In general no other German team is ever a problem for Bayern Munich, when they don't win it's just because for once in their life there is a team that somehow played the perfect season, just like it happened with Bayer Leverkusen two seasons ago. It was clear that Leverkusen wouldn't win again because back in 2024 everything went well for them, literally everything, so kudos to them but let's play that season again and probably 9 out of 10 times Bayern Munich would win. We are living in a world where media could easily influence clubs administrations to sack a coach after few months or a season just for not finishing in the top places. Eric Ten Hag made Manchester United better even if he wasn't successful to get them back in top. Look at them when he was no longer a coach, they ended close to the relegation zone.

This is the type of situation that I never understood. Because, if they lost their manager then that is bad of course, but if they sold their players then they made money too, so they should be able to buy some players as well.

I understand selling Wirtz is bad for example, like he was a great player, but they made 100+ million from that deal, can't they just get another good player for that much money? They should be able to spend 100 million and get players that are at least as good, or at least they should be able to get some great players and amazing replacement for other places as well that they think they are weak. These are the things that confuses me, many teams that sell for that much end up not replacing that well, Dortmund failed at that too.

Well, luckily for Ten Hag, the new manager (Ruben Amorim) did even worse when it comes to the league position, ending the season at 15th place. All of a sudden Ten Hag is not looking that bad.
Man United seems to be a bit of a cursed club ever since sir Alex Ferguson retired. No manager could get consistent, long-lasting results. It could be that the owners of the club are not too keen on making as heavy investments in the squad as the other top Premier League clubs do, but I'm not sure if that's the main reason.

Anyhow, Ten Hag will have a great chance to redeem his reputation. I don't think Leverkusen will be able to take the championship away from Bayern, and I'm not even sure if that's what they're expecting this season. I think you guys are saying the same thing maybe you read it in a different way. Everyone knows Xabi Alonso coaches Real Madrid now and has already left Bayer Leverkusen.
Of course things will not be the same as they used to be for Bayer Leverkusen because the master mind behind their good performance has left them and also they lost they most important player so it will be difficult to perform as they before and even if they will perform good again it will definitely take them time adapt to the new system and so i also don't see them  competing with Bayern Munich for the title anymore at not not this coming Season.

Just take a look at how Amorim was performing before joining Manchester United, he was a very good manager at Sporting CP, he was one of the best coaches in the Portuguese league, but he can’t even help Manchester United to secure even a single trophy despite all the effort made by Ten Hag to leave the team at the tenth position before he left. I think every viewer of the football knows that Xabi Alonso leaves the Bayern leverkusen and currently he is coaching the Real Madrid's player. I think making a win is not enough just to have a good coach, the coach plays an important role. But in my opinion a single part of any team can't make a win as an individual. Bro you probably haven't seen the new Leverkusen squad. Xabi built a stable and strong squad, that's true. But this season the Leverkusen management sold several important players from their squad. Frimpong and Wirtz are among them. Wirtz played a big role in Leverkusen's stable performance last season. So it can't be said that Xabi give him a  strong squad. There have been some important changes in the squad.

I hope the Manchester United job doesn't end up messing things up for Ten Hag because some fans are still doubting his ability to make things get better at Bayer Leverkusen when he couldn't bring any positive changes in the Manchester United team.
