yes its good to have own business where you have freedom to work and to take decisions on your own, If I can manage to earn 2 btc per month then I will surely quit my job.

Definitely that is the right move, it does not matter if we are not sure we can earn a consistent income but having a good income in  a short is still good when we learn how to save. If our job does not satisfy us in terms of the pay then it is just right we look for a better opportunity for a greener pasture.

Exactly and there are many people who hate working under anyone and wants to be independent and in that case bitcoin serves them the best opportunity to earn money with great pace.

correctly . we have to work harder to get to know and understand the world bitcoin. after that, then we can enter more deeply about the work on the trading or bitcoin. This will make us more confident to work full time. and leave our work in the real world.

Even if we gain more experience and knowledge to earn good amount of bitcoins its not affordable to quit our full time job as it gives us stable income which is never possible with bitcoins.

Well for me my job is very important and i will dont risk my job to do some full time on bitcoin? Because we all know that in the first place we need money to support our selves when it comes in our daily needs monthly needs and many more and second of all bitcoin for me is just for past time where i can lean my time when im not busy. My job is more important than bitcoin.
