Dortmund last season was superb they did great and almost won the league but this season they're not very consistent and could kill your expectations when you bet on them to win

Bundesliga have been dominated by Bayern Munich in decades, absolutely no form of power from the Bavarians, but I hoped someday, things will changed. Borrusia Dortmund is competitive and stands as the only team that can challenge Bayern Munich for Bundesliga title. The only thing missing out in Dortmund is their inability to maintain top players in the club, always selling their brilliant and valuable player each time is transfer window season. Dortmund tried their best to lift Bundesliga title last season but failed on attempt, they were so close but messed up their chances.

Bayern could become champions yet again because they know what they need and they do whatever they need to do it. last season it was obvious that they were missing Lewandowski and that striker position was left open, which caused a lot of troubles, this season they know this and they end up doing their best for it as well.

I believe that we are going to end up with something that will benefit them on the long run and should not be doing anything that will shock the world. I hope that the best thing to do would be making sure that life is not that simple for the other teams and they could do just top four and go to UCL and make more money and just sustain that. No other team considers that as an option for the long term, that's how you become a better team. I personally believe that the best thing to do would be making sure that you end up with a good return if you know what you are doing and keep growing gradually instead of trying to be champions.

It's difficult for Leverkusen because in the end there are only 2 options for the Bundesliga when it comes to trophies, one is Bayern and the other is hoping Bayern play very badly and other clubs can compete for the championship but for this season I doubt Bayern will play badly (like last season).

Bayer Leverkusen made a great start to the league. Their only point loss was a draw against Bayern Munich. Since that game was away, it can still be considered a great success. Boniface, who scored 7 goals in the league, along with Hofmann, Frimpong, Wirtz and Adli are terrorizing all teams. When you play so effectively on offense, things are easier.
Xabi Alonso wants to prove himself as a young coach and has made a very good start to his managerial career. Such young managers usually have a positive impact on teams. Bayer Leverkusen showed that they made the right choice.
I don't know how long they will stay at the top of the league, but they have already shown that they are a serious threat to Bayern München. This season the league looks like it will be more competitive and exciting.

I just don't understand that there are still people who doubt Bayer Leverkusen even though indeed, Bayer Leverkusen also still cannot fully guarantee to stay at the top of the Bundesliga standings until the end of the season. But anyway, because Bayer Leverkusen has managed to have good results from last season until now, then at least the doubts about Bayer Leverkusen maybe a little lost. Bayer Leverkusen started this year great. In the past, Dortmund was in the league title race with Bayern Munich. This year, it seems that Leverkusen will also take part in this race. There will be a tight race between Leverkusen, Bayern and Dortmund.

Bundesliga Bayern Munich is a strong team and they are doing well but the problem is that the two teams you mentioned are performing better than their expectations which is why Bayern Munich are not going to the best position in the Bundesliga despite their consistent performances. Bayern Munich will need to continue their streak in the Bundesliga until the end of the season if they are to win the league title this season. 
Leverkusen, Dortmund have been performing consistently but it is difficult to maintain their consistency till the end of the season. 
No matter how the other teams in the league perform, Bayern Munich should focus on their performance so that they don't suffer and if they can stay consistent, everything will be in their favor.

Bayern Munchen position is starting to come under pressure along with the increasing performance of Laverkusen, VfB and Dortmund in the Bundesliga. In the last decade, Munchen has managed to end the season by winning the Bundesliga trophy. For this season, the Bundesliga is no longer relevant if it is called the Farmer League, the competition for the top four standings is very competitive and each other takes turns topping first place. Tuchel must be aware that this season is more difficult, where Xabi Alonso squad managed to top the standings without losing. Another fact, Dortmund also has an unbeaten record, while VfB has lost once. So Tuchel must be really alert and must not be careless, resulting in losing points.

Laverkusen, VfB and Dortmund have the ambition to break Munchen dominance, of course with consistency until the end of the season. Goal productivity is also very important in the Bundesliga, where Munchen managed to beat Dortmund last season and won the championship because of superior goal difference, while in terms of points they pocketed the same amount. Even though Munchen is currently in third place in the standings, I think the difference of two points can still be caught up in the following weeks.

I agree that Leverkusen was always strong and they were even racing at the top of the table with Bayern Munich and Dortmund but they are much stronger this season with their coach Xabi Alonso. They had a good performance in the last season but Leverkusen didn't have many good players and the team tried to help Xabi by hiring the players he needed, that is why they are in the top side of the Bundesliga because Xabi Alonso was a great advantage for them.

 

Xabi Alonso success in managing Laverkusen this season has been phenomenal, going seven games unbeaten and topping the Bundesliga standings. I see Bayern Munchen dominance starting to be threatened even though they have better squad depth than Laverkusen, but in terms of strength I think they are quite balanced. The draw in their second meeting in the fourth week is proof of Laverkusen strength this season, just waiting to see how Laverkusen strength will be when facing Dortmund.

