They could have made option 1 a little easier if they hadn't lost the match at Lazio. But that doesn't count. I think the route via the Europa League is the least difficult, but certainly not easy. After these results I started to think they wouldn't lose to Milan home that easy as well. Milan are a very unstable team currently as you have seen. Actually after they lost 15 points I think their goal is not to be at the top but to get them back in the top 4 is a priority.
Things are still a little complicated but with 9 games remaining for Juventus and with their 8 point gap with Milan who are in 4th place everything is still possible now.

Their realistic target is to protect their second position as AS Roma are following them with 5 points less. I don't think Inter Milan don't focus on Serie A but they just don't have good performances recently. In Champions League, Inter Milan did not actually play too impressively and they won matches on slim verges between win it or lose it. In a match with Benfica, they did not play much better than Benfica but eventually they got a super late second goal which likely will help them to appear in semi finals.

Atalanta have been in a pretty bad shape for many weeks in the league. They tried to improve their form by getting some wins lately but they got another loss against Bologna home this time.

This was a pretty unexpected loss by the way. After that improvement I wouldn't expect this from Atalanta. They are doing everything they can to throw their chance for even top 4 now. They are still not far away from there though but they can't afford more losses like this. Because I don't think the teams above would continue to lose points for a longer time. That was the thing helping Atalanta keep up with them in the first place. Otherwise Atalanta would have fallen behind them a lot already.

I was remember Atalanta can able to beat Salernitana with huge score 8-2 on January and i was thought they will be able to resumes their impressive performance but i don't know recently Atalanta performance were compeletely unstable that previously Atalanta can able to beat Lazio and draw from Juventus but they were losing points while against weak team Cremonese and the latest is Bologna

But Atalanta still have good position on standings league that at least they still occupy 6th position and i have been notice that since Teun Koopmeiners got injured this team is difficult to get the winning results that Atalanta has passed 4 matches without this player but they only got 1 win from it and this is not good because their position can be threaten by Juventus

According to Atalanta schedules this weekend Atalanta have to faced Fiorentina and we all know Fiorentina had same target with them that they want to finish at european zone too Fiorentina had ambition to earn 3 points from this match and head to head statistics records are very unfavorable for them because because so far Atalanta has always had difficulties to get the winning results from Fiorentina
