The competition level in the Serie A has increased a lot in the recent years. Thanks to Inter and Milan, Juventus' dominance is gone from now on. We have been witnessing new champions in the league which has made it much more attracting than before. I would like to see this continuing for more years honestly. Because everybody, including me as well, must be enjoying their time now. This season is going to be another interesting one. Milan's job would be much more difficult as for defending their title.

The Serie A league will start soon, of course the competition is getting tougher with several clubs that I predict are strong namely Inter, Milan, Juventus, Roma and several other clubs that will surprise us, therefore the league will be fierce I know Milan has improved in its squad indeed it will be a tough task this season but we need to see for a season who will win the trophy even though it is a long time every club will surely improve in every appearance.

I agree about Roma also. They really have a potential to surprise people in this season. Their transfers so far have been satisfying to me and there is just one thing left which is to have a good chemistry in the team. Another really tough season is waiting for Jose Mourinho and I hope that he is able to find the best strategies for this team. Expectations would be bigger from them in the end. Qualifying for the Champions League is going to have a big importance for them.

Not going for that surgery is a good decision, because he won't be happy on himself for missing a world cup because of his decision, juventus would have prefer a surgery because they will need him on a long run, France needs him just same way his fans want to see him at the world cup and another thing if he didn't perform well for club and prove his fitness,I doubt if the France team national coach will call him for the world cup, because France has lot of good players in  that same position of his.

Actually I don't see anything that can be linked between Pogba's absence and Juventus' defeat because AFAIK Pogba only made a difference when they met Guadalajara and they without Pogba had succeeded in holding Barcelona before so when they lost to Madrid I don't see any logical reason to be associated with it. Their formation against Madrid is a little different, usually their tactics put forward midfielders to explore further but when they meet Madrid they don't do that because their 3 midfielders have been locked by 3 Madrid midfielders so their strategy doesn't work.
When this happens I still feel they have to make a more suitable formation with 4 or even 5 midfielders like they did before.

I don't know what would happen if Pogba was able to play in this match and I don't care about it much too actually. Because it was just a friendly and the more important thing now is that the league is beginning in two weeks. Being deprived of him after the season starts would affect Juventus negatively surely. Because we have seen this for a long time when it comes to their midfield. Adding Pogba to the team was going to be like a medicine for it but he has got an unfortunate injury now.

Now Juventus must be in high hopes I think, because I actually believe they want Pogba to have surgery but on the other hand they don't want to force it and Pogba is now choosing to rehab so he can play in the world cup.
This clearly has an effect in the long term for Pogba because with this it is certain that he will be vulnerable in his knee and there could be something that he does not want to happen later.

Even the theory of probability tells us that teams cannot constantly play a draw with each other. AC Milan will play at home in their first game next season. So I'm sure Giroud and origi will be able to present the first win for AC Milan. if you look at their matches in the previous 3 matches, the final result always ends in a draw. but seeing the performance of ac milan as winners of the Scudetto last season I'm sure they will easily beat udinese in their first match. for udinese against ac milan in the early match is quite a difficulty for them because ac milan is an opponent that is difficult to beat by them.

Paul Pogba's injury is a big blow to Juventus. This is one of the consequences of over depending on a particular player. Now the club has to look for an emergency substitute. He is desperate to feature in this world cup because this might be his last shot, hence he is willing to take any risk. He promised to make Manchester United regret letting him go.

he is not likely to be able to play later if he does not receive the proper treatment right now, i am not about to put another opinion out there, i am just writing to say that if this treatment works for him and does not pose any risk to his health in the long term, i am absolutely okay with that

however, if this is actually a short-term solution that doesn't look favorable for his health in the long run, i would advise him to move ahead with the surgery, it doesn't matter even if he has to miss the world cup

Even though starting the season is very important because it gives you a relax time during the middle and the end, you do not have to worry about just the first game, that is not really that big of a deal. Loo kat Arsenal last year, they were last team in the league after a few weeks, and then finished around the top, which shows you that it is not that important on what you do within the first weeks, it is important to go on a roll eventually.

If you do play badly for a long time (like koeman and Barcelona, or ole and united) then manager will be fired and that will be a trouble, but if it is just 3-4 games and then you go on a roll then you will be doing fine and nobody would mind.

one of the ways that AC milan has to do in their first match of the season is to play more aggressively in the first half and be able to press udinese from every angle so that their chances of getting 3 points I think will come true. udinese are a center team and their game tends to be unstable if they get tough resistance from their opponents so this can be a good point for ac milan to press them with attack after attack. Victory must be obtained in the early game because it can trigger their enthusiasm to be able to defend the Scudetto. but for big scores i think this is difficult to happen at least ac milan should score 2 goals in their first game.
