The point here is that I think the Bayer Leverkusen team couldn't stop Xabi Alonso from making the move he made to Real Madrid because it's difficult to reject an offer with the biggest team in the world but the mistake they made was to start selling off their players when they struggled last season and couldn't get a trophy. Ten Hag is now the manager of the team, how he will do the magic to get the team working again I don't know but all I know is that they can't be good like when Xabi Alonso was the manager looking at the number of players that has been sold.

I have been saying that the success of a team depends on the coach and the squad he will choose and the management in being able to keep the same coach for many years. In the case of Leverkusen, they were successful, congratulations, but whether they will be able to maintain the success with the new coach is another thing. I saw this news about them:

I don't know how good the new signings they made are, that's something we'll see when the season starts, but in my opinion I see Bayern winning the title again, because Bayern haven't changed at all, they still have the same coach and more than 90% of the same squad, while Leverkusen will take time for the players to adapt to the coach and new teammates.

Arsenal have Martinelli and Trossard as players available on the left wing. If they don't plan to make a big LW signing then I don't think they would let Martinelli go. Trossard is also getting old you know.

Rodrygo? As far as I have heard, Xabi Alonso wants to give him a place in his lineup. That's why he must have decided to stay.

The options in the left wing for Arsenal have proved to be inefficient in the previous season putting, when the clubs needs them, especially Martinelli to step up and make this happen they fail to get the results needed that is why Arteta is looking at options to strengthen that position this summer. If Arteta can get Rodrygo or another good option in that wing it will be very beneficial to the team next season.

Bringing a good Left winger to arsenal now will be like treating headaches when actually the problem is a stomach upset why I said this is Arsenal problem is a striking problem and not a wing related until arsenal decide to face reality on ground by buying a good top nine they will continue to dream and not see that dream coming to pass

Erik ten Hag is about to start his new job in a few days. Leverkusen has already been active in the transfer market. But in a negative way mostly.  

Wirtz, Frimpong and Tah have already left. They spent 12 million euros for the youngster Ibrahim Maza meanwhile. I don't know of his potential. And there is the Flekken signing. I guess he will take Hradecky's place as he is older. Let's see it.

The replacement of this players are very important because they don't need any players they would be testing if they can help them this season, actually any team that's selling some best should already have plans of signing the ones that would be important than the previous ones because if a club get rid of players that was doing remarkably for them to others that doesn't even have a good record might be destroying what they have already, so actually it could have been a better plans for Bayern Leverkusen to sell some unimportant ones than this.

Isn't this the problem of most teams. They care a lot about fixing minor issues when the main one is sticking the same for years. It is hard to get efficient number 9 so many coaches count on the wings to get easy passes or headers for strikers or midfielders to score. This option alone will not guarantee victories.
Arteta is a good coach and knows what he needs. We don't know precisely if the team administration is fully following his recommendations or just take the easiest and less costly.
Unfortunately I don't see gunners being the first team the upcoming season, again!

To make success in any competition i think the responsibility will not be on one's head. Because all the departments have to play the same role, the coach the players and the management . Not only one above all maintained the things in a perfect way. Bayern Leverkusen has changed their coach in the expectation of success . But the same coach has faced criticism for the failure of Manchester United . However it's not necessary that he will perform the same over here. May the result over here is completely different and amazing too. So my point of view is only this that we should not expect the same outcome from a different place on the basis of a previous failure.

Beşiktaş is also likely to buy Patrik Schick. So far we have seen a lot of news about transfers but in general it is not new players coming to the team but players leaving the team. This will hurt the team.

In as much as I would want to give Erik Ten Hag the benefit of doubt I still believe that Bayer Leverkusen are in for a very tedious season haven sold a couple of their most important player which could helped stabilise the team in wake of the departure of Xabi Alonso. These players happen to be one of the reasons why Bayer Leverkusen could confidently contend and secure the German league title but right now I wonder how the team would cope especially with a new coach whom might alter their style of play.

Eric Ten Hag may not have done well in the past, but I am not seeing him less of a manager than he was in the past. I can only see him as been improved from the way he was in the past when he left Manchester United. This is a new journey for him and he needs to do his best to come out successfully as the head coach of Bayern Leverkusen. This team are not the way they are even five years ago, so he needs to put in this best effort to make this team propel in the face of other teams. Eric Ten Hag can do well in my opinion, he just needs to take things easy and go for maximum effort for the team to achieve their goal as a team.

