For the new season I think Napoli's chances will be lower even though for the top four places, some key Napoli players have left and it will make the rotation of players not going well because it requires adaptation with new players. So for one team it would be Roma with Dybala wanted, but only for a place in the top four and not for the title. As the other three teams are clear especially about Juventus, this team could be a serious candidate for the new season and I have no doubts about it at all.

As we can see, last season Napoli were actually a strong candidate with AC Milan and Inter Milan. But they had to fall so many times that they had to be knocked out of the competition and had to accept that they were no longer candidates for the trophy. The problem that we still often see in Serie A is that each club still cannot consistently maintain its game.

Napoli sold player, they last season in the last games they dropped in performance, for this season we have:

1 - Milan it is strong

2 - Inter it is strong

3 - Juventus it is strong

4 - Roma it is strong

I see napoli fighting to be in the 4th or 6th position of Serie A

Napoli are not making any good moves in the transfer market, this weird considering the fact that they still can't win any titles, and by the looks of it, I agree with you, it's going to be a tough season for them.

I also wondered why they are not hiring great players, it seems that they think they can win something with these players that they have, something that I sincerely doubt they will manage to get between the 4 places and in the European competitions they will not get far

There is an interest for Anthony Martial by Juventus currently. However Manchester United don't intend to sell him now according to rumours. I don't have any idea about why they are still eager to keep him in the team now. He wasn't even in the team last season as he was loaned to Sevilla. He couldn't play so much there as well and couldn't do anything as a result. It seems to me like obvious that he won't be beneficial for Manchester United. I think that they should listen to Juventus' offer first.

Anthony Martial is such a talented player. He scored 17 Premier League goals for Manchester United in the 2019–20 season. He has the ability to do good. Coach Ten Hag may have made Anthony Martial part of his game plan. And if controlled by an experienced coach we will see better performances from Anthony Martial.

Problems like this are bound to happen because releasing some of their players has actually dashed their hopes of remaining competitive.
Their performance at the start of last season looked good but crumbled at the end of the season and should be with their squad the same this season they still have a chance to stay good but when the players leave then there is really nothing to do but wish them the best.

This is the biggest issue we have in Italian League for last few years and just because of this they are losing their charm around the world because I remember around 15 to 20 years back we have too much talk about Italian League instead of Spanish League or English League here in local groups and peoples were too much crazy about this all but due to some fixing issue and after this lost of consistency kill this all now mostly clubs want to have players those are not doing good and after one or two seasons teams are going down badly.

Atlanta and Lazio at downtrend which is surely big trouble for them and now Napoli is also going on same patch which is never been idea because they need to maintain quality for having better results and quality entertainment.

I still don't think Roma can be there for the season.
Indeed in this case especially this season they started off well by adding some pretty good players for Serie A, but this is not a reference for them in my opinion.
The top 4 will still be up for grabs by Napoli, Roma, Milan and Inter. Now Napoli are underdogs to some but sometimes they also have something to be reckoned with.

Even Roma is doing good for next season but still not enough for having better result because they are missing few quality players which can bring them to top which is having Juventus, Inter, AC Milan with these teams are going to fight for top flight at remaining post we will have good fight between Napoli and Roma and Lazio could be dark horse in this race because after selling few players now Napoli is also feeling some pressure and still not active in transfer market for better replacement surely they can go down.

Maybe if Sevilla extended his loan, Man United would not refuse, the lack of contribution from Martial made Sevilla not want to continue the deal. I'm not sure choosing Martial at the starting eleven, Anthony Martial will probably only be a substitute when the main players can't play.
