Marcus Thuram signing is a really profitable one for Inter surely. Because they signed him on a free transfer. As you know they have been in need of solving the issue of lacking strikers after Dzeko - Lukaku duo both have left the team at the same time. It was quite fast that Inter brought a decent striker already like Thuram.

Thuram and Martinez can make a decent duo hopefully. But as two centre-forwards have left the team I wonder if there will be another striker transfer for Inter. I don't think they are broke now. Whenever we talk about their potential transfers they are said to have bad finances.

Viktor Osimhen is a coveted target for many top clubs, but I think that Napoli is not going to sell him yet in this transfer window and therefore has put such a price on the striker about 150-180 million euros. More clarity may come in the winter transfer window and whether the player will extend his contract, which expires in 2025 for another 2 years. So far, everything seems to rest on the amount of the salary increase. And also whether the player will be able to maintain such performance in the future.

Inter are really in need of a centre-back now after releasing Skriniar. I still don't understand why they parted their ways with Skriniar in the first place. He is a really great defender and he should have been kept for a longer amount of time. Now they will need to find a solid replacement to be able to fill his place nicely.

Merih Demiral is a target for Fenerbahce as well but their chance would be much lower than Inter technically. I'm not sure about Chalobah. I think Inter can find better alternatives than him. Inter should have some decent transfer budget to spend actually. I agree that they should pay more and find a more reliable defender.

There is none, so far there is no situation that he would be leaving, not because Inter and Lukaku became a great duo or something but because there aren't any teams willing to spend a lot of money for him, and Inter do not want to part ways for free after spending money on basically his recovery.
I guess he is going to stay there for at least another season and provide some goals and show that he still "has" that talent, after that maybe they can find a buyer for him to leave with some good amount. Inter also lost Dzeko this summer as well which means that it is going to be a bit of a tough situation as well. I am not saying it will be easy or anything like that, but he could definitely be a good thing for Lukaku since he will be one of the main strikers for sure.

Lukaku has turned down several offers that have come his way and even a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia has been ignored and he is focused on completing his contract with Inter Milan until 2026. Losing Dzeko will leave Inter Milan's front line relying only on Lukaku and they have no other striker who has quality above both for now, except that in the current transfer market they are planning to bring in another striker who has quality above the two, but so far there has been no news regarding the striker that Inter Milan is after.

Finishing as runners-up in the Champions League is a great achievement and next season I'm sure Inter Milan will try to target reaching the final again. But if we talk about the quality of the available players it will be difficult for them to keep him, because next season there will be many differences between each of the teams competing in the Champions League.

I think the biggest problem for Inter Milan is that they do not have donated depth in the squad. If even one player is injured, it is actually pretty hard for them to replace him. And that is simply not ideal for any club. Of course, Lukaku is going to be a good player for them. Lukaku also has good physicality. But it is not impossible for him to get injured. And that will be very bad for inter. I don’t they should get another striker who is preferably young.

I am no stranger to the name Demiral and sure enough he had defended Juventus at that time. I didn't expect that all this time he had permanently joined Atalanta and that surprised me quite a bit because he was no longer at Juventus. Inter Milan has some challenges in the defensive last season that made them to experienced some defeat from small teams and big teams which their manager was not happy about it than to use this summer to work on their defense by bringing potential defenders who can play that role very well next season. Merih Demira is a talented defender that has a good record in his formal team Atalanta, and he will definitely help Inter Milan to improve their defense if they will be able to afford the money in this summer. Lukaku doesn't even wanna play for chelsea. He wants only play for intermilan. But you are arguing on the presumption that Inter Milan won't sign another striker very soon, but nobody can tell whether they have already plans and even negotiations going on. I think on that level no club would risk the future by stupid decisions like selling too many strikers and then not being able to find a new one. I think most of the transfers happen for a reason and they already know which players they are going to target on the transfer market.

They also are well positioned for negotiations as I think they will be playing for the title and they are also qualified for the Champions League and they can defend the Coppa Italia. That is quite an interesting project to players.