The Bundesliga standings have become more competitive with Laverkusen consistency in winning points, if this continues their chances of winning a trophy at the end of the season are wide open. Thus, Munchen decade-long dominance was broken by their own former midfielder Xabi Alonso. Dortmund almost did it last season, finishing on the same points but falling behind in the goal statistics.

So far in the Bundesliga, we know Bayern Munich has a much better squad than other teams like Dortmund or Leverkusen, and even Stuttgart, but still Bayern Munich couldn't get good results like these teams got so far in Bundesliga games.
Stuttgart's performance was amazing so far thanks to their palyer Serhou Guirassy and Leverkusen got a coach like Xabi Alonso who is a great advantage for this team.

Xabi Alonso has made great strides in his coaching career. He really made a great start at Bayer Leverkusen. If we look at the team rosters in the Bundesliga, of course there is no team as qualified as Bayern Munich, but while Leverkusen plays with all its spirit and gets good results, Stuttgart is at the top of the league thanks to its magnificent striker.

The excitement and competition started when Leverkusen stayed unbeaten after five game, they kept climbing up the table without dropping a single point and Munich which used to be the fierce team in bundesliga was almost looking like they would have a tough time contending Leverkusen and it did happened when they drew Leverkusen at their home.

Most likely they may meet again at the finals although Munich is at the third position on the standing and I'm sure they will get better by mid season and get back to contend the top position with Leverkusen and may probably meet at the finals, I'm pessimistic Leverkusen may soon drop point probably with a draw by their next meeting with Wolfsburg as they will be playing away, although Wolfsburg may not seem like a strong team but they will want to share the points as they are home. Xabi should be considered a great coach if he is able to finish second, because he is very young a Coach and it's his first time at the bundesliga.

Elite teams are not in good form this season, having problems meeting up the competitive standards of the bundle. I've this feeling that Bundesliga will be quite different from the ones we've witnessed in previous season. Bayern Munich and Borrusia Dortmund are 3rd and 4th on the table, accompany by Bayer Leverkusen and Stuart sitting 1st and 2nd on the table. Perhaps I hoped for the table to change in mideast because there will be presence of good actions. Bayer Leverkusen are unbeaten this season in 7 bundesliga games. 6W 1D 0L. Stuttgart makes big surprise in Bundesliga but the season is long enough to see Bayern Munich and Dortmund to climb to top positions and take over it from Stuttgart. I beg on worse performance of Stuttgart in rest of season and Leverkusen, Leipzig will be able to beat Stuttgart out of Bundesliga top four.

They don't have experience in top four of Bundesliga while Leipzig, Leverkusen are still strong team and they are more experienced than Stuttgart. As latest seasons, they had more appearances in top four and even played in Champions League, Europa League which are their high-tier experience. Stuttgart can not have it just after some good matches and it's hard for them to maintain their performances in coming months.

Seeing Leipzig so far in 6th position made me quite surprised because they performed very well at the start of this season. But in the last match they only drew against Bochum and they should have won this match easily, but they failed to do so. If Leipzig wins against Bochum, of course they will be closer to Dortmund or Bayern Munich. Now Leipzig is even below Hoffenheim, which last season was very slumped at the bottom of the table and even though the distance is only 1 point, it will be difficult if Leipzig suffers another draw. However, if we look at their next opponent, it certainly won't be difficult because Leipzig will play Darmstadt, but they still can't be careless like they did against Bochum in order to secure full points.

Yes indeed, but at least at the moment or in this season basically Bayern Munich also still does not have its best form like when Bayern Munich still has Lewandowski in the squad. Because anyway, at least after Lewandowski left it was like a decline in the quality of performance experienced by Bayern Munich, moreover in this season at least being the first season for Tuchel and also Kane who became Bayern Munich new star at this time. I honestly believe the Bundesliga is way more attractive than most of the other European leagues.
Sure you can't say anything against the Spanish league as well as the EPL, but what's left?

France, Italy, Portugal? All boring with only a couple of good teams. In Bundesliga every team can win at a given day. There are plenty of teams that successfully play in Europe as well.
Italy was the high standard in the 90s but it's a on strong decline year by year. Which strong players come from or go to Italy these days?

The German league is very competitive, just not for the first place in recent years. Behind Bayern there is a big fight for champions league and other international spots, the the fight at the bottom of the table is just as exciting.

Bayer Leverkusen started this year great. In the past, Dortmund was in the league title race with Bayern Munich. This year, it seems that Leverkusen will also take part in this race. Bayern Munich has become much stronger with Kane. Now I think we will see players fighting to win every match in the league to help Kane win the championship. There will be a tight race between Leverkusen, Bayern and Dortmund.

