wouldn't a 1300W PSU be overloaded running a 1300W S7 24/24 I'd rather have an PSU loaded at about 80 % than being overloaded

My advice, do not buy it.I have them 4pcs refunded from warranty. Stil left 2 used. You need single rail psu, not modular.

Label a shit how you want, it's still shit, but mine had no Enermax in the description. I have this http://www.lepatek.com/eng/product_content/1/1/20/Sold as Lepa G1600 and refunded as Lepa G1600.

Get a single rail PSU if you go ATX, 1600w evga is the best. Batch 8 seems to pull a little more than 1300w....maybe underclock and get evga 1300w. Also with the 1300w you dont have enough pci cables, so its gonna be 2x per blade...1600w you have more than enough.
edit: Lepa has multiple rails and only 6 slots for pci cables...now with the double cables you get 10 total but I dont think plugging a double ended cable is a good idea. maybe someone could chip in on this.

Just out of interest, why bother with the EVGA and not just take the power supply offered by Bitmaintech?

EVGA can be plug into 120v, the bitmain psu cannot. Some of us dont have any 240v available.

For some folks, the Bitmain PSU is a non-starter, as it requires a minimum of 208V to start. Hence you can't mine with a 120V (nominal) electrical circuit if you use the Bitmain PSU. Obviously cost, if you already have an EVGA that can be re-used for the S7. If you are starting from scratch, there are probably better choices than the EVGA power supply, the Bitmain PSU being one of them.

Were talking dryer and washing machine plugs only. Maybe the oven if you want to go that far. I had the oven socket wired up to a PDU and wired up to miners a year ago but the other people in my house couldn't handle switching out to use the oven and all the fuss so we took that option away. If they only knew that the extra 50A/10,000Kwh could have been so much better for our mining over the last year... Try explaining why you need the oven hooked up 95% of the time for mining/noise pollution to your roommates. I even offered to pay 100% of the electric bill.

I noticed that everytime bitcoin prices go high, the bitmaintech.com website goes down with an error 503. It happens too often to be a coincidence. Last time it happened about a week ago when the price went up to 430. It came back when it dropped down to around 420, but now it's 440 and it's down.
Are they doing this to prevent people from buying with bitcoins?
Also how fast are the newest batch? I know the advertised speeds are not the same as reality.
Ex: My Spoondoolies are advertised as 1.7 TH and 1.5 TH, but in reality I get 1.55 TH and 1.33 TH (120v and intake thermal says 20-23 C

Hello, I am thinking of overclocking my S7 B6 (4,05TH/s) a bit. Is there a special thread for OC of S7? If not, what can you recommend? It runs at 41°C while hashing at a Frequency of 600. Thank you and kind regards

You should overclock to a frequency where you get > 0.001 % AND < 0.005 % HW error. (between 0.001% and 0.005%) This will allow you to get the best hashrate for your voltage.

It's not the temp that is more important, but The HW error. I've got almost no error at 600 (less than 0.0001%), so I overclocked it to 650: ~4.28-4.3 Th, 1160W, 0.0012% error I noticed that fan never exceeds 4320; they probably capped it there. 675 and 700 mhz does not work (for my S7 B6)