Not only these players but they lost a good coach who got them setting a different precedence from that which they have been known for in the longest time. And I want to believe Leverkusen is aware of the talents they have lost and the need for crucial replacement and not just any if they must continue to maintain their form for which they have been known for currently.  Erik Ten Hag is a good coach and I don't expect to see anything less from him as I trust his judgement and strategy,  only that it did not work well at Manchester United but it may turn out differently at Leverkusen since they are both different team and from different leagues.  There maybe little pressure on ten Hag to deliver but I doubt if the expectations of him will be as high knowing its a new season and it is is first time.e which he needs to get to know his team members.

The opening game will take place on Fri 22nd Aug, when Bayern will take on Leipzig, so we're starting with a potentially interesting game. Leipzig was a bit of a dissapointment last season, but they performed well at the beginning and got tired and sloppy towards the end. If the same happens this season, it might not be an easy game for Bayern, who may also be tired from participating in the FIFA Club World Cup etc, which could disrupt the team's normal rhythm.

But surely, with Bayern Munich's performance last season and in the CWC, I'm sure Bayern can win, although it won't be easy. especially if Sesco really moves. There are still chances for both clubs to strengthen their respective clubs.

Yes, Erik Ten Hag does not look too bad but his recent experience has really put his reputation in doubt.
We don't know what will happen at the moment and many have doubted the coach and for me it is right to be doubted because the Bayer squad no longer has a reliable player after Florian Wirtz left the team.
This is not an easy job for ETH, I am sure there will be a bad performance at the start of the season.

What makes it interesting to see Ten Hag debut in Leverkusen? Personally, I doubt Ten Hag will easily bring Leverkusen to its best level again. Some key players have left Leverkusen, there are no equivalent substitutes. Even they sign Antony, I am not sure it will improve much Leverkusen attacking because they have lost Florian Wirtz as the key players in that line.

Having Goatony is enough to carry them even when they miss Wirtz, Frimpong, and Tah. Remember Ten Hag + Goatony is a perfect combination, and limited bundling. 

I think you are exaggerating too much. No single player can cover all the lines of a team, neither Antony. And I think Antony can't replace the role of Florian Wirtz because they are in a different position. Moreover if you expect Antony to replace the role of Frimpong and Tah, it is totally nonsense. Leverkusen cashed in a big total of about $157 m (around £116 m) by selling Florian Wirtz to Liverpool. Also Jeremie Frimpong was dropped for roughly $38 m, mounting up to over $195 m. So its really a smart move for a club without billionaire owners and covering the costs of the club.

Flipside Leverkusen have definitely become weaker. Now former Ajax manager ETH is hunting for youth talent like PSV's Malik Tillman, Mark Flekken, and Ibrahim Maza. Ten Hag's unsuccessful Manchester United career has raised questions about him. There are those who believe in him, but there are also those who doubt him. The whole world is shouting about it now. Arsenal needs a striker. It surprises me that they still insist on not signing a striker. Right now, there are Swedish striker Gyökeres and Nigerian striker Osimhen who could be useful to the team. I think Arsenal needs to sign one of these two players. If they want to be champions next year, they now have to sign a good striker for the team. The Swedish striker who is smashing the statistics may be the priority candidate, but his transfer fee seems very high. We also know that Liverpool and Manchester United want him. If Arsenal can get him, I think he will make a great contribution to the team.

Ten Hag was succeefull with Ajax. However, Ten Hag failed completely with Manchester united. Manchester United gave Ten hag both large funds and adequate time. We still see any improvement in Manchester United's performance. Manchester United's performance was weak even after the purchase of players spending a lot of money .

Leverkusen will try this season , to renovate the squad. Leverkusen has sold several important players in the squad. Among these are Frimpong and Wirtz. Leverkussen has sold a lot of money to sell these two players. And  perhaps now leverkusen will invest money to add young players to the squad. We will understand the end of  next season whether Ten hag will be successful..

If sesco moves it will not be a major issue for Bayern Munich, he is a key player with great impact on the team no doubts but Bayern Munich do not depend on a player for their success looking at their style of play and their technical approach to games, he will create some gaps which will be noticed but within short time of they get a better replacement Bayern Munich will still continue to do well, seeing thst kompany is obviously getting enough experience managing the team already,  the struggle wouldn't be much and the leipzig  fixture may not turn out with much challenge,  Bayern Munich is highly motivated as seen in their performance at the FCWC, I don't know much about leipzig in their recent for but I believe Bayern Munich so much.
