If money is Suarez's choice then obviously he will go to MLS rather than the Aston Villa you mentioned. I am not so sure, if you look at his minutes and goals scored, he is not "that" great, for that kind of money they could have found some good players for sure. They are also Milan, which means that they are not really lacking in players who would love to play for them, of course there would be some people who would play for them.