Leverkusen and Dortmund are really going to be a hitch in the way for Munich as they are both not relenting with efforts to be at the top of the League and possibly win the league title, but then Bayern Munich isn't sleeping on it although they may not be leading on the table at the moment but I'm sure they still have enough time to build on their strength and get to the top.

The season hasn't gone half way so there is still a lot of time for them, Kane will definitely influence Munich strength to further make progress with subsequent matches. Leverkusen's strength now is stronger as Xabi is stoping at nothing to make sure he becomes the champion of this league this season, although Bayern have had similar experience as this where they dropped in their strength and later won the league.

Dortmund may only try to be a contender but I doubt they would have what it takes to be the champions they will only finish tops and qualify for UCL and for the bundesliga next season, but then it's too early to start predicting possible winner of the league so let's still keep an open mind as anything can still happen by the middle of the season.

Even though Bayern Munich have been dominating the league it is still quite enjoyable to watch the matches here.

Because there are really high quality matches with many goals at the same time. Besides I think the Bundesliga is going to be followed more than last season now.

The reason why is clearly the determination of teams Leverkusen so far. They are making the competition even more heated for now.

I agree with this, the Bundesliga is attracting more attention this season, the new challengers are increasing so crazy that even Bayern Munich don't have the power to stop them at the start of this season.
This is much more competitive in my opinion, but there are always dips and ups in performance for a team in the league, and at times they can lose that madness in the middle of the season or at the end of the season like Borussia Dortmund last season.

It's very interesting how they stay at the top of the standings and it's also quite interesting to see that Harry Kane can play crazier with the Bayern Munich squad, we will always watch the rise and fall of this league.

This competitive league situation has been expected for years. Bayern Munich had a team that dominated the Bundesliga for many years. Especially during the time of Robben and Ribéry, they were scoring many goals with their magnificent wings. They are good now, but they are not as dominant as they were then. Last year, they won the championship in the last match, and that was because Dortmund lost points.

That is true! Bundesliga and French League one are leagues that only Bayern and PSG were winning which the leagues less competitive, but this season, we are having other teams that are showing their ability to compete with these teams in their leagues.

Bayern Leverkusen and Stuttgart have shown impressive performances this season and they overtook Bayern and Dortmund in the league position after seven matches, while Monaco and Nice also did the same in in the League one.
The problem with these teams is lack of consistency but I am thinking this is a different season because these teams are well prepared and are planning to take home something huge this time.

Calling this a generous coefficient is a bit too much I think, but yes this is also owed to the fact that Dortmund is quite inconsistent at times. They have had some good results now for a while, but all too often they fall back into their weak game again and also make massive individual mistakes. As this will be punished by Bayern more than by any other team, I think the odds are about fair. Frankly, if I had to place a bet, I would probably go with a tiny bet on a Dortmund win although history proves me also wrong I think. I can't remember when Dortmund won their last game against Bayern in Munich.

I checked and Dortmund won their last game in 2018 at home against them. And it was in April 2014 when Dortmund won their last game in Munich 3-0. Ok, my hypothetical bet would likely fail but that is why the odds are the way they are.

 The match between Dortmund and Bayern Munich would definitely be in favour of Bayern Munich even though they're sharing same points currently, Bayern Munich got a better squad and are more stronger and if you judge from the previous meetings 2018 is in a very long time and I don't think Dortmund would be able to win them.

If Dortmund had been superb last season, we would now still be celebrating the fact that Dortmund has broken Bayern Munich's title winning streak. The problem was that Dortmund was not superb. They have had too many problems against weaker teams and dropped points when nobody could ever think of them dropping points. When it was towards the end of the season they tied gams against Bochum and Stuttgart, both teams fighting hard to avoid relegation. Needless to say that if they won one of those games, they would have been the title winner of that season. A superb team doesn't tie a game against two teams from the relegation zone.

Borrusia Dortmund is competitive and have strength to compete with their rivals for the league title. Dortmund shocked everyone when they failed to lift Bundesliga title when everyone assumed they've won the league. Giving up at critical time, I believed they have no pressing concerns during these moments, they were carried away by excitement and Edin Terzic was reluctant with his dealings among his players. It was hugh dissapointment for Dortmund and they would lived to regret it. Perhaps the future holds desirable results which can be earned by hardwork and consistency in games.

If no single team can dominate their league for several years now, it really demonstrates that there is no serious competition in the Bundesliga. Other teams may not be bad, but in my opinion, they fall short of the requirements of a group that can challenge Bayern Munich for the trophy. This season, I anticipate a range of outcomes because different teams have off to strong starts. The Bundesliga should be won by as many teams as feasible. At the moment, I have high expectations for Bayer Leverkusen, and if they keep up their current form, they could win the Bundesliga.
