I don't know how many of you have read this news or how many of you know about it or how you feel about this news but I really like this news. I am a Bangladeshi and I am certainly proud to be a cricket lover as an umpire from my country has been included in ICC's Elite Panel umpire list for the first time.

Sharfuddoula is the first Bangladeshi umpire to achieve this honour. There are many umpires in the ICC but a certain amount of skilled umpires can make it to the Elite Panel where Sharfuddoula has made it. Many congratulations to Brother Sharfuddoula as he has brought success and fame to the country along with his own success.

Really didn't know this news before. I got to know through your post. It's great to hear that our Bangladeshi umpire has been added to ICC's Elite Panel list. I feel proud as a Bangladeshi. Yesterday a player of the Nepal team hit 6 sixes in an over back-to-back. The first ball of the over went some forwards from the batsman's foot then the batsman hit it on the leg side which caused of six.
In the second ball, the ball went outside and the batsmen hit the six again on the offside. The batsmen tried to hit Dhoni’s helicopter shot but that happened in the opposite which was also good because they picked up six runs.

The third ball was also on outside off but this time the batsmen wanted to hit on the leg side and as they wanted, they did. The ball went too up high and went to the direct six. The first three sixes were such different sixes for him because, at this time the Qatar bowler and Nepal players and those who were seeing the match live also thought was the same and that was right.

It's good to see that Pakistan is performing well. And my eyes were really feeling like they have healed from an operation just by watching Mohammed Amir bowl for Pakistan again. That guy is definitely the best find for Pakistan after Shoaib Akhtar. If he did not have such controversies in his carrier, I believe his carrier could have been up there with one of the best bowlers in the whole world ever. It feels like Pakistan is healing from its problems right now. And in the upcoming World Cup, his swing is also going to be very useful for Pakistan.

Yes brother you are right defeating target of Pakistan sqaud in third T20 clash against New Zealand squad was not low quality and also not a simple task to achieve this target easily. I have noticed that a lot of new members have been added in new Zealand squad because of playing other competitions. In this match, Pakistan bowlers did not display good bowling innings and did not stop batter of New Zealand squad for completing their defeating target. Shaheen Shah Afridi did not pick any wicket in this match as compare to previous match he collected total 3 wickets and display incredible performance same as other bowler like Muhammad Amir, Naseem Shah etc and played very bad. Mark Chapman batting inning performance was unbelievable and unbeatable because he collected 87 scores off 42 deliveries with not out. After this victory of New Zealand squad, now this competition have tied with equal wins. Babar Azam and Rizwan both need to accelerate there scoring rate. Look at scoring rate of Rizwan in 3rd T20, 21 runs on 20 balls while Babar Azam scored 37 runs on 29 balls. If both these players have gone with good scoring rate then Pakistan might have scored 200 runs. In presence of Shadab it's difficult to play with second all rounder i.e. Imad Wasim.
In coming two matches Pakistan need to show some aggressive approach otherwise this New Zealand team is talented enough to beat Pakistan and that will be worrying sign for Pakistan if it happens.

If Mohammed Amir was there for Pakistan, I think it was actually going to be easy for them.

But anyway I think Mohammed Amir is pretty old at this point and does deserve some rest to be honest. It is also probably not a good idea to play every match with him, especially before the World Cup. And yes I also remember Babar Azam saying that as well.

So yes I think they are trying out different combinations to see which is going to work the best for them.

Selecting the right squad for the teams is very important specially when the T20 World Cup is just around the corner and the teams should focus on playing with those players whom they want to think should be playing the T20 World Cup from their teams.

Also this IPL season is very important for India because now India has no international match until 5 June and on 5 June, there is the match of World Cup that is why, the squad that would be announced, they have to pick from the IPL and of course those would be pick who are performing well till now.

By the way, I think that Muhammad Siraj may not be going to play this World Cup because his performance is so poor and also as I said only those player would be going for the World Cup squad who are playing well, but now he is such a good player that is why for sure he would be go but maybe on reserves.

As I received information, I like to share it with you and for sure it is true because I received it from ESPNcricinfo where I saw that Rohit Sharma appealed for Pakistan vs India test match and when it was out then Australia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, New Zealand, England are coming in the row and appeal for hosting this match because as you all know, the hype of this match is not normal.

I also think that it must happen because test cricket also exists and we are not able to see the Pakistan vs India matches in test cricket for years now. The last bilateral series between these two teams was many years back in 2012/13. Also, we are seeing Pakistan vs India ODI matches only just at World Cups or Asia Cups.

If there could be Asif Ali then we are likely to see the Pakistan as winner because at the last, there is only one player who can change the game, who can change the match but that player is not in the squad.

Asif Ali is one of the best finishers ever who can do finish a match against any team and he tries every thing to see his team as the winner every time, he can hit 4 sixes in an over for finish in the good way. I think so PCB should have to focus on it because he is such a wonderful player and Pakistan is also in need of a good finisher.

Anyone following the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Qualifier 2024? The first round of matches are now complete, with Scotland and Sri Lanka winning their matches in Group A, while Ireland and Vanuatu doing so in Group B. Netherlands and USA are yet to play any matches, and they will do so tomorrow. Sri Lanka looks well ahead of the rest and they won the match against Thailand quite comprehensively. BTW, the disappointment so far has been Zimbabwe. They lost to one of the weakest teams in this tournament (Vanuatu).

Fakhar Zaman played very well and he was the only one who made a high score in this match from the Pakistan team. Fakhar Zaman could have played for much more time and maybe hit the century but the problem was that from one side he was hitting and from the other side, the wickets were falling.

To be comfortable with other partners was some different because Shadab, Usman Khan, and Abbas Afridi were not able to stay with him that is why, the balls were wasted and the score was less but still he played very amazing in those 45 balls that he used in yesterday’s match against New Zealand in Gaddafi Stadium where the ground was full with people.

You are right Mohammad Amir bowled brilliantly in the second T20 match taking 2 wickets for 13 runs in 3 overs. Pakistan should have fielded Mohammad Amir against New Zealand in the third T20I. Maybe if Mohammad Amir played, he could have created a little more pressure, if he could have reduced some runs due to the pressure created by the New Zealand batsmen, Pakistan would have had a chance to win. Because in the third T20 match against New Zealand, the match was not lost by a margin of more than four runs. According to the sources and Pakistan Chief Selector and all the members of PCB, we get information that on 1st May means on Wednesday, the Pakistan World Cup squad would be announced and also today or maybe tomorrow, most players of the Pakistan team are going to pick visa of America and West Indies.

For this, they went to Islamabad to take their visa but also there are two series remaining for Pakistan and if they had to pick any player from that series so in that case, they would announce the squad on 1st May as I said and then they can also be changed their squad until 25th May and the squad that they announced on that day, that would be the final squad.
