It is too early and too optimistic to think Roma will be able to compete for Scudetto but there is chance for them to get it. Napoli lost their two star players from defense and attacking systems, Koulibaly and Insigne. Therefore they will likely be weaker in a new season. I would like to see Insigne continues in Serie A but he already left. That is a sad story because he can play and end his career in Napoli.

Roma is not a weak team like the previous seasons. They have formed a strong and stable squad. And the coach of the team is now Jose Mourinho. Yeah the reason why I have doubts about Napoli is that actually. They have lost some of their players. They have signed some players as well but I still find this not enough for a successful season. Roma have done a better job about their transfers so far. If they don't have any problems with the team chemistry and strategies they should be able to get ahead of Napoli this time.
