I was really surprised to see that Dybala has signed in For AC Roma  . I was strongly convicted that he would have join in FC Inter or FC Napoli. Roma will be strongly competitive this season, I looking forward to see what

they will do this year. I think that Serie A this year will be a nice competition, only Napoli hasn't made good deal.

I haven't heard any news saying that napoli has signed any great player, it seems that napoli is not very focused on winning the Serie A or they are very convinced that with this current squad they will be able to finish in the top 4, something that in my opinion will be very difficult to happen this season, looking at juventus and roma i would say it will be teams that will be in the TOP and inter brought back lukaku and kept some of the players from last season flying which means they remain strong , on the other side we have Milan which is also strong so I see Napoli being the weakest team next season if we buy with Inter, Milan, Roma, Juventus

Italy really had a very competitive league like epl last season, the league was so competitive that till the last day no one was sure of who will lift the title, go to champions league and europa league.
I just wish this same thing could happen this season. It is good to see a season that is not a one club show light ligue 1 and psg.

From now on I hope to see the Serie A being competitive. Because we are seeing different teams reaching the title at the end finally. Juventus dominated the league for so many years that it was no different than the Bundesliga or the Ligue 1 for example. I'm enjoying the league for now and next season is hard to predict already. Milan and Inter are the biggest candidates for the title again considering their performances in the recent seasons. But Napoli and Juventus also can put up a good fight if they improve themselves more.

I would rule out Napoli in this list of candidate teams for the title, I don't see Napoli with strength to win Serie A

Roma is going to get Dybala. Only a matter of medical record and Dybala is on his flight to Portugal for final step to sign a contract with Roma. Usually there is no big issue in medical record and very likely Roma will sign with Dybala.

Napoli sold Koulibaly to Chelsea and you are right that they are losing their competitiveness. If Roma play better in a new season, they can beat Napoli out of Serie A's top 4.

Mourinho is smart and he shows it with his career. In this transfer, if Zaniolo actually moves to Juventus and Rome get a big transfer cost, it is another wise deal from Mourinho.

In quality, I don't think Zaniolo and Dybala are too much different. Dybala is even at higher level than Zaniolo and with a plan in a few years, Dybala is good for Roma. Sure it's his last resort, maybe he's hoping for inter to sign him, but Lukaku's arrival is all over. Other than that there may be regular appearances, and that's Mourinho's promise. Dybala is young, I think he has to perform more stable to be able to play at a bigger club.

I have the same thought. Sorry, no offense, AC Milan won last season because of luck. Of course players also give contributions for Milan to get title last season, but we saw some important matches faced by Inter last season, which they should have won, unfortunatelly they are drew or even lost.
