They would have kept all their players and start buying young players to build the team together while they gradually part ways with some of the old players after their contract has expired with the team, this would have helped them to remain in shape while they fight for the league title and also build the team with young stars.

It looks Leipzig wants to sell Benjamin Sesko this summer for financial reasons even at lower price so it is bit surprising that Arsenal has not been strongly linked to him despite needing striker and Sesko strong performance. This makes me wonder too if Arsenal has other targets or if lack of reports is misleading. Regardless of we do not know Sesko leaves or stays but Bayern Munich overall strength means they can still win under Kompany if they stay focused and consistent as they are much stronger team from all angles.

I don't know if Bayer Leverkusen sold the coach or he decided to take a better offer since Real Madrid is a bigger team and they wanted him as a replacement for their coach Ancelotti but selling the 1st team players was a mistake that will hunt them for next season no matter what they try to rebuild. Having a new coach and you will be in the champions League and also compete for the local league without the presence of your strong squad is very bad. Bayern Munich dominated them in the first season of Vincent Kompany, now that he has understood the team you think he won't continue to make turning things difficult for them definitely he's going to give them no chance.

Dude, if they were down by 2-3 points it could be called luck but if it's 13 points I think it's a failure so statistically Bayern Munich is ahead. Talking about next season I haven't seen Leverkusen making any moves yet especially after Alonso left, even if we look at their transfer activity it's clear they are more focused on bringing in young players maybe we can call it investment in players, if I were to guess they would want to follow Dortmund's strategy for financial gain.

It was a ridiculous fee that they set to start with. Benjamin Sesko last season actually had just 13 Bundesliga goals with extra four champions league goals, averaging 0.49 goals per 90 minutes is this a worthy stats for some worth €100m. I know the defense will be coming with some saying he is young but we all saw Halaand been younger and getting more but yet still doesn’t cost this much. There are many center forwards I can list ten much better than him and wouldn’t be this costly.

The lad is a potential but this isn’t his first season with Leipzig and I am not super impressed with him, this current €70m is more than enough to get a proven striker like Osimhen than gambling it around a young lad who I think wouldn’t hit impact at first in the premier league. I think, Leverkusen team will also target realistically with new coach and some new players brought in. Because of course to build a good squad requires adaptation especially because we know some of Leverkusen's previous key players were also released.

The expectations from Ten Hag is getting more and more intensed and everyone wants to see what will become of him in this club after signing up with them this season. He is a great coach no doubt, but at some point, so coaches do face retardation in performance and do affect their overall job with the team they’re managing at the time. Eric Ten Hag can still be better at Bayern Leverkusen than he has even been in his entire career, he just needs to be true to his work and put in his best of effort as a manager to see his team perform best through all that is needed for them for next season.
