DECENT announces its latest product launch – the beta version of a new Android mobile wallet. This release marks the company’s final technical milestone for this year. The Android wallet is now available for download through Google Play Store. The major highlight of DECENT’s mobile wallet is the ability to view and manage all User Issued Assets (UIAs) on the company’s open-source, proprietary DCore platform, making them now accessible on Android devices. These assets are essentially custom tokens created by various projects for use within the company’s ecosystem, and the new wallet contains capabilities for adding any future project’s tokens, as well. The beta mobile wallet currently supports the following features:

• Sending and receiving of DCT and other custom tokens (UIAs) issued from DCore
• Activating the mobile wallet via QR code
• Dedicated security center where users can find and manage all available security features
• Signing in via PIN
• Sharing user’s wallet address and payment details via favorite messaging tools
• Checking account balance in FIAT (USD, EUR, GBP)
• A complete overview of the transaction history
• A complex view of all transaction details
• User-friendly design and easy-to-use functionalities
• First-class tech support

I sold everything I had at 2 dollars,  To be brutally honest, I dont see this project going anywhere.  I really see no future here.  DEvs got lazy after all the money they raised. I would sell while you still can.

One thing that a person who decides to make an investment should understand is that making an investment is yours and only yours decision, nobody will take that responsibility for you.

This is why you should always make your research prior to any huge investment, invest only the money you can really afford to (alternatively) “gamble with” and diversify all your investments (and this does not pertain only to crypto markets). Many people had sold their personal properties to invest in crypto, typically around the times of the biggest hype when the price was the highest. And then, when the bearish market arrived, as it's natural for any market, in general (even for life itself, if we want to get too philosophical), they started panicking and looking for someone to put their blame on (and probably blow off their steam a bit).

This can be seen through those irrationally composed, repetitive “posts” which basically contain no arguments whatsoever. Luckily enough, these are countered not only by the civilized and intelligent answers from other community members, but one can also see that these answers are conducted by people who are not new to the tech and crypto sphere and know their way around. We’re very thankful for everyone here who supports us and believes in our project, mostly because such logically constructed arguments help all the newcomers find their way around.

Now, back to the recurrent theme of “greediness”. On one side, you have an investor with the idea of getting rich quickly (as many have done already), who look for a project with the lowest price and highest potential for the future. There is nothing wrong or bad about that. But when this doesn't happen according to their wishes, the emotions of anger and dissatisfaction emerge. The question is: According to this logic, does accusing somebody of “greediness” have any solid basis in this matter?

Let us give you a simple illustration to understand the process which modern companies need to undergo:
You have a project which has a solid basis for development/evolution, and the huge potential in blockchain technology makes this a distinct reality. You have people who work hard and look for other experienced, skillful and knowledgeable people to join forces with. People who use their skills to make a contribution to the technological world and eventually find a use for it. And these people are, believe it or not, very adamant, no matter what situation the market is currently in. They do this to achieve their goals and please their community. If something doesn’t go according to plan, they learn from their mistakes, adapt and continue. They use every penny from their investors very wisely, despite the fact that, if they wanted to, they could run away with everything right after the ICO. They also get paid for their job, as they should, so they they have many responsibilities and reasons to do their job and do it right. Does any of the abovementioned evoke “greediness”?

We’d be very delighted to see you reevaluate your stance based on what has been written here. Hope this helps you understand that we care and are dedicated to do the best we can, apart from what situation the market finds itself in currently.

After further contemplation and in the spirit of full disclosure, I will correct my previous statement...

On March 2nd, 2018 I won Honorable Mention in the DECENT Twitter slogan contest. I recieved 5 DCT for participating in the contest and was awarded 30 DCT for the Honorable Mention. 1st Place went to @tiale (100 DCT), 2nd to @botasrotas (50 DCT) and 3rd to @jakeslade (30 DCT).
   Total DCT I received for the competition: 35 DCT

On March 21st, 2018 DECENT ended it's Photo Competition. I did not participate in this competition and therefor did not receive a prize nor DCT for participating. The winner of the Photo Competition was @Mel_ody.
   Total DCT I received for the competition: 0 DCT

On April 18th, 2018 I participated in the ALAX Announcement Competition. I did not win a prize, however I did receive 5 DCT for participating. Winner of the contest was Pradita.
   Total DCT I received for the competition: 5 DCT

So, in total I have been awarded 40 DCT, all through participating in various DECENT contests. Just as many, many others have who participated. I have received no other DCT from this team, nor do I ask them for any.

I have followed this project and have supported it since prior to the ICO in July of 2016. I support this project on my own free will without any coercion or compensation from the team or foundation and I will continue to do so into the future.

DCore Update: Version 1.3.2 Release

Here’s a summary list of the updates made in this release:

• New monitoring API set, providing statistical information from applications about calls, variables, instances of classes, etc.
• Completely reworked crypto API set, improving public/private key operations and encrypt/decrypt messages.
• Extended wallet API set with new account registration and update/import key functions.
• CLI wallet can be used in a non-interactive mode to run a sequence of calls loaded from a text file.
• GUI wallet now has command line options to specify a custom data directory, wallet file and RPC address.
• User Issued Assets are now supported in the account balance display and transaction history.

DCT is currently listed on 12 exchanges. The newest is Coinbene. The "largest" exchange listing DCT is Bittrex, though there are routinely other exchanges with higher volume of DCT trades per day. Lbank has their deposits and withdrawals disabled for DCT wallet maintenance. That is why there is a price discrepancy.

The team has stated on multiple occasions that they are regularly researching more exchanges and will apply if they feel there is a need to based on several factors, such as to better reach a specific global market.

The team will not discuss whether or not they are in the process of being added to any new exchanges, as most require NDA's. So, to my knowledge, I do not know of any currently being sought out. Though I would be willing to bet that there will be some new listings in the coming year.
