I just wonder what the Indian media is saying about Virendra Sehwag that he will take retirement , They are saying this because Viru says to play MCL , which is solely played by retired players who had not yet played much t20.

This news is right, Virendra Sehwag has announced his retirement today from all the formats of international cricket and Indian Premier League. He choose his 37th birthday for this decision, I saw his interview and it was confirmed by him on twitter as well. This is sad news for his fans but he will be the part of masters league of retired players.

Yes that is true and interesting fact of the current series but i will do disagree with you it can be coincident and that is not a valid reason to make analysis who go to bat first will win this match but if South Africa succeed to take some early wickets than situation can totally different.

Agreed with you, teams are struggling while chasing the target in this series. All three matches were won by the team who batted first and who won the toss. If the same trend continues today then India has a chance to comeback in the series. Good start for India as Dhoni has won the toss and India is batting first, I am sure it will be difficult for SA to chase the target.

Decent start by India after winning the toss but India has lost the first wicket as Rohit Sharma is out after a good start. I think Indian batsman needs to play more sensibly today, if they failed to set a good target then they can loose this match and series also. This one is do or die situation for team India, I think 260 plus score will be competitive on this pitch.

I don't think it was a good decision to bat first.India already has lost 2 key wickets.India needs to win this match so they need to stay and save the wickets to finish with some decent total to defend with minimum resistance possible.

The odds were low because India was favorite at the beginning but now after loosing two wickets both teams have almost equal odds. India will remain favorite as they won the toss and batting first. On other hand, South Africa is struggling against spinners and they are known to loose big matches. In addition to this they are playing without JP Duminy and Morne Morkle which is the advantage for India.

Well ind win toss and bat. This series shown winning toss is imp as who won toss won game. Thats becoz they chose to bat first and all games won by bat first team. Mostly bat first team not gone that good and they won from chasing team low odds. Thats mainly bcoz both teams are short on batting and have batting mainly till 6no. So have long tail.
As prev said saf have 60%+ win in asia so thats good away. But they panick in chase. They win only 35% around games chasing in last 2-3 yrs while batting frst they won 72% around. So big point that. aNd the way series gone its adv ind here with morkel and duminy out. Morkel has been main wkt taking bowler for saf imo and duminy as usual finisher. So saf balance gone for now. But ind gone to 70p already which is short for my liking.
As we look for stats nothing clear for this ground as in last 10 games it shown 300+ also twice and some low scores also under 100-150 and medium score of 200-240 also. So all mixed up there and. Chasing team won around 55% games here so even stevens in that. Though 300+ scores were not international teams game.

India will win this match that is wonderful how is run rate climbing up now 79 runs in 15 overs is something.I think in this match we will see 1st innings score somewhere around 320 runs which will be difficult for S.Africa to chase in second inning.
