I'm watching the Leverkusen game at the moment I write this post, the game is balanced in my opinion and Wolfsburg is causing more danger to Leverkusen's defense, I bet on Leverkusen's victory and I'm worried about the direction the game is taking until the moment I write this post. I hope Leverkusen starts to put more pressure on Wolfsburg and score goals early.

Wolfsburg Vs Bayern Leverkusen Half Time, the home team even got a goal disallowed by VAR for offside. Wolfsburg is really pressing Leverkusen that they have not even registered a single shot on target whereas the home side has 5 already. I just hope Leverkusen goes back to the drawing board and come up with a better performance in the second half to win the game cause my money is on them. They should not forget that they are chasing Bayern Munich and don't need to lose any point now.

Lately, Dormund has lost more points, where from their last 5 matches in the Bundesliga, at least Dromund has only been able to collect 4 points with 1 win and 1 draw.

Another draw from Leverkusen, they're not serious in chasing for the title as they're not supposed to be throwing away points like this to give Bayern Munich more confidence that they're going to win the league title. While Bayern was busy destroying Werder as Harry kane got two goals from the penalty spot, Werder couldn't stop Bayern Munich and I was thinking that's going to be what'll happen as Leverkusen was playing Wolfsburg. But it didn't and Wolfsburg even had a better chance of winning the game as they got lots of balls on target from their shots but Leverkusen couldn't produce any threating shots on target to attempt at goal.

Unfortunately, the two plays that I considered the easiest of the four matches I predicted in my previous comment here, Borussia Dortmund lost at home 2-1 against Stuttgart, and Hoffenheim really received a thrashing with those four goals scored by FC Union Berlin (unfortunate). But even so, my two draws were accurate, and I'm glad I had a good eye.
I'll start planning my next move for matchday 22 of the league next weekend

Dortmund's embarrassing defeat did not only happen in this match and even previously they were defeated by a much weaker team. The match between Eintracht Frankfurt VS Monchengladbach ended in a 1-1 draw.

It is indeed very unfortunate that Eintracht Frankfurt who appeared so impressive in this match with several golden opportunities they got, were unable to maximize every opportunity they got well, so they were only able to score one goal in this match. I think Dortmund's squad is weak. Only Bayern has a good squad in the Bundesliga. Apart from this, teams do not spend a lot of money and do not build good squads.

Bayer Leverkusen draw against Wolfsburg really excite Bayern Munich because it has placed them on more advantage of winning the Bundesliga tittle, Bayern Munich 3-0 winning yesterday gave them 8 point clear above second place Bayer Leverkusen who won the tittle last season.
Talking about Bayern Munich relaxing a bit because of their 8 point clear I don't think they will want to do i don't think they want to do anything that will make them not to win the tittle this season I believe they will even want to top with more higher points.

I think this season is not for Bayer Leverkusen because from what we saw them do last season they are better than the performance they are showing this season so I think it is a very good opportunity for Bayern Munich to take back their position because I don't think Leverkusen is getting closer to them in points again. Bayern Munich should utilize the chances they have now to keep increasing the points, 8 point is fair but they can make it 12 or 15 so that before the end of the season they are already champions. The game between Wolfsburg and Leverkusen today was supposed to end in favour of Wolfsburg but seeing how they wasted their chances one could predict that they weren't ready to steal the 3 point at home, it was indeed a poor performance from Leverkusen who couldn't make any meaningful attempts in the game.

About Bayern Munich despite winning with a score of 3-0 but still, the victory was not obtained easily because after all, the first goal was also just created in the 56th minute. But Bayarn Munich has been consistent in their domestic performance as they has been on e winning streak at home and it has really helped them solidify their place at the top of the table in the German bundesliga this season even though they have not been impressive in their patterns of play they have been getting results which is what really matters in football

Both teams seem to be equally strong. However, Dortmund is not performing well in the Bundesliga this season. Dortmund is not in the top 10 of the points table. Dortmund has lost 7 out of 20 matches. However, Stuttgart is not very strong either. The difference in points between Stuttgart and Dortmund is only 3.

