usually when a good player before or in the previous team was only used as a back-up player and then moved to a new club, then the opportunity to play in the starting eleven will come true. I missed the friendly match between Atletico Madrid and Juventus where this match was won by Atletico Madrid 4-0. Alvaro Morata scored a hat-trick in this match and embarrassed his old club. actually Juventus could have activated the purchase option on Alvaro Morata when his loan period ended but they didn't so Alvaro Morata had to return to Atletico Madrid. he is a reliable player with good skills but juventus missed the opportunity to buy him.

I read in my local sports news that Juventus is going to sign a new striker from Eintracht Frankfurt "Filip Kostic" and Juventus are also willing to sign a midfielder from Sassuolo "Davide Frattesi". Both are not really big name indeed but it is reasonable if Juventus want to sign new striker as they have lost 2 strikers (Morata and Dybala) but I doubt that they really need Frattesi because I still see some midfielders in Juventus who can play better than him.

I still really don’t think that Udinese will be able to give too many problems to AC Milan. If we look at the last season we will see that Udinese was a mid-table team and obviously nowhere near AC Milan. And obviously, the quality of squat is better for AC Milan. Morata is comfortable playing at Juventus and it proven with his records during loaned in Juventus was quite impressive and the manager trusted him because almost each weeks he included to Juventus starting line up and that's why Juventus want to buy him permanently this season but unfortunately Atletico refuse their offers and Morata will stayed in Atletico until his contract ended and one of the reason because Atletico hold him because currently they don't have many options for attacking position because most of their strikers last season cannot playing as Simeone expected

The absence of the Milan forward? Lol, only Ibrahimovic is injured and Milan still have other players like Divock Origi, Olivier Giroud and youngster Marko Lazetić. So true. I think Juventus won't even fight for Serie A this year but they will try that is for sure. With the current squad , they barely had any great chances to score in their friendly games and for me, this squad represent the new Juventus so fans shouldn't have big expectations from them during this year. Like you said , they made poor transfers in my opinion with players that even have a certain age or with players that stayed on the bench too much and now they having injuries....so yea , I don't see great things for Juventus in 22/23 season.
