Managing Juventus will be a herculean task for Thiago Motta. He needs to do more to bring out the best in the club. We can't conclude that quickly just by looking at the results of a team's pre-season matches, because there they only test how ready and how well they can carry out their strategy. No one is doubting Conte professional coaching skills that he will not be able to improve Napoli's performance next season because they have good players and most of them are still in the club.
