For what it's worth, I bought a copy of the GPU miner from myagui, and it performs great. Smiley

You got me there, OP text is misleading. I vote for an OP cleanup  Grin
Look at the graph. The 2nd stage of high rewards in ~3 months, is not just PoS. It is also PoW.

I was thinking the same thing when looking at it yesterday, just not one to post very often & just getting tired of knowing I could help. Had that stage of worrying if I helped the wrong coins all to many times, but tired of just sitting around & love to BBcode (even use github or anyone of the others to show exact changes). Really bad at graphics, but can code them into something & create somewhat of a website/original post style? Thinking there's enough well know bitcointalk users to offer to help with redesigning the OP (would still need someone who can help with graphics)? Just thought I'd throw that out there, as this project doesn't look like some copy/paste & I've helped all to many of those (thinking most had a purpose, some do & the rest just end up defunct).

Edit: The name axiom has a lot of reference, a few of them are quite keen.

Just thought I'd throw that out there, as this project doesn't look like some copy/paste & I've helped all to many of those (thinking most had a purpose, some do & the rest just end up defunct). This one didn't really cost anything to mine (Linux is that you?), seems like one of the fairest launches in a while. I've test 1000's of them, but giving up if relaunched more than once & or see something off about the coin/app/O.S.!

yea thats what i love about crypto the whole idea is supposed to be everyone working together to do something good for everyone. if more people like you did what they could to contribute to the success of the project. most projects would do very well and all the participants would benefit more. thats why an open source revolution will happen eventually and the true believers will create a fairer freer world for all.  Like you i often get so caught up in wanting to do something good that i get blindsided to the the real truth.  I feel its more important to try to do what is right and get burned than to miss a chance at making a difference ,even if its a small one.  dont give up . try to reach out to the teams that u think u can help. Do good things for people and good things will happen. BUT ABOVE ALL . DONT LET THE BAD GUYS TURN U AWAY FROM TRYING TO DO GOOD  even if it means having to walk away with nothing sometimes

some people are idealists.. most are greedy ,,some are outright terrible people who want to squeeze every dogtoshi out of everyone dumb enough to  fall for the con

very very few people here believe in fair honest systems that can empower people to do greater good

Last night, while you were sleeping. I fucked the system!

Probably wishful thinking. Wants to join the party. Or maybe an early miner like myself, who now has a bijillion coins for like 10 cents in electricity cost. And this is a courtesy to us all before the big dump.  Cheesy

how to compile  the cpuminer on redhat6.3
I have compiled ,but some error when ./configure
:
checking for pthread_create in -lpthread... yes
checking for OPENSSL_init in -lcrypto... no
configure: error: in `/home/axm/cpuminer-multi-master':
configure: error: could not find crypto
See `config.log' for more details.
[root@mu cpuminer-multi-master]#
my openssl:

[root@mu cpuminer-multi-master]#  rpm -qa | grep openssl
openssl098e-0.9.8e-17.el6_2.2.x86_64
openssl-devel-1.0.0-27.el6.x86_64
openssl-1.0.0-27.el6.x86_64
krb5-pkinit-openssl-1.10.3-10.el6.x86_64

A CPU miner was put together by Elbandi_ on IRC and it appears to be working if you can compile from source yourself.

https://axiom.suprnova.cc/ (ocminer)
http://coinspool.cu.cc/info_axiomhash (Elbandi_ creator of cpuminer)
http://176.9.59.110:9595/ (bitspill)

To compile the cpuminer on Linux (debian/ubuntu specifically):

sudo apt-get install libcurl4-gnutls-dev openssl build-essential make automake autoconf git libc6-dev-amd64 libssl-dev g++
git clone https://github.com/bitbandi/cpuminer-multi.git
cd cpuminer-multi
./autogen.sh
./configure
make

./minerd -a axiom -t 3 -o stratum+tcp://176.9.59.110:3032 -u YOURWALLETADDRESS -p x

Or another pool,

in -t 3, 3 = number of cores you want to use.

Windows 64 bit miner is being compiled.

I have seen it many times where an exchange launches a new coin that there is a first order of size dust at a ridiculous high price probably to get people to move their coins quickly to be first and take that order. It might be a trader or it might be the exchange itself that places the buy order. One should always exclude the first few minutes of trading from statistics as it is an outlier and not part of the normal realistic trading data and trends. Next time when a coin launches, have a look at the first buy order while waiting for coins to transfer - in the cases where there is such an order it will be most of the time much higher than what the coin will be trading after that and it will be for a very small and mostly dust size.
