Now that's what I call a shakeout!
This coin is rock solid - competent, dedicated devs, innovation, solid code. If you sold this low, you're a sucker.
Now there GPUs mining ... is different than a thousand other currencies?

Lucky i was online when my buy order hit. Manage to resell it without loss. It's always the same story with this cpu coin. Gpu miner ends up raping the coin.

All this fuss over a cuda miner. Especially when the POW =25 coins and the DPOS = 60 coins ATM.

[...] you had an opprtunity to rape the coin THEN give the miner when rewards dropped and u woulda been a hero with many valuable coins and much love from the coin heads
instead u tried to squeeze every penny from every angle u could
now everyone knows
I would suggest you re-read what you stated above. Perhaps, read it a couple of times. So in your words, I would be a hero, for raping the coin in private during the high returns, then dumping the miner on the masses for the shitty returns. Awesome morals right there... I am then an asshole (or whatever random insult), for having sold a miner to 4 people. " Squeeze every angle I could". By "every angle", know that 4 people got it. Wow, I must be the most greedy fucktard that ever lived. Cheers. Enough posting from me here, the place is rather toxic and there's much better things to do. Have a good one all, I do hope this coin does well. Moving on. yes as we all know u deserve a profit for your work and that sounds like the most honest way to get it under the circumstances. instead of giving it to farms so a person gets most coins u still rape the high rewards over the masses (thats your second profit) then make sure everyone knows how u profited by selling the tech to the very people who will dump it for any price.. but will not sell it to the insiders who cant compete with those farms and just want to bring this tech to the world after your failed 5 btc strongarm for something (lets be honest here) worth one if ur cool 2 if u think the customer is rich... "oh i canyt get 5 btc well fuck it let me make sure everyone knows i have this farms have this but u cant" i cant believe u would ruin a project like that . dont you know its rude to show everyone something they need and then tell them they cant have it dude you might be a very talented coder but your social skills suck

From your tweet: $AXIOM has over 600 solo minersNot hardly. Too funny. Another cpu only/private miner coin. I don't usually quote my own posts but it seems appropriate with this coin. Did anyone actually think that there wouldn't be a private GPU miner? the key word is private not out in the thread trying to make sure everyone knew some had it and some didnt.. a real spider is way scarrier than a possible bear believe that

While I confirm the words on the IRC paste just posted, I do not appreciate the clear dump of what was a private chat exchange. I'm a serious person anyhow, no more private miner sales, I would appreciate people stop sending me PMs.
I would have much preferred agreeing on a bounty to make the miner open source. I think it was pretty clear that I took various efforts to that purpose. Unfortunately, it did not work out.
To those that are worried that GPU miners will suck out the value on this coin: The GPU miner on the 750 ti, has about 5x the performance of a desktop i7. While it earns decent profits, it is hardly world shattering. There's people running higher gains on CPU due to 0 electricity costs, mining early, botnets, etc.
I've got a busy day ahead, so will not be posting further here for a while. Cheers.
I don't understand why selling miner to a few people, instead giving it away to the community... is so much anti-decentralization and anti-opensource/community... can be better to make it opensource and it can give strength to the coin I know that most are after quick and big as possible profits. crypto currency is more than that... we suppose to takeover the world ! together.. its not what he did its how he rubbed it in our face and 5 btc jesus christ thats a lot for not even the good cards i was mad at dev for not leveling the field before i saw how unreasonable the demand was now i can see he is very smart and deserves credit for not being a sucker As you said in the irc channel you are nothing more than an instigater and I see what you mean. You also stated there it was unfair for the top people to have so much hash and you don't. As I said if they are willing to pay for cpu servers then they deserve to get what they get. It is not their fault that they are getting more than you. You also seen where that chat stated that the price was a lot lower on the first offer and they (dev) refused to believe one exited because they that they had something "foolproof". At least he was willing to try and recompensate the people who brought it. As I said in chat. I was lucky and got in at the beginning. Sure there was a few forks but it leveled out and took time. Now you sound like those who bitched about a relaunch because they could not get their wallets to sync. I'll just take you for your word that you are nothing but an instigator. thanks for your input yes i hate missing the boat but i still came out and tried to do my best to spread the word about this awesome project when i had NO REAL INCENTIVE other than believing i could help a good smart decent programmer get his product the spotlight it needed.. maybe i like being part of things that are better than i can accomplish on my own. i dont get this part You also seen where that chat stated that the price was a lot lower on the first offer and they (dev) refused to believe one exited because they that they had something "foolproof". At least he was willing to try and recompensate the people who brought it. and i only blamed my bad luck at missing the boat on my own self and thought it better to use some excess gained by the lucky few to redistro at a low price because having worked onb many coins i know what makes investors uncomfortable as for "INSTIGATOR" yea i had fun trying to make u nervous when the price dipped all in good fun i thought we all had a good laugh but maybe it was just me but i imediately tried to reassure u with my personal feelings that i thought this was really so good a coin most people would hold.. so what do i get no mined coins and a bag i spent every last satoshi on when i BOUGHT IN with all i had the second it got listed on cex (which i helped make happen) now i barely know you but tried to make friends and build a community and i dont even know what u are tryng to say here besides trying to use some bs to make me look bad im sorry your buddy got greedy and made a stink and ruined a good thing for U who have a large amt of coins not me who only has 1k Naw. I just hate seeing people bitch about things that is their own fault. You remind me of the people who bitched about Black Coin and called it unfair because they missed the 1 week POW. It's just people like the moaning you are doing contribute to the actual fudders, not sure if you are trying or playing, that makes projects go south and ruin it for the devs that are actually trying to accomplish something. As about the second part whoever does their coding deserve to get what they can. I respect people like that. They should get everything they do for using their skills. As for my I just mine. And as I said, I was an early adopted so at this point mining is no big deal as staking is better for me. Just like I like it. Well done.

Did anyone actually think that there wouldn't be a private GPU miner? Please do not use this event to try and defame the developer team as having a GPU miner, we never had one and we refused to buy it because we don't believe they are necessary. If this becomes an issue, we will simply make the necessary changes to eliminate it. This is just a minor situation that is being magnified by few who are more interested in reducing the price for their own benefit than addressing the actual issue and realizing that it's both minor currently, and completely resolvable. We have yet to see this GPU miner in action, we've got nothing more than a screen shot posted that is simple to create using an editor as basic as microsoft paint, or as simple as modifying the existing minerd code to post a 750Ti and adding a multiplier to the hash so the output is higher. Bottom line We're investigating the GPU miner and if it turns out to be an issue in which few get an unfair advantage the problem will be resolved. Axiom Team

Thanks for the update @AxiomCryptocurrency, a few of us still have faith . I agree that this is a minor issue and hope it can be resolved quickly (and yes i am a newb so take it with a grain of salt). We're more than capable of modifying the algorithm, adding in another one, or creating our own to eliminate the use of a GPU miner should it become problematic. We would rather be spending our time developing our in wallet decentralized OTC trading system, or our implementation of Curve25519. Should the time need to be spent resolving this, we'll allocate as necessary.
