Another project powered by Dcore launches!

Token4Hope, the first implementation by The Humanity Token project https://humanitytoken.net/ is a transparent donation system running on DCore. Its application enables charities to fund raise and convert the collected funds into tokens which are redeemable by indigent families at participating stores.

A great use of blockchain for humanitarian purposes.

Check out this article for more info:

The coin which is the most fallen down in the upbit now is dct.
Someone is constantly disturbing the market by selling a lot of dct.
I hope that someone is not a dct team.

Btc $3900- dct 1600-1700 sats.
Btc $3200-3400 dumped - dct dumped 1200 sats
Again now Btc $3900 - dct still 1200 sats

dct is not always showing any signs of recovery in this way.
Ironically, after the dct team announced something, dct seems to always be dumped.

Dude, honestly, what's your purpose? Do you want the DCT to raise the price or fall? Responds!!! if you want the DCT to go up in price you're messing up, so be quiet.

Purpose?
I just tell the truth about the suspicious part.
Do you think the price of dct will go up? I have observed the price fluctuation of dct for almost a year and can not optimize the price of dct.

Do you think dct was huge dumped because of just btc's bearish trend?
Like I posted above, I don't think that's the only reason.
I think there is a lot of doubt about this part as well.

Honestly, dct has long been a garbage coin.
If you are suffering from a lot of losses due to the dct dump, empty your mind.
They have no interest in your losses and will continue to sell more dcts to the market to run their projects.

DECENT and Global Management School SP Jain Sign MoU to Continue Blockchain Pioneers Hackathon Series in Singapore:
https://bitcoingarden.org/decent-and-global-management-school-sp-jain-sign-mou-to-continue-blockchain-pioneers...

The global blockchain provider, DECENT, has officially announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the SP Jain School of Global Management, Singapore Campus. The main objective of the MoU is to advance DECENT’s Blockchain Pioneers Hackathon series which is to be held for the first time in Singapore. Both companies attended an official signing ceremony on February 12, 2019, where DECENT’s Founder and CEO, Matej Michalko, and Dr. John Fong, CEO and Head of the Singapore division of SP Jain, both signed the MoU. The formation of the partnership was also supported by DECENT Singapore directors, Isaiah Choo and Alan Yu, as well as several SP Jain staff members.

The MoU outlines the seventh instance of the “Blockchain Pioneers Hackathon” series. This will be the series’ first trip to Southeast Asia, taking place at SP Jain’s Singapore Campus grounds from May 3 to May 5, 2019. The organizing parties declare that the hackathon should appeal to young and talented developers among the school’s students....

Dct has been running their projects for a long time, but they have not listed dct on binance.
The reason is that they probably know that dct will be delisting even if dct is listed on binance.
According to binance policy, they are likely to know the possibility of delisting due to the Evidence of unethical / fraudulent conduct.
Recently, for this reason, several coins were delisting at the binance.

It is not known exactly whether dct has failed the examination of binance or dct is not qualified to be listed on binance, but the reason why dct is not listed on binance is the dct team's suspicious transaction.

This seems quite an ambitious project. But disrupting the Netflix model is quite a challenge and requires lots and lots of capital.

Yes, it is very ambitious. Especially considering that Disney is spending around $150 million to develop their own streaming service and many other large players such as HBO are working on it as well.

Though, Netflix had over $11 Billion in annual revenue in 2017. Even if Fiction Riot can capitalize on just a tiny percentage of that, it could still mean huge returns.

Yeah, true, they don't need to replace Netflix. What was i thinking Cheesy. I haven't really been checking on how the competition on the smaller businesses is doing. I just got the gut feeling that they are failing. Well not the HBO and Amazon but they have a strong backing.

The likes of Amazon and Hulu aside, most other streaming services are in the $1 million to $20 million annual revenue range. Haven't really tracked their performance though, so not sure if they are growing or in decline. Vudu seems to be struggling, especially with their announcement to end UltraViolet.

I agree with you that any company that plans to attempt to go head to head with the behemoth Netflix will most likely fail without MAJOR backing. Netflix has grown to become a very powerful and persuasive company. I feel there is room for smaller, niche companies like Fiction Riot though. They seem to be aiming to be a similar, if not better, service based loosely on Netflix's business model but offering specific content that Netflix does not currently provide (short fiction episodes created specifically for mobile consumption). Time will be the ultimate judge, but I feel there is definitely room for Fiction Riot to carve out a segment of the revenue for itself.

Fiction Riot is one of a few new projects recently announced that will run on DECENT's platform DCore. It will be a subscription video streaming service that provides short fiction episodes catered to mobile viewing.

Here's an article that explains it better https://www.forbes.com/sites/jasonbloomberg/2019/02/18/can-blockchain-help-fast-fiction-disrupt-the-streaming-media-disruptors/#1d6883011b32

No one but supporters is interested in this project.
The amount of trading is not even 0.5btc per day, which means that no one is interested in the project.

This team does not seem to understand the current situation at all.

This team does not seem to understand the current situation at all.

I think they are working on it. Several projects are on the pipeline. Of course, the team could have kept the original vision of creating a decentralized content marketplace to beat App Store by 2020, but they changed it.

I think Decent is one of those rare projects that will get appreciation sooner or later. After all the work the team has done it's inevitable.
