1. Manuel Neuer - 2. Oliver Kahn - 3. Sepp Maier
But of course everyone rates this differently. It's also pretty hard to compare a goalkeeper who plays today with a goalkeeper who played 40 years ago. Football itself has evolved and you play a totally different style nowadays.
My favorite is Oliver Kahn. He was so impressive between the sticks, watch him when i was a kid. Being the only goalkeeper in FIFA World Cup's history to win the Golden Ball is more than proof enough. I also used to like Manuel Neuer because of his sweeper keeper character though i rate Kahn ahead of him

Kahn has won every title there is, and deservedly so - it's just missing the World Cup. He had the chance in 2002, but it was him, who kind of messed up for Germany, after having played a monster tournament before. I think this mistake is still haunting him up until today. He has been a highly divisive personality troughout his whole career, Bayern fans loved him, the rest hated him. But everyone always acknowlegded his performance and achievements being one of the best goalkeepers ever to step on a football field. He won me over also as a human being, when he showed so much class during the World Cup 2006. Klinsmann/Löw picked Lehmann to be the starting goalkeeper for the home World Cup and I would have expected Kahn to immediately resign form german NT, but no, he accepted his role as second goalkeeper and gave good support to Lehmann. Great teamplayer.

I think he only managed to win the Champions League final in the year 2001 and many times lost in final when he played for Bayern in 1994-2008.
Let's give you a little heads-up then. Oliver Kahn won the following titles: Club:Bundesliga: (8 Titles) 1996–97, 1998–99, 1999–2000, 2000–01, 2002–03, 2004–05, 2005–06, 2007–08DFB Pokal (German Cup): (6 Titles) 1997–98, 1999–2000, 2002–03, 2004–05, 2005–06, 2007–08 DFB Ligal Pokal (German League Cup): (5 Titles) 1997, 1998, 2000, 2004, 2007 UEFA Champions League: (1 Title) 2000-2001UEFA Cup (today UEFA Euro League): (1 Title) 1995–96 Intercontinental Cup: (1 Title) 2001 National Team:UEFA European Championship: (1 Title) 1996FIFA Confederations Cup Third place: 2005 FIFA World Cup Second place: 2002 FIFA World Cup Third place: 2006 Individual Honours:Best Bundesliga Keeper: 1994, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002kicker Bundesliga Team of the Season: 1996–97, 2001–02 IFFHS World's Best Goalkeeper: 1999, 2001, 2002 (World's best goalkeeper) Best European Goalkeeper: 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002UEFA Club Football Awards – Best Goalkeeper: 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002ESM Team of the Year: 1999–2000, 2000–01 UEFA Champions League Final Man of the Match: 2001 German Footballer of the Year: 2000, 2001Ballon d'Or – Third place: 2001, 2002 UEFA Fair-Play Award: 2001 FIFA World Cup Golden Ball: 2002FIFA World Cup Yashin Award: 2002 FIFA World Cup All-Star Team: 2002 FIFA World Player of the Year – Silver award: 2002 FIFA 100 List Golden Foot: 2017, as football legend ( Sources: https://www.oliver-kahn.de/, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oliver_Kahn)
In my opinion is pretty hard to find a goalkeeper who accomplished more in his career. Oliver Kahn is one of the absolute legends out there! That's why I am pretty happy that he's back at FC Bayern as a manager. FC Bayern needs personalities like him. Every club does.

The DFL and its members have agreed to lower the minimum age for Bundesliga players to 16 (was 16.5 before) starting with 2020/2021 season. This is pretty interesting, because Dortmund (and they filed the request) has a superstar in the making in their youth team, who would be allowed to play in Bundesliga from November 2020 on then. Youssoufa Moukoko is crushing all records in the youth leagues for some time, that dude is a monster. The transition to Bundesliga is hard for every young player, but I can't wait to see him play with the big boys. His stats for the last three years: 2017/2018 - U17: 28 matches, 40 goals 2018/2019 - U17: 25 matches, 46 goals 2019/2020 - U19: 20 matches, 34 goals (play is suspended for the moment) Taken from: https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Youssoufa_MoukokoHe was 13 when starting to play in U17 and as 14 year old then already joined the U19. This is so impressive