Borussia Dortmund woes this season continued today as they lost yet another game against Stuttgart at the Signa Iduna Park. It's been a very disappointing campaign for Borussia Dortmund who's been underperforming and are now in a position that makes it almost impossible to finish the season in a position that'll guarantee European football next season.
2:1 it ended in favour of Stuttgart who are now occupying the fourth position of the German Bundesliga standings.

First of all Xabi Alonso had no business rotating players that much in a league you are chasing and not in the right position right now, my guess is he wanted the players who had participated in the cup tie with Koln to have a little rest which was definitely just not so, Bayer Leverkusen have already qualified for the round of 16 in the champions league so there isn’t even middle week football for them to worry about rotation, this was just pure gamble in my opinion.
Bayer Leverkusen could have reduced the points deficit to 5 points and then next game is the derby between them and Bayern Munich which presents perfect opportunity to get closer to their rival in the Chase for the league but right now seems that will be a bit hard to cover again.

As for Dortmund they are just simply doing a round trip outside the top four, another loss again today which means they are 6 points behind Stuttgart who defeated and got into the top 4, for now it will be a little bit difficult to get into this top four even though the points aren’t a big deal

I didn't see the game but judging by the lineup/substitutions Bayer played with a rotational lineup, hence the result. By the way, the statistics are rather strange:

Shots - 13:15
Shots on target - 8:1 (what?!)
Corners - 3:9

I understand that not every shot on target is dangerous, but it looks very unbalanced.
A bad result before the game with Bayern, now Bayer is 8 points behind and even a victory over the competitor will not change much.

Stuttgart is indeed stronger than Borussia Dortmund, is been a while they win Stuttgart, for the last five matches they both has played Borussia Dortmund has been losing against them, I was thinking they would win Stuttgart today but unfortunately for them again Stuttgart is wining them 2:1 and there is no time for them to do anything anymore because the next one minute the match will end, however I think this is the first time Borussia Dortmund is having red card against Stuttgart but that was not their problem of losing today because those goals was already in place before the card.

Borussia Dortmund's poor run has not changed. They were in good shape last season but have failed to replicate the same success this season. W. Anton's own goal changed the course of the game and put the home team under pressure. VfB Stuttgart had just 31% ball possession but they were able to withstand the pressures of Dortmund which had about sixteen shots with five on target. It is sad that after the sack of Nuri Sahin Dortmund had failed to improve. If they continue with this performance, they will not make it to the UCL next season.

It is very difficult not to be disappointed when Borussia Dortmund could not come back to the good performance of this season. Given the sort of form they displayed the last time out, one would have expected the team to perform better this time around. Unfortunately, the great amount of pressure which fell on W. Anton after his own goal shifted the entire course of the match. Despite the fact that Dortmund were much more active in terms of creating chances and having possession of the ball for a higher part of the match, the team were not able to take their opportunity and climb up in the table. It is interesting to notice that in this match, Stuttgart was the team which had control of the ball only 31% of the match time However, the team did a good job in the defence and where they had a chance they tried to prevent the attacks organised by the Dortmund team. At the moment such a scenario will make it very hard for Dortmund to sustain the Premier and fight for a ticket into the Champions League season the next year.

Two draws certainly benefit Bayern Munich because they can maintain their place as the top of the standings with an 8-point lead over Leverkusen. The second match will determine the fate of Leverkusen because if they lose it will be quite difficult for them to defend the title this season.

It's almost impossible to see Bayern Munich lose 8 points and more in last 13 matches in Bundesliga. They are very strong in German domestic national league, and 8 points are equally to 4 draws or 2 defeats and 1 draw or 1 defeat and 3 draws. Honestly I don't think Bayern Munich will have so many bad matches in only last 13 matches in Bundesliga.

Leverkusen now can be realistic and switch their focus back to Champions League and try to play as best as they can in knock out stages.
