Getting flogged by Flamengo U21 a few days ago was just a prelude of what is to come. Xhaka knows Leverkusen is finished with ETH at the club, and that's why he wants out before it's too late. As for Ten Hag except people that hold him high contempt that will be judging him already. Ten Hag is the manager and he was the best to me in all of the available then. People will judge base on past experience with Manchester United but they fail to understand that even at Manchester united which was predicted to be his worst job so far he still won trophies there

No player would want to be with him after what he has done at Manchester United, punishing players in form of discipline, I have always said it that ole was more better than Eric ten hang, he brought nothing but failure in Manchester United and now he's gone to Leverkusen which was doing well to have been beat with such margin, I think there's a rumor that Boniface is about to leave the team and so if he should leave what will then become the Faith of that team, believe me that Man won't spend half a season in that club before he will get a sack later.

I also disappointed with Bayer Leverkusen 5-1 loss to Flamengo U20 team. It was worrying sign because Leverkusen had very little of ball made few good passes and barely shot at goal. Flamengo U20 team clearly controlled game which led to their five goals. Yes that is right that many Leverkusen players need to improve much and are making too many mistakes meaning they have some big problems to fix before main season begins.

Still been disappointed at Leverkusen at this time may mean you had a very huge expectation from them and you probably esteemed the preseason game to a good extent but then it is possible same is not what Leverkusen was about or that particular game,  Leverkusen may ha e seen that game as just training and helping their opponent gain confidence when they go back to play at their level.  It may surprise you to know that some of the Leverkusen players may even be at their best and will be really in their best form waiting for the season to commence and have just used that game to warm up.

Leverkusen will do the same, he will do the same, he already started blaming others for losing, and he will never accept the blame for himself and as long as he keeps doing that, we are going to see him be a bad manager. One thing managers need to have in common, is to take blame for themselves and if they can do that, then they can become a good manager.

Even if the problem is someone else, you as a manager should take the blame, get the heat, so your players would respect you more and do better for you, or at least try. But if you keep blaming them, they will hate you, and won't have any incentives to improve continue. That should be something that can make them do a lot better for the future, it should be a reality. So he needs to learn that.

The current Leverkusen team is quite strong, so Ten Hag should definitely perform well with this team. If Ten Hag is not able to perform well at the end of the season with this team, then it must be assumed that the team's performance has been so bad only because of the manager's incompetence. Winning the league title by defeating Bayern Munich in the German league was quite challenging for Leverkusen, and Leverkusen showed that. If Leverkusen can win the league title again under Ten Hag, then the management will plan for him in the long term, but if the results are much worse than before, then he may not be seen serving as Leverkusen for long. Anyway, everything depends on the skills and strategies of this manager, if he adopts the right strategy and if the players can play on the field according to that strategy, then good performance is not possible.

They are good compare to where he is coming from, there should be any excuse for him nit to be more strong with such already made team that he met in good shape, Eric Ten Hag doesn't possess the character of listening to the opinion of other even when he is making mistakes, this is one of the major cause of his managerial lapses, I can forget when Ronaldo came to Manchester I think is the second time, Ronaldo wanted to help just as a player not even that he want to the job of Hag although I don't if he saw it as an insult and I believe that was one of the reasons why Ronaldo left that club, as soccer enthusiast we are, we know who Ronaldo is and what he can do, at his level of experience, he might have  influenced on his teams mate because of his name but I believe that it is for good purpose but Eric Ten felt intimidated, where did it end then, Leverkusen is in their peak although they can be annoying sometimes but Hag needs to do his work properly this time, if not he may be disgraced out again which we don't pray for that to take place.

He isn't incompetent per se, but when situations occur where he would usually be best off if he suppresses his own ego, he will lose control at any club because he can't control for his ego. His ego is like an uncontrollable thing inside him. That will cost him many many jobs, but he will find jobs again and this is why coaches never go through learning curves, they never lose. If they behave like shit at Manchester United and essentially destroy the club from top 4 to relegation zone, it doesn't matter, get fired and then wait for the next new multi million offer.

Obviously the competition in the German Bundesliga is not as tough as the one he get to face in the premier league,  sometimes amongst my peers we do argue it that any coach who survives the premier league with a very awesome performance is most likely indeed a very good coach and can do pretty well in any other leagues,  I believe it is no news the Premier League is the best in the world and so we should not expect any less,  the pressure in the Bundesliga is far less as compared to what he had to put up with in the  premier league so I expect only the best from him in the Bundesliga.

However, we cannot underestimate the Bundesliga, because it is still one of the most competitive leagues in Europe, even though it is not as intense as the Premier League in terms of pressure and team competition, but coaches, especially those who have popularity and experience coaching big clubs, their reputations are at stake if they fail to provide the best performance to the teams they coach.

and also keep in mind that every league has its own challenges, the Bundesliga has a different style of play, a more stable club structure, even though the competition is not as fierce as the Premier League, but it is one of the best leagues, so it cannot be underestimated.

I really hope that Xhaka stay in Leverkusen even they have written that he wil be part of the Squad and Team.

And Leverkusen is an amazing club, and they can do extraordinary, so there is a lot for Ten Hag to do because when they are not serious because if the club is not serious, then they will not do well, and all the blame is going to be on Ten Hag. and when a club have confidence then it goes a long way for the club. After all, when things are out of place for a club, because when a club has self-esteem, then it helps the club to also go a long way, and Leverkusen needs to do more if they want to stand out. After all, they need to be serious, and we already know the kind of club that Leverkusen is they have the stamina; they just need to put in more effort because they are the defending champions

Leverkusen conceded 5 goals against a small team like Flamengo U20. We have not seen Leverkusen lose by such a big margin in the last 2 seasons. Many people  will say that this is a friendly match, this match is not important , yes undeniable , it is not an important match. So Leverkusen will concede 5 goals against e small team? This is a shameful defeat for Leverkusen.  I do not like Ten Hag at all as a coach. I have seen him turn Manchester United into a ruin. It is foolish to expect that Leverkusen will do anything good next season with Ten Hag.

It is an embarrassing result for Ten Hag and his team for allowing themselves to be trashed by Flamengo U20 team, this is a youth team we are talking about. It might not be an important game but Such results are not good for the team morale especially before the season kicks off. It is obvious they need to improve and do better next season, Ten Hag also needs to prove Manchester United wrong for sacking him by getting good results next season.