According to Kicker website 13 of the 36 clubs from Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga are struggling a lot financially. And this is not some speculation, but was announced by the DFL to the representatives of all clubs in an online meeting. Most of the struggling clubs have already spent their TV money, which is paid in four instalments during the season. The fourth instalment is due beginning of May and if the media partners withhold it, because play hasn't resumed yet, then nine teams from 2. Bundesliga and four teams from Bundesliga would be broke in May/June (and that is also the reason, why I think play will resume in May no matter what more or less). One club in Bundesliga and seven in 2. Bundesliga are struggling the most and this is my list of clubs which I think are those: Bundesliga Köln 2. BundesligaHamburger SV VfB Stuttgart Hannover Nürnberg Sandhausen Dresden St. Pauli
In the end, I don't think any of these clubs will (have to) file for bankruptcy, because the other (bigger) clubs will show some solidarity and even german government might jump in to help. But I always thought of the german clubs being run very solid financially, so this is quite a surprise to see 1/3 of them doing so bad in these times.

The 36 clubs have agreed to finish the season as follows: Play will resume in the beginning of May. Nine rounds are left and there will be no weeks (maybe one) with double fixtures, which will result in 2019/2020 season being finished end of June. Midweek is reserved for cup games, EL/CL or games that are or will be postponed for whatever reason. These plans need approval from authorities. Everything will be held behind closed doors of course as Kicker reports. I think this is doable, likely to happen and I am looking forward to it

It has still been so far from the peak. I will happy if I am wrong but it is what experts said. Furthermore, when the epidemic reduces its severity, it will also take time to grow grasses on stadiums back to normal conditions in order to guarentee quality of matches. As I know, the Dortmund's stadium has been used as a temp health facility for the epidemic. Such things might destroy grasses.

Not sure the time point to reopen the Bundesliga in beginning of May is realistic because the epidemic in Germany has not yet reached its peak. It has still been so far from the peak. It's not that far from the peak imo, there are signs of things getting better little by little. We have to define peak though. R0 factor is already nearing 1 and once it gets below 1, things will get better. With relaxing the quarantine, things might get a little worse again, but lets see. There is still 4+ weeks to go until May. Furthermore, when the epidemic reduces its severity, it will also take time to grow grasses on stadiums back to normal conditions in order to guarentee quality of matches. As I know, the Dortmund's stadium has been used as a temp health facility for the epidemic. Such things might destroy grasses. Well, they are not treating people on the pitch They are just using the area behind the north stands to treat people and help out the hospitals. But people won't sleep there etc., it's just for testing and giving some medication for those with (mild) symptoms.

We have seen some good signals but it is too soon to conclude anything. Such virus can fastly change situation if locals break social distancing and other health guides from governments. You are right about R0, according to: https://cmmid.github.io/topics/covid19/current-patterns-transmission/global-time-varying-transmission.htmlWell, they are not treating people on the pitch They are just using the area behind the north stands to treat people and help out the hospitals. But people won't sleep there etc., it's just for testing and giving some medication for those with (mild) symptoms. Hope that it will be true.

The Kicker reported that the German Bundesliga might continue its season at the beginning of May. All remaining games of the season should be played behind closed doors. However, the DFL has denied these statements.
Was sagen die Gesundheitsbehörden?

Four players from the German Bundesliga are among the players with the recent highest pass success rate. I expected Neuer and Alaba in this list, but I am very surprised by Witsel beeing one of the top performers. There is no denying that Dortmund made a very good transfer here. Let's see how the statistics look like when the season resumes. Or quarantine for all players. Seriously . Players have a contract. If your employer takes Actions to reduce the risk of infection, you have to go to your work. That will be the same for the soccer club. But I guess the Minesterium for sports will not allow it.

Let's be honest, how do you expect someone to play while wearing a mask? If you have ever worn one i am very sure you know how hard it is to breath... Now, imagine someone running around the pitch for 90 minutes while breathing through the mask

Let's be honest, how do you expect someone to play while wearing a mask? Well, it would be the same for everyone, so level playing field again And we have seen it before^^: Source: https://www.bundesliga.com/de/bundesliga/news/aubameyang-spiderman-maske.jspAnd there is also these masks that some runners/athletes use for training to improve their respiratory fitness - some smoking players should be grateful then. I agree though, this is very unlikely to happen. But if someone told me some weeks ago, that it's possible to shut down whole countries/economies in a matter of days, I would have told him to seek for medical help. If it becomes mandatory to wear a mask for the players during matches, they should also reduce playing time to 2x30 minutes to compensate for breathing issues
