There is no doubt he was one of the best coach in Europe but sadly recently his performance is not good and having just average results which is bringing him down, and now he is not good enough as coach, but recently he is doing again good job and AS Roma is in good shape even still not strong contender for title or any better place but with current situation in Italian League he can stay at top four because few teams are unpredictable, and they can take good advantage of this all.

We have too many better coaches in market which are giving better results and have much better strategies and system instead of Mourinho, but one thing is sure hard work must give you good rewards and right now he is doing good job with Roma which can give him better options in the future.
