Difficult for Darmstadt as promotion team in  Bundesliga for first season in highest level competition, 16 matches with 2 won, 4 draw and 10 losses is poor achievement make dropped to relegation position standings. Face difficult for three matches later against Dortmund, Frankfurt and Union Berlin seems difficult for Darmstadt get three points and keep away their points from regelation zone. Darmstadt is a promoted team this season and ya, it is quite unfortunate that Darmstadt cannot compete well in the Bundesliga because after all, until the first half of the season also the fact that Darmstadt is only at the bottom of the Bundesliga standings. Apart from what you mentioned above, I also think that if a midfielder retires, he has the talent to become a great coach because of his extensive knowledge of the game as a midfielder. I am sure that Xabi Alanso will become a great coach in the future, this has been proven with Bayern Luverkusen, he even managed to set a record for Leverkusen as a club that has never lost in the Bundesliga.

Perhaps in this case you mean Xabi.  But on the other hand saying that all Leverkusen players are without star players is also a mistake in my opinion because after all Looking  from the current condition  several player such as Wirtz, Arthur, Xhaka, Frimpong or Palacios are a series of name that cant be doubted in terms of names. although not as big as some other great player like Cristiano and Messi or young player like Haaland or Mbappe but some of the players owned by Leverkusen i think have above average skill quality when compared to club  in the other Bundesliga.

Yes with right tactics and strategies he created some strong and impactful players and have generated a really strong squad who are making Leverkusen perform consistently. Yeah it is. They have bought the right players and have used them quite well this season. The mentality and the morale of the squad is also good. Coach is also doing well and helping players to build a good coordination amongst them. Building a proper squad is a hard thing to do but Leverkusen this season has done it very easily. I think this season they might end up winning the title.

Darmstadt have had quite an unfriendly season in the Bundesliga. They managed to get promoted and then in their recent games, they've faced difficulty and struggles to stay in the games. It's only sad for them because no matter how hard they try, they still weren't able to stand fully strong. They could get relegated from the Bundesliga this season.
 
It's actually not the end of the struggle for them though, they'll still have to battle through the second leg of the season race again and then or hopefully, they may be triumphant or nearly able to hold down the pressures that'll be put before them. They're not fully a good side, but the experience they've acquired is a good one which they should put into practice while building up themselves.
