Xabi was building the club from the bottom and i can remember that correctly if xabi was building it when leverkusen was almost getting relegated. It's very different compared to the barcelona when xavi was building it from the top.
There was no a lot of challenges being passed by xavi to build his current club. Barcelona was not the best, but it's also able providing some great players for xavit o build his own club. This is the main problem owned by them all.

I agree with you,  most persons thinks that coaching Madrid where there are some good quality players would be even better but then they fail to understand that there are factors that may surround his career in Madrid which were not there at Leverkusen so it isn't a form of certainty that he will do better at Madrid.

The players at Madrid may not give off same cooperation as the players he did worked with at Leverkusen, the tactics he used at Leverkusen may not work on the Madrid squad, the list is just endless but then his ability to cope and bring up a better strategy which helps the team is what will truly define him, it's very possible he might just be good with smaller team, helping them grow nd becoming formidable but may turn out bad managing teams who are bigger already, he can definitely explore greater heights in his career using the small teams but then it's good he is yet to make known any decisions about his next move.

Obviously it would be different and I agree with you. Xabi Alonso will not bother to train Real Madrid with the golden generation squad they have now and maybe Xabi Alonso will only make slight adjustments so that his game becomes neater. It's different from what Xabi Alonso has done at Leverkusen and it's purely because of his perseverance and also the potential he sees in his players so that his game is very beautiful and difficult to predict. I don't think he needs to achieve anything more. He's making too much noise already. Xabi Alonso and Bayer Leverkusen are becoming a European sensation. Bayer Leverkusen is completely transforming under Xabi Alonso. When the young Spanish coach took over the team from Gerardo Seoane in October 2022. Leverkusen is playing arguably the most attractive football in the tournament. It's no exaggeration to say they are one of the most worth-watching teams in Europe this season. Leverkusen and Real Madrid's style of play doesn't seem to be that different. Xabi has a good approach in maintaining possession of the ball and creating lots of goal opportunities, so this is almost the same as Real Madrid's style of play. But I agree, the challenges will be different when Xabi coaches Real Madrid or any team in the following seasons, that's because each league will have its own unique style of play.

Managing real madrid would be far easier compared to the leverkusen. Didn't you know that Xabi was coming when Leverkusen was almost relegated last season? It was able coming back stronger than before by getting winstreak that has saved club from being relegated to the lower division.

I think Xabi is having a very good internship period right now. I don't know whether he will go to Real Madrid or not, but we can say that he proved in Bayer Leverkusen that he has enough football knowledge to manage any big team.
